Description

Lubricating oil for power equipment and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating oil, and particularly relates to lubricating oil for power equipment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The power equipment mainly comprises power generation equipment and power supply equipment, wherein the power generation equipment mainly comprises a power station boiler, a steam turbine, a gas turbine, a water turbine, a generator, a transformer and the like, and the power supply equipment mainly comprises power transmission lines, mutual inductors, contactors and the like with various voltage grades.
The lubricating oil is a liquid or semisolid lubricating agent used on various types of automobiles and mechanical equipment to reduce friction and protect machines and workpieces, and mainly plays roles in lubrication, auxiliary cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing, buffering and the like. The lubricating oil is used between two objects which move relatively, and has the function of reducing the friction and the abrasion caused by the contact of the two objects, namely the lubricating oil; the lubricating oil consists of base oil and additives, wherein the base oil is the main component of the lubricating oil and determines the basic properties of the lubricating oil. The additive can make up the deficiency of the base oil in terms of performance and endow the base oil with new performance.
Lubricating oil can be frequently used on some electric equipment, the quality of the lubricating oil relates to the quality of the performance of the electric equipment and the service life of the electric equipment, the currently used lubricating oil has general performance and poor function and is difficult to meet the requirements of the electric equipment, for example, the lubricating oil in the prior art has the problems of easiness in freezing, bad smell, insufficient anti-corrosion capability and short service life. Therefore, a lubricating oil for electric power equipment is required to solve the above problems.
In the patent document with publication number CN105713707A, a lubricating oil for mechanical equipment is disclosed, which consists of the following components in parts by mass: 4000-4400 parts of base oil, 42-46 parts of zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate, 38-42 parts of trimethylolpropane, 36-40 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 42-46 parts of ethylene diamine tetramethylene sodium phosphate, 38-42 parts of vaseline, 36-40 parts of succinimide, 42-46 parts of ethyl acetate, 38-42 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 36-40 parts of zeolite powder, 42-46 parts of ethoxyquinoline, 38-42 parts of sodium metabisulfite, 38-42 parts of antimony trioxide, 36-40 parts of zinc borate, 42-46 parts of decabromodiphenylethane, 38-42 parts of decabromodiphenyl ether, 36-40 parts of cellulose acetate, 42-46 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 38-42 parts of titanium oxide, 36-40 parts of tributyl phosphate and 42-46 parts of octadecyl acrylate. The lubricating oil is simple in preparation process, and the prepared product has excellent flame retardance and acid and alkali resistance and is suitable for being used in various fields; but the performance of the lubricating oil is insufficient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the lubricating oil for the power equipment and the preparation method thereof, and the lubricating oil has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, good freezing resistance and oxidation resistance and fragrance emission.
The invention provides lubricating oil for power equipment, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60-70 parts of polyol ester, 14-20 parts of silicone oil, 32-35 parts of linseed oil, 2-4 parts of essence, 3-5 parts of viscosity index improver, 1-4 parts of anticorrosive agent, 0.5-1 part of antioxidant, 5-7 parts of oiliness agent, 4-6 parts of detergent dispersant, 1-2 parts of metal deactivator and 2-5 parts of antifreeze.
Preferably, the viscosity index improver is a mixture of hydrogenated styrene diene copolymer and polymethacrylate, and the weight ratio of the hydrogenated styrene diene copolymer to the polymethacrylate is 2: 1; the essence is a mixture of jasmine essence, vanilla essence and thyme essence, and the weight ratio of the jasmine essence to the vanilla essence to the thyme essence is 3:1: 2.
Preferably, the corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of more than two of alkali metal sulfonate, fatty acid and amine, amine borate and amine carboxylate.
Preferably, the antioxidant is a mixture of sulfurized alkylphenol, arylamine and organic copper salt, and the weight ratio of the sulfurized alkylphenol, the arylamine and the organic copper salt is 1:2: 1.
Preferably, the oily agent is one or a mixture of two or more of palmitic acid, oleic acid, lauryl alcohol and cetyl alcohol.
Preferably, the detergent dispersant is one or a mixture of more than two of petroleum sulfonate, alkyl phenate, salicylate, succinimide and succinate; the metal passivator is phosphite ester salt; the antifreezing agent is a mixture of sodium nitrite and carbonate, and the weight ratio of the sodium nitrite to the carbonate is 1: 1.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the lubricating oil for the power equipment, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
(2) adding the raw materials into a stirrer, stirring for 5-10min, standing for 2-5min, and stirring for 10-15min to obtain a mixture;
(3) and (3) adding the mixture obtained in the step (2) into a reaction kettle, heating to 70-80 ℃, keeping for 3-5min, then cooling to normal temperature, standing for 3-5h, and filtering out precipitates.
Wherein,
the stirring speed of the stirrer in the step (2) is 400-500 r/min.
The lubricating oil for the power equipment and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages of fragrance emission and better performance, and the specific beneficial effects are as follows:
(1) the mixture of polyol ester, silicone oil and linseed oil is used as base oil, and has better performance: the polyol ester has strong polarity, low evaporation loss, good lubricity, excellent thermal oxidation stability and low evaporation property due to the ester base; the silicone oil has excellent heat resistance, electric insulation, weather resistance, hydrophobicity, physiological inertia and smaller surface tension; the linseed oil is used as vegetable oil, can be biodegraded, and reduces environmental pollution;
