本发明公开了一种抗菌强韧的面料,包括保温内层和外衬层,所述的保温内层包括银离子碳纤维和角蛋白纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,所述的外衬层包括聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯晴纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,在所述的保温内层的外层涂层热可塑型的PU,在所述的外衬层的外层通过粘胶把兔毛纤维按照一定的图形规律进行粘贴。通过上述方式,本发明抗菌强韧的面料,采用银离子碳纤维、角蛋白纤维、聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯晴纤维,布料质量轻便,减少身体负担,抑菌材料有效地抑制细菌的产生,避免患得疾病,整体布质强韧,不会轻易挂丝,抗磨性强,适合作为制服类易磨损性服装。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌强韧的面料。
背景技术
现在很多中小学校,为了规范学生的行为,统一学校的一致性管理,会让学生在校期间身着校服,但是现有的学生校服的面料质量重,不利于学生的身体生长,排汗性能不好,学生在校期间活动颇多,不能保证身体干爽,容易滋生细菌,会得感冒或皮肤过敏等其他疾病,而且长时间穿着,校服会被快速磨损,影响外部美观。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌强韧的面料,采用银离子碳纤维、角蛋白纤维、聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯晴纤维,布料质量轻便,减少身体负担,抑菌材料有效地抑制细菌的产生,避免患得疾病,整体布质强韧,不会轻易挂丝,抗磨性强,适合作为制服类易磨损性服装。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种抗菌强韧的面料,包括保温内层和外衬层,所述的保温内层包括银离子碳纤维和角蛋白纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,所述的外衬层包括聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯晴纤维,通过经编纺织方式编织,在所述的保温内层的外层涂层热可塑型的PU,在所述的外衬层的外层通过粘胶把兔毛纤维按照一定的图形规律进行粘贴。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的保温内层的经密535-676根/10厘米,所述的外衬层的纬密350-408根/10厘米。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的兔毛纤维的克重为30-80克/平方米。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的兔毛纤维的克重为50克/平方米。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的保温内层的银离子碳纤维和角蛋白纤维之间的份数比为1:15。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的外衬层的聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯晴纤维之间的份数比为1.3:1.5。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种抗菌强韧的面料,采用银离子碳纤维、角蛋白纤维、聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯晴纤维,布料质量轻便,减少身体负担,抑菌材料有效地抑制细菌的产生,避免患得疾病,整体布质强韧,不会轻易挂丝,抗磨性强,适合作为制服类易磨损性服装。

所述的外衬层的聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯晴纤维之间的份数比为1.3:1.5。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌强韧的面料,其特征在于,所述的保温内层的经密535-676根/10厘米,所述的外衬层的纬密350-408根/10厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌强韧的面料,其特征在于,所述的兔毛纤维的克重为30-80克/平方米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌强韧的面料,其特征在于,所述的兔毛纤维的克重为50克/平方米。
