opening a flow control device to adjust the gas flow; the flue gas after pyrolysis is trapped by a flue gas trapping cover, mixed with solvent vapor obtained by heating a solvent by a solvent heating device, condensed by a condensing device, and absorbed by the solvent in a solvent bearing device to obtain absorption liquid, and the absorption liquid is concentrated to obtain the smoke flavor.
The method for preparing the cigarette flavor material comprises the steps of firstly placing a tobacco sample on a sample bearing device, and pyrolyzing the tobacco sample by a sample heating device to obtain pyrolyzed smoke.
The tobacco sample is not limited, the tobacco sample of the tobacco flavor and the spice can be prepared by pyrolysis, the shape of the tobacco sample is not limited, and tobacco leaves, cut tobacco and tobacco dust can be used; preferably tobacco dust.
In the present invention, the tobacco sample is preferably subjected to a pretreatment prior to being placed in the sample-carrying device, the pretreatment preferably being the treatment of the tobacco sample with an enzyme selected from one or more of cellulase and pectase. The enzyme treatment mode specifically comprises the following steps:
regulating the moisture of the tobacco powder to 15% -20%, and then adding compound enzyme, wherein the compound enzyme contains cellulase and pectase, and the mass ratio of the cellulase to the pectase is 1:1-10; preferably, the mass ratio of the cellulase to the pectase is 1:1-5, wherein the enzyme activity of the cellulase is 15 ten thousand U/g, and the enzyme activity of the pectase is 3 ten thousand U/g; the addition amount of the complex enzyme is 0.01-1.0% of the mass of the tobacco powder, and is preferably 0.05-1.0%; the enzymolysis temperature is 30-60 ℃, preferably 40-50 ℃; the enzymolysis time is 4-24 hours, preferably 6-10 hours.
The preferred specific examples are: the moisture of the tobacco powder is regulated to 18%, then 0.005g of complex enzyme (the mass ratio of cellulase to pectase is 1:2) is added into each gram of tobacco powder, the tobacco powder is evenly mixed, and then the tobacco powder is subjected to enzymolysis for 8 hours at 45 ℃, and the tobacco powder is used for pyrolysis after the enzymolysis is finished. Compared with the product obtained by direct pyrolysis without enzymolysis, the product obtained by pyrolysis after enzymolysis has stronger baking fragrance and more comfortable taste.
After the enzyme treatment, the moisture content is preferably adjusted. The enzyme can degrade cell wall substances, so that the fragrant substances are easier to release, and the degradation products can generate the fragrant substances after pyrolysis; the moisture content can be kept at a certain value by adjusting the moisture, the fragrance substances are carried out while the moisture is evaporated in the heating process, and the tobacco materials can reach the required temperature in the same time.
The pretreatment of the invention can also be to spray Maillard reaction raw materials into the tobacco powder material and adjust the moisture content. The Maillard reaction raw material can be sugar and/or amino acid, and the later heating is used to make Maillard reaction between the additives or between the additives and chemical components of tobacco powder to generate flavoring substances.
The pretreatment of the invention can also spray an atomizing agent into the tobacco powder material to adjust the moisture content. The atomizing agent is propylene glycol or glycerin, the atomizing agent infiltrates the tobacco raw material, so that the burnt smell caused by the coking of the tobacco raw material in the pyrolysis process can be reduced, the fibrous tissues of the tobacco raw material can be swelled, the volatilization of aroma components is facilitated, the aroma components can be dissolved by the atomizing agent, and the aroma components can be carried out when the tobacco raw material is atomized in the pyrolysis device.
The pyrolysis temperature of the invention is preferably 200-450 ℃; more preferably 250 to 350 ℃; the pyrolysis time is preferably 0.5-30 min; more preferably 1 to 5 minutes.
The flow control device is opened to adjust the gas flow. The gas flow is air flow, and the flue gas and solvent vapor are condensed by a condensing pipe. The flow rate of the flue gas carried by the air is controlled by controlling the air flow rate, the invention does not limit the flow rate of the gas, and the solvent steam and the flue gas can be preferably well condensed according to the size of the whole device.
The flue gas after pyrolysis is trapped by a flue gas trapping cover, mixed with solvent vapor obtained by heating a solvent by a solvent heating device, condensed by a condensing device and absorbed by the solvent in a solvent bearing device to obtain absorption liquid.
Wherein, the solvent is preferably one or more of water, ethanol, diethyl ether, acetone, petroleum ether, solvent naphtha, n-hexane, cyclohexane, pentane, dichloromethane and ethyl acetate; more preferably one or more of ethanol, diethyl ether, acetone, petroleum ether, mineral spirits, n-hexane and cyclohexane; most preferred is ethanol.
The concentration of the ethanol solution is preferably 90% -95%. The gas flow rate is preferably 100-120 mL/min.
And (3) after the absorption liquid is obtained, concentrating the absorption liquid to obtain the smoke flavor.
The present invention is not limited to the specific manner of concentration, and may be well known to those skilled in the art. Preferably concentrated under reduced pressure.
The flue gas condensed in the trapping cover is preferably washed simultaneously, and the flue gas and the absorption liquid in the solvent bottle are combined and concentrated together.
According to the invention, the tobacco sample is pyrolyzed in the atmospheric environment (aerobic), and the product mainly has tobacco fragrance, baking fragrance and smoking fragrance, but the smoking feeling is light, the sensory quality is more similar to that of the traditional cigarette, and the problem of excessive smoking taste of the product in the anaerobic environment can be effectively avoided; the tobacco powder sample can reach the required temperature in extremely short time every time with a small quantity of tobacco powder, the pyrolysis process is closer to that of the traditional cigarette, and the sensory quality of the product is closer to that of the traditional cigarette; each sample stays in the heating area for only a few minutes, so that burnt smell of the product can be avoided, and the production efficiency can be improved; the open type sample is easy to replace, and is more suitable for industrial production. Compared with the normal temperature or low temperature solvent absorption method, the solvent reflux trapping method can improve trapping efficiency, save the use amount of the solvent, improve the concentration of the fragrant substances in the trapping liquid, improve the quality of tobacco tar, realize trapping a large amount of products by using a small amount of solvent, and reduce the frequency of replacement and dissolution. Pretreatment of the tobacco powder material can improve the quality of the product. The subsequent treatments such as pyrolysis product refining, pyrolysis residue extraction, product assembly and the like can fully utilize the tobacco powder raw material, and can further improve the product quality.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the smoke flavor, which comprises the following steps:
under the drive of the transmission device, the tobacco sample carrying device adds a sample through the feeding device, and then pyrolyzes the sample through the sample heating device to obtain pyrolyzed smoke;
opening a flow control device to adjust the gas flow; the flue gas after pyrolysis is trapped by a flue gas trapping cover, mixed with solvent vapor obtained by heating a solvent by a solvent heating device, condensed by a condensing device, and absorbed by the solvent in a solvent bearing device to obtain absorption liquid, and the absorption liquid is concentrated to obtain the smoke flavor.
According to the invention, the tobacco sample bearing device is driven by the transmission device, the feeding device is used for feeding a sample, and the sample is pyrolyzed by the sample heating device to obtain pyrolyzed smoke.
The invention is not limited to the speed of the transmission.
More preferably, the specific: under the drive of the conveying belt, the sample tray is fed by the hopper and then is stepped to a constant temperature area of the sample heater according to set time, and the sample tray stays for a certain time; after the sample is pyrolyzed in a constant temperature area of the heater, the sample is overturned downwards along with the driving of the conveying belt, and the sample tray is emptied; and when the emptied sample tray rotates below the hopper, sample is added, so that tobacco tar is automatically prepared in a circulating way.
The remaining steps of the method for preparing a smoke flavor according to the present invention have been described above for clarity and will not be described in detail.
The aroma components of the prepared smoke flavor are preferably analyzed by GC-MS under the following analysis conditions:
sample pretreatment: adding a certain amount of anethole as an internal standard into the trapping liquid, concentrating, and passing through a membrane for analysis.
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry parameters:
gas chromatography: the analytical column was HP-5MS (30 m. Times.0.25 mm. Times.0.25 um); the carrier gas is helium, and the purity is more than or equal to 99.999%; constant flow mode, flow rate is 1.0mL/min; the temperature of the sample inlet is 250 ℃; the split ratio is 10:1; the column temperature adopts a temperature programming mode: the initial temperature is 50 ℃, kept for 2min, then heated to 250 ℃ at 5 ℃/min, and kept for 30min.
Mass spectrometry: the temperature of the transmission line is 250 ℃; ionization mode: an electron bombardment source (ei+); the monitoring mode is as follows: qualitative full scan mode, scan range: 33-550amu; ionization energy: 70eV; ion source temperature 200 ℃; the quadrupole rod temperature is: 150 ℃; solvent delay: 6.5min.
The invention is used for the electronic cigarette after mixing the absorption liquid with propylene glycol and glycerol according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1, and the expert is asked to evaluate the absorption.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following describes in detail the apparatus and method for preparing a smoke flavor provided by the present invention in connection with the examples.
Example 1
The well-connected device according to the invention comprises the following specific components: the sample tray is placed on an adjustable constant temperature heater, the flue gas trapping cover is a reverse-buckled cone, the inlet is opposite to the sample tray, the edge of the flue gas trapping cover is 0.3cm away from the edge of the sample tray, the angle between the tail end of the cone and the axis of the cone is 75 degrees, and the diameter of the inlet of the flue gas trapping cover is the same as that of the sample tray. The three-neck flask is arranged on the solvent heater, the flue gas inlet of the three-neck flask is connected with the outlet of the flue gas capturing cover, the steam outlet is connected with the condensing device, the other end of the condensing device is connected with the air suction device through a pipeline, and the pipeline is provided with a flow valve.
Example 2
The well-connected device according to the invention comprises the following specific components: the sample tray is arranged on a transmission belt, the sample tray is rotated by the transmission belt, the adjustable constant temperature heater is used for heating the sample tray, and the hopper is arranged above the transmission belt. The flue gas collecting cover is a reverse-buckled cone, the inlet is opposite to the sample tray, the edge of the flue gas collecting cover is 0.3cm away from the edge of the sample tray, the angle between the tail end of the cone and the axis of the cone is 75 degrees, and the diameter of the inlet of the flue gas collecting cover is the same as that of the sample tray. The three-neck flask is arranged on the solvent heater, the flue gas inlet of the three-neck flask is connected with the outlet of the flue gas capturing cover, the steam outlet is connected with the condensing device, the other end of the condensing device is connected with the air suction device through a pipeline, and the pipeline is provided with a flow valve.
Example 3
According to the embodiment 1 of the invention, a device is connected, 60mL of 95% ethanol solution is added in advance into a solvent bottle (7), a suction device (6) is opened, the gas flow is regulated to 100mL/min through a flow valve (5), a circulating liquid of a condensing pipe (4) is opened, a solvent heater (8) is opened, the temperature of the circulating liquid is set to 80 ℃, ethanol in the solvent bottle is kept boiling, a sample heater (1) is opened, the temperature of the sample heater is set to 300 ℃,1 gram of tobacco powder sample is tiled in each sample tray (2) in advance, after the temperature of the sample heater reaches a set value, the sample trays are placed into a constant temperature zone for pyrolysis, the next sample is replaced after pyrolysis is carried out for 5min, 10 samples are continuously pyrolyzed in this way, after pyrolysis is finished, the condensate of flue gas in a capturing cover (3) is washed out by using 10mL of 95% ethanol solution, the condensate is combined with the solvent in the solvent bottle (7), the volume of the combined liquid is complemented to 80mL by using 95% ethanol, 20mL of the liquid is taken, the liquid is concentrated and dried, then the aroma components of the liquid are analyzed by GC/MS, and the 20mL of the liquid is taken and mixed with propylene glycol and the glycerol is used for smoke assessment by an expert.
Example 4
According to the embodiment 2 of the invention, a device is connected, 60mL of 95% ethanol solution is added in advance in a solvent bottle (7), an air suction device (6) is opened, the air flow is regulated to 100mL/min through a flow valve (5), a circulating liquid in a condensing pipe (4) is opened, a solvent heater (8) is opened, the temperature of the circulating liquid is set to 80 ℃, ethanol in the solvent bottle is kept boiling, a sample heater (1) is opened, the temperature of the circulating liquid is set to 300 ℃, each sample tray (2) is rotated through a transmission belt, 1 gram of tobacco powder sample is fed through a hopper, after the temperature of the sample heater reaches a set value, the sample tray is brought to a temperature zone for pyrolysis, the next sample is automatically transmitted after pyrolysis is changed after 5min, 10 samples are continuously pyrolyzed, the 10mL of the circulating liquid is washed out of a smoke condensate in a collecting cover (3) by using the 10mL of 95% ethanol solution after the pyrolysis is finished, the circulating liquid is combined with the solvent in the solvent bottle (7), the volume of the combined liquid is complemented to 80mL by using the 95% ethanol, 20mL of the liquid is concentrated, the liquid is dried, 1 gram of tobacco powder sample is fed through a hopper, after the sample is dried, the sample is subjected to flavor component is analyzed by GC/MS, and the sample is taken, and the sample tray is subjected to the electronic smoke absorption by a liquid and the expert 1:1 ratio.
Comparative example 1
This example is essentially the same as example 3, except that a solvent cold trap is used, specifically: one end of the trapping cover (3) is connected with 3 absorption bottles connected in series, each absorption bottle is filled with 20mL of 95% ethanol solution, the absorption bottles are placed in a cold trap at-15 ℃, solvents of the 3 absorption bottles are combined after pyrolysis is finished, 10mL of 95% ethanol solution is used for washing flue gas condensate in the trapping cover, the volume of the combined liquid is complemented to 80mL, 20mL of liquid is taken to be concentrated and dried, the fragrance components of the liquid are analyzed by GC/MS, and the 20mL of liquid, propylene glycol and glycerol are mixed according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1 for electronic cigarettes, so that an expert can evaluate the absorption.
Example 5
According to the embodiment 1 of the invention, a device is connected, 60mL of 95% ethanol solution is added in advance into a solvent bottle (7), a suction device (6) is opened, the gas flow rate is adjusted to 100mL/min through a flow valve (5), circulating liquid of a condensing pipe (4) is opened, a solvent heater (8) is opened, the temperature of the circulating liquid is set to 80 ℃, the ethanol in the solvent bottle is kept boiling, a sample heater (1) is opened, the temperature of the sample heater is set to 300 ℃,1 gram of tobacco powder sample is paved in each sample tray (2) in advance, and after the temperature of the sample heater reaches a set value, placing the sample tray into a constant temperature area for pyrolysis, replacing the next sample after pyrolysis for 5min, continuously pyrolyzing 30 samples, washing out smoke condensate in a trapping cover (3) by using 10mL of 95% ethanol solution after pyrolysis is finished, combining the smoke condensate with a solvent in a solvent bottle (7), supplementing the volume of the combined liquid to 80mL by using 95% ethanol, concentrating and drying 20mL of liquid, analyzing the fragrance components of the liquid by using GC/MS, and mixing 20mL of liquid with propylene glycol and glycerol according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1 for electronic cigarettes, and evaluating the fragrance by an expert.
Example 6
According to the embodiment 2 of the invention, a device is connected, 60mL of 95% ethanol solution is added in advance in a solvent bottle (7), an air suction device (6) is opened, the air flow is regulated to 100mL/min through a flow valve (5), a circulating liquid in a condensing pipe (4) is opened, a solvent heater (8) is opened, the temperature of the circulating liquid is set to 80 ℃, ethanol in the solvent bottle is kept boiling, a sample heater (1) is opened, the temperature of the circulating liquid is set to 300 ℃, each sample tray (2) is rotated through a transmission belt, 1 gram of tobacco powder sample is fed through a hopper, after the temperature of the sample heater reaches a set value, the sample tray is brought to a temperature zone for pyrolysis, the next sample is automatically transmitted after pyrolysis for 5min, 30 samples are continuously pyrolyzed, 10mL of 95% ethanol solution is used for washing out smoke condensate in a capturing cover (3) after pyrolysis is finished, the circulating liquid is combined with the solvent in the solvent bottle (7), the volume of the combined liquid is complemented to 80mL by 95% ethanol, 20mL of the liquid is taken, the liquid is concentrated and dried, 1 gram of tobacco powder sample is fed through a hopper, after the sample is subjected to analysis of flavor component, and 20mL of the liquid and glycerol is taken to be mixed with glycerol according to the volume ratio of 1:1 by an expert.
Comparative example 2
This example is essentially the same as example 3, except that a solvent cold trap is used to continuously trap 30 pyrolysis samples without changing the trapping solvent. The method comprises the following steps: one end of the trapping cover (3) is connected with 3 absorption bottles connected in series, each absorption bottle is filled with 20mL of 95% ethanol solution, the absorption bottles are placed in a cold trap at-15 ℃, solvents of the 3 absorption bottles are combined after pyrolysis is finished, 10mL of 95% ethanol solution is used for washing flue gas condensate in the trapping cover, the volume of the combined liquid is complemented to 80mL, 20mL of liquid is taken to be concentrated and dried, the fragrance components of the liquid are analyzed by GC/MS, and the 20mL of liquid, propylene glycol and glycerol are mixed according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1 for electronic cigarettes, so that an expert can evaluate the absorption.
Comparative example 3
This example is substantially identical to example 3, except that the pyrolysis section is pyrolyzed using a closed vessel common in the prior art and is protected with nitrogen, and specifically: 10 g of the tobacco powder was pyrolyzed under nitrogen protection for 50min, and the gas flow, pyrolysis temperature and trapping conditions were the same as in example 3.
Example 7
According to the device of the embodiment 1 of the invention, 60mL of 95% ethanol solution is added in advance into a solvent bottle (7), a suction device (6) is opened, the gas flow rate is adjusted to 100mL/min through a flow valve (5), circulating liquid of a condensing pipe (4) is opened, a solvent heater (8) is opened, the temperature of the circulating liquid is set to 80 ℃, the ethanol in the solvent bottle is kept boiling, a sample heater (1) is opened, the temperature of the sample heater is set to 300 ℃, and 1 gram of enzymolysis-treated tobacco powder sample is tiled in each sample tray (2) in advance, wherein the enzymolysis treatment comprises the following steps: the moisture of the tobacco powder is regulated to 18%, then 0.005g of complex enzyme (the mass ratio of cellulase to pectase is 1:2) is added into each gram of tobacco powder, the tobacco powder is evenly mixed, and then the tobacco powder is subjected to enzymolysis for 8 hours at 45 ℃, and the tobacco powder is used for pyrolysis after the enzymolysis is finished. After the temperature of the sample heater reaches a set value, placing the sample tray into a constant temperature area for pyrolysis, changing the next sample after pyrolysis for 5min, continuously pyrolyzing 10 samples in this way, washing out smoke condensate in a trapping cover (3) by using 10mL of 95% ethanol solution after pyrolysis is finished, combining the smoke condensate with a solvent in a solvent bottle (7), supplementing the volume of the combined liquid to 80mL by using 95% ethanol, concentrating and drying 20mL of liquid, analyzing the fragrance components of the liquid by using GC/MS, mixing 20mL of liquid with propylene glycol and glycerol according to a volume ratio of 1:1, and performing an evaluation on the electronic cigarette by an expert.
Example 8
Expert evaluation of suction results: when the products obtained in the embodiment 3, the embodiment 4 and the comparative example 1 are applied to the electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette has tobacco fragrance, baking fragrance and weaker tobacco fragrance, has more comfortable taste and has no obvious difference; when the products obtained in the examples 5 and 6 and the comparative example 2 are applied in the electronic cigarette, the products have stronger tobacco fragrance and baking fragrance, the smoking fragrance is moderate, the main fragrance style and the taste of the traditional cigarette are similar, but the fragrance intensity of the examples 5 and 6 is obviously higher than that of the comparative example 2; compared with comparative example 3, the examples 3 and 4 can obviously increase the baking fragrance of tobacco and have finer mouthfeel while solving the problems of excessive smoky flavor and burnt flavor; example 7 compared with example 3, the product obtained in example 7 has a stronger baking aroma and a more pleasant mouthfeel when applied in an electronic cigarette, and the sensory quality is significantly better than that of example 3.
The GC/MS analysis result of the aroma components shows that the content of the main baking aroma substances (such as furfural, 5-methylfurfural, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and the like) in the embodiment 7 is more than 1.2 times that in the embodiment 3; the same solvent is adopted, and a solvent vapor trapping method is adopted, so that the trapping efficiency is obviously higher than that of a solvent cold trapping method. The results of the comparison of the amounts of the partial representative flavor components are shown in the following table.

the tobacco sample is placed on a sample bearing device and pyrolyzed by a sample heating device to obtain pyrolyzed smoke; the pyrolysis temperature is 200-450 ℃; the pyrolysis time is 0.5-30 min; the tobacco sample is pretreated before being placed in a sample bearing device, and the pretreatment is as follows: regulating the moisture of the tobacco powder to 15% -20%, and then adding compound enzyme, wherein the compound enzyme contains cellulase and pectase, and the mass ratio of the cellulase to the pectase is 1:1-10; the enzymolysis temperature is 30-60 ℃ and the enzymolysis time is 4-24 hours;
opening a flow control device to adjust the gas flow; the pyrolyzed flue gas is trapped by a flue gas trapping cover, mixed with solvent vapor obtained by heating a solvent by a solvent heating device, condensed by a condensing device and absorbed by the solvent in a solvent bearing device to obtain a smoke flavor; the solvent is one or more of water, ethanol, diethyl ether, acetone, petroleum ether, solvent naphtha, n-hexane, cyclohexane, pentane, dichloromethane and ethyl acetate; the concentration of the ethanol solution is 90% -95%; the gas flow is 100-120 mL/min.
