本发明公开了一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法,所述抑菌硅胶月经杯由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取各组分;然后将各组分加入到真空捏合机或密炼机中混合均匀后,薄通3‑5次,然后注入模具中,在平板硫化机上成型和硫化,一段硫化温度160‑180℃,20‑30分钟,压力7‑10MPa;二段硫化在鼓风恒温箱内进行,硫化温度200‑240℃,2个小时后制得成品。本发明提供方法制备出的抑菌消炎润滑导尿管具有优异的生物相容性和安全性,均优于现有市面上相关产品的性能,抗菌时间长,并且其强度高、机械性能好。其制备方法流程较短,操作简单,成本低,对环境友好,经济效益高。

一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,涉及一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法。
技术背景
导尿管,是以天然橡胶、硅橡胶或聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成的管路,可以经由尿道插入膀胱以便引流尿液出来,导尿管插入膀胱后,靠近导尿管头端有一个气囊固定导尿管留在膀胱内,而不易脱出,且引流管连接尿袋收集尿液。导尿管是临床最常用的医疗器材之一,虽有着广泛的应用,但留置导尿管引起的相关感染却是临床治疗中普遍又棘手的问题,尤其是约占总量10%的长期留置型导尿管更易出现上述问题,并且,尿路感染中有75%~80%是由导尿管引起的。传统应对导尿管引发感染的方法如:缩短导尿管体内留置时间、定期更换;加强医院对导尿管等相关护理;配合抗生素等药物的服用来预防或治疗尿路感染等。上述方法不仅使患者经济负担和身体痛苦加重,也增加治疗时间并占用医院大量资源。抗菌导管是比临床使用抗生素更为有效的一种手段。根据临床数据显示,抗菌导管可以减少中心静脉导管使用中血液感染发生率15倍,减少导尿管细菌感染发生率3倍。
现有的抗菌或抑菌导尿管,大多通过其表面附有的涂层而实现抗菌或抑菌功能,主要包括金属离子/合金涂层、或抗生素药物涂层。但仍存在如下缺点:缓释的抗生素药力持续性较弱,长期使用可能导致抗生素耐药菌产生而影响其抑菌、抗菌效力。这些抑菌、抗菌涂层导尿管仍存在着表面涂层处理工艺复杂、可能带入有毒物质而影响人体健康等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法,所述抑菌硅胶月经杯由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取硅橡胶60-70份、明胶10-20份、丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物10-20份、氨基葡萄糖5-8份、聚乳酸8-10份、多乙烯基硅油5-11份、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷5-15份、磷酸三钙5-8份、纳米银4-6份、气相二氧化硅3-7份、环硅氮烷5-10份、磷酸钙4-8份和去离子水50-80份;然后将各组分加入到真空捏合机或密炼机中混合均匀后,薄通3-5次,然后注入模具中,在平板硫化机上成型和硫化,一段硫化温度160-180℃,20-30分钟,压力7-10MPa;二段硫化在鼓风恒温箱内进行,硫化温度200-240℃,2个小时后制得成品。
所述纳米银粒径为10-80nm。
所述磷酸钙包括α-磷酸三钙或β-磷酸三钙。
所述一段硫化温度170℃,25分钟,压力8MPa。

本发明具有以下有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供方法制备出的抑菌消炎润滑导尿管具有优异的生物相容性和安全性,均优于现有市面上相关产品的性能,抗菌时间长,并且其强度高、机械性能好。其制备方法流程较短,操作简单,成本低,对环境友好,经济效益高。

实施例1
一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法,所述抑菌硅胶月经杯由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取硅橡胶60份、明胶10份、丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物10份、氨基葡萄糖5份、聚乳酸8份、多乙烯基硅油5份、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷5份、磷酸三钙5份、纳米银4-6份、气相二氧化硅3份、环硅氮烷5份、磷酸钙4份和去离子水50份;然后将各组分加入到真空捏合机或密炼机中混合均匀后,薄通3次,然后注入模具中,在平板硫化机上成型和硫化,一段硫化温度160℃,20分钟,压力7MPa;二段硫化在鼓风恒温箱内进行,硫化温度200℃,2个小时后制得成品。
所述纳米银粒径为10-80nm。

一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法,所述抑菌硅胶月经杯由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取硅橡胶70份、明胶20份、丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物20份、氨基葡萄糖8份、聚乳酸10份、多乙烯基硅油11份、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷15份、磷酸三钙8份、纳米银4-6份、气相二氧化硅7份、环硅氮烷10份、磷酸钙8份和去离子水80份;然后将各组分加入到真空捏合机或密炼机中混合均匀后,薄通5次,然后注入模具中,在平板硫化机上成型和硫化,一段硫化温度180℃,30分钟,压力10MPa;二段硫化在鼓风恒温箱内进行,硫化温度240℃,2个小时后制得成品。
所述纳米银粒径为10-80nm。
所述磷酸钙包括α-磷酸三钙或β-磷酸三钙。
实施例3
一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法,所述抑菌硅胶月经杯由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取硅橡胶65份、明胶15份、丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物15份、氨基葡萄糖7份、聚乳酸9份、多乙烯基硅油8份、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷10份、磷酸三钙6份、纳米银5份、气相二氧化硅5份、环硅氮烷7份、磷酸钙6份和去离子水70份;然后将各组分加入到真空捏合机或密炼机中混合均匀后,薄通4次,然后注入模具中,在平板硫化机上成型和硫化,一段硫化温度170℃,25分钟,压力8MPa;二段硫化在鼓风恒温箱内进行,硫化温度220℃,2个小时后制得成品。
所述纳米银粒径为10-80nm。
所述磷酸钙包括α-磷酸三钙或β-磷酸三钙。

1.一种抑菌消炎润滑导尿管的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤: 所述抑菌硅胶月经杯由以下方法制备得到:先按重量份称取硅橡胶60-70份、明胶10-20份、丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物10-20份、氨基葡萄糖5-8份、聚乳酸8-10份、多乙烯基硅油5-11份、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷5-15份、磷酸三钙5-8份、纳米银4-6份、气相二氧化硅3-7份、环硅氮烷5-10份、磷酸钙4-8份和去离子水50-80份;然后将各组分加入到真空捏合机或密炼机中混合均匀后,薄通3-5次,然后注入模具中,在平板硫化机上成型和硫化,一段硫化温度160-180℃,20-30分钟,压力7-10MPa;二段硫化在鼓风恒温箱内进行,硫化温度200-240℃,2个小时后制得成品。
