Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary positioning device for a main shaft of a numerical control lathe, which comprises an adjusting clamp, an installation part, a positioning shaft and a long cylinder, wherein the positioning shaft and the long cylinder are of hollow structures, the positioning shaft is coaxially arranged in the long cylinder, the length of the positioning shaft is greater than that of the long cylinder, one end of the long cylinder is provided with a flange device for synchronously fixing the long cylinder and the positioning shaft, the installation part and the adjusting clamp are sequentially arranged at the end part of the other end of the long cylinder, one end of the adjusting clamp is clamped on the long cylinder, and the other end of the adjusting clamp is clamped on the positioning shaft. The positioning shaft can be adjusted according to different workpieces, and then positioning with different lengths can be achieved by locking the adjusting clamp and the mounting piece. Compared with the prior art, when workpieces with different lengths are machined in a large batch, the extension length of the workpiece can be quickly adjusted, the time for clamping and positioning is saved, and the device is convenient and quick to operate, so that the machining efficiency is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary positioning device for the spindle of the numerically controlled lathe comprises an adjusting clamp, a mounting part, a positioning shaft 1 and a long cylinder 4 which are all of hollow structures. The positioning shaft 1 is coaxially arranged in the long cylinder 4, and the length of the positioning shaft 1 is greater than that of the long cylinder 4. One end of the long cylinder 4 is provided with a flange device for synchronously fixing the long cylinder 4 and the positioning shaft 1, and the end part of the other end of the long cylinder 4 is sequentially provided with the mounting part and the adjusting clamp. One end of the adjusting clamp is clamped on the long cylinder 4, and the other end of the adjusting clamp is clamped on the positioning shaft 1. In this embodiment, the mounting member includes a gasket 5 and a lock nut 6 that can be freely screwed onto the long cylinder 4, and a thread that is used in cooperation with the lock nut 6 is provided on an outer wall body of the long cylinder 4.

The large lock lug 7a, the clamping piece 7 and the small lock lug 7b are integrally formed. Based on the fact that the positioning shaft 1 and the long cylinder 4 are both circular, the cross section of the single clamping piece 7 is of a semicircular structure.
