本发明涉及一种纳米防污纤维涂料,包括聚丙烯酸钠、水玻璃、石墨烯、氯化亚锡、硫酸铜、硅酸铝纤维、环氧树脂、异丙醇。其原料各组分按重量计包括聚丙烯酸钠50‑55、水玻璃20‑30、石墨烯5‑10、氯化亚锡10‑20、硫酸铜10‑20、硅酸铝纤维10‑15、环氧树脂10‑20、异丙醇5‑10。本发明所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,具有防污、防水、价格便宜、材料使用寿命长的特点。

纳米防污纤维涂料
技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,涉及一种纳米防污纤维涂料。
背景技术
目前,在建筑业中,许多房屋的顶部或侧面由于其构制件多,图形复杂,所以其密封度差,容易顶部积水、内墙返潮、发霉,给住户带来很大的困扰,普通的防水材料,虽然能及时解决问题,但是其易老化,耐热耐寒能力差,防水性能差,常需要重复多次涂刷。
房屋污损指的是房屋整日经受风吹日晒而受到腐蚀以及污物的附着,使房屋受到污损。房屋污损会给住户带来很大的困扰。如传统的有机锡防污涂料因为有毒,已被禁止使用。为防止房屋污损造成的损失,特此研发出了一种纳米防污纤维涂料涂覆于房体以增加房屋抗污损能力,结合纳米纤维材料的特殊功能,在涂料工业需要环保的前提下,长效无毒含有某些纳米尺寸组分的防污纤维涂料及纳米量级的防污纤维涂料将会成为防污纤维涂料的主要研制方向。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中防污材料防污效果难以满足房屋造型多变,结构复杂,使房屋防水结构易老化、耐热耐寒能力差,防水性能差,常需要重复多次涂刷的技术问题,提供一种防污、防水、价格便宜、材料使用寿命长的纳米防污纤维涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:包括聚丙烯酸钠、水玻璃、石墨烯、氯化亚锡、硫酸铜、硅酸铝纤维、环氧树脂、异丙醇。其原料各组分按重量计包括聚丙烯酸钠50-55、水玻璃20-30、石墨烯5-10、氯化亚锡10-20、硫酸铜10-20、硅酸铝纤维10-15、环氧树脂10-20、异丙醇5-10。
作为优选,所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包括聚丙烯酸钠55、水玻璃20、石墨烯5、氯化亚锡20、硫酸铜20、硅酸铝纤维15、环氧树脂10、异丙醇10。
作为优选,所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:所含聚丙烯酸钠由15~20%的PVC树脂粉和85~90%的环己酮构成。
作为优选,所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,特征是:其由下述方法制备:
(1)按照配方组成将20%的PVC树脂粉和85%的环己酮搅拌均匀;
(2)在所述步骤(1)中加入氯化亚锡、硫酸铜,再次搅拌至均匀;
(3)将石墨烯、硅酸铝纤维、环氧树脂混合,搅拌均匀;
(4)将水玻璃、异丙醇倒入所述步骤(3)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得纳米防污纤维涂料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种纳米防污纤维涂料,具有防污、防水、价格便宜、材料使用寿命长的特点。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:包括聚丙烯酸钠、水玻璃、石墨烯、氯化亚锡、硫酸铜、硅酸铝纤维、环氧树脂、异丙醇。其原料各组分按重量计包括聚丙烯酸钠50-55、水玻璃20-30、石墨烯5-10、氯化亚锡10-20、硫酸铜10-20、硅酸铝纤维10-15、环氧树脂10-20、异丙醇5-10。
作为优选,所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包括聚丙烯酸钠55、水玻璃20、石墨烯5、氯化亚锡20、硫酸铜20、硅酸铝纤维15、环氧树脂10、异丙醇10。
作为优选,所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:所含聚丙烯酸钠由15~20%的PVC树脂粉和85~90%的环己酮构成。
作为优选,所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,特征是:其由下述方法制备:
(1)按照配方组成将20%的PVC树脂粉和85%的环己酮搅拌均匀;
(2)在所述步骤(1)中加入氯化亚锡、硫酸铜,再次搅拌至均匀;
(3)将石墨烯、硅酸铝纤维、环氧树脂混合,搅拌均匀;
(4)将水玻璃、异丙醇倒入所述步骤(3)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得纳米防污纤维涂料。

1.一种纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:包括聚丙烯酸钠、水玻璃、石墨烯、氯化亚锡、硫酸铜、硅酸铝纤维、环氧树脂、异丙醇;
其原料各组分按重量计包括聚丙烯酸钠50-55、水玻璃20-30、石墨烯5-10、氯化亚锡10-20、硫酸铜10-20、硅酸铝纤维10-15、环氧树脂10-20、异丙醇5-10。
2.如权利要求1所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包括聚丙烯酸钠55、水玻璃20、石墨烯5、氯化亚锡20、硫酸铜20、硅酸铝纤维15、环氧树脂10、异丙醇10。
3.如权利要求1-2所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,其特征是:所含聚丙烯酸钠由15~20%的PVC树脂粉和85~90%的环己酮构成。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的纳米防污纤维涂料,特征是:其由下述方法制备:
(1)按照配方组成将20%的PVC树脂粉和85%的环己酮搅拌均匀;
(2)在所述步骤(1)中加入氯化亚锡、硫酸铜,再次搅拌至均匀;
(3)将石墨烯、硅酸铝纤维、环氧树脂混合,搅拌均匀;
(4)将水玻璃、异丙醇倒入所述步骤(3)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得纳米防污纤维涂料。
