The invention discloses medicine box conveying equipment, which comprises an equipment bracket and a first conveyor belt, wherein the first conveyor belt is arranged on the equipment bracket; two groups of second conveyor belts are arranged at the tail end of the first conveyor belt; the two groups of second conveyor belts are parallel to each other; two bar-shaped brackets with smooth upper surfaces are arranged between the two groups of second conveyor belts; a bracket is arranged at one end of the strip-shaped bracket, which is close to the first conveyor belt, and two long studs penetrating through the bracket fix the bracket at the top end of the strip-shaped bracket; the upper surface of the bracket is flush with the upper surface of the strip-shaped bracket, and the edge, close to the first conveyor belt, of the upper surface of the bracket forms a circular arc-shaped chamfer; an auxiliary bracket crossing the two groups of second conveyor belts is arranged above the second conveyor belts; a laser emitter is arranged in the middle of the auxiliary bracket; a photoelectric sensor is arranged below the strip-shaped support. Background
The medicine box conveying equipment is divided into a plurality of kinds according to different functional purposes and is applied to a plurality of different production links in a production workshop of a pharmaceutical factory. For packaging of a part of medicines, it is generally necessary to make up a package of a plurality of medicine boxes, which requires stacking of the medicine boxes. While the medicine boxes are often transported from the conveyor in a flat-laid form, if a plurality of boxes are to be stacked neatly, manual stacking is required, or a manipulator is used, the former consumes labor cost, and the latter has high equipment cost. It is therefore desirable to design a device that enables stacking of multiple cartridges of medicine.
The medicine boxes can be stacked vertically or horizontally, and the difficulty in realizing the medicine boxes is lower. And the realization of the later is that a certain number of medicine boxes are needed to be selected firstly, the medicine boxes are required to be changed from a flat-placed state to a standing state, and the medicine boxes which are required to be placed vertically are orderly arranged and conveyed to the next production link.

The vertical height difference between the long stud and the upper surface of the bracket is smaller than the thickness of the medicine box; the distance between the top of the long stud and the first conveyor belt is less than half of the length of the medicine box; the horizontal distance between the two sets of second conveyor belts is equal to the width of the pharmaceutical pig.
And baffle plates are arranged on two sides of the first conveyor belt.
And the medicine box conveying equipment is also provided with a main controller, and the control end of the laser transmitter and the output end of the photoelectric sensor are connected with the main controller.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the method does not need manual operation, is completely realized by mechanical equipment, and has the advantages of simple realization mode, low equipment cost, good stability and high reliability. The vertical height difference between the long stud 3 and the upper surface of the bracket 5 is smaller than the thickness of the medicine box 9; the distance between the top of the long stud 3 and the first conveyor belt 1 is less than half the length of the medicine box 9; the horizontal distance between the two sets of second conveyor belts 4 is equal to the width of the pharmaceutical pig 9.
Baffles are further arranged on two sides of the first conveyor belt 1.
The medicine box conveying equipment is also provided with a main controller, and the control end of the laser transmitter 10 and the output end of the photoelectric sensor 11 are connected with the main controller.
Embodiment one:
after the system is started, the main controller sets a counting target value, clears an internal counter, and simultaneously controls the laser emitter 10 and the photoelectric sensor 11 to be started.
A conveying device in front of the first conveyor belt 1 sequentially conveys the medicine boxes 9 to the entrance of the first conveyor belt 1, and further, the medicine boxes 9 are conveyed forward along the first conveyor belt 1; when the medicine cassette 9 is transferred to the end of the first conveyor belt 1, tilting occurs, but since the gap between the first conveyor belt 1 and the bracket 5 is not large, the medicine cassette 9 is supported by the long stud 3, and the bottom end of the medicine cassette 9 is blocked by the side of the bracket 5, but the upper end of the medicine cassette 9 is still contacted with the upper end of the medicine cassette 9 due to the existence of inertia, and therefore the upper end of the medicine cassette 9 maintains the previous movement state, continues to move forward, and further turns 90 degrees around the bottom end at the bracket 5 to become an upright state.
During rotation, since the thickness of the medicine box 9 is greater than the length of the long stud 3 to the upper surface of the bracket 5, the medicine box 9 slides along the chamfered arc surface of the bracket 5 to the upper surface of the bracket 5.
The upright medicine boxes 9 can be clamped by the second conveyor belt 4 and continuously move forward under the drive of the conveyor belt; when the light reaches the position between the laser emitter 10 and the photoelectric sensor 11, the light is blocked, so that the brightness of the light sensed by the photoelectric sensor 11 for a period of time is obviously changed, the main controller captures the change information, the count value of the counter is increased by one, the added result is compared with a set target value, if the count value is smaller than the value, the counting is continued, and if the count value is larger than or equal to the value, the count value is cleared again, and the next counting period is ready to be executed.
