Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用敷料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)取EDTA‑2Na、甘油、透明质酸钠、寡聚透明质酸钠、聚天冬氨酸、海藻糖加入水中,搅拌溶解;(2)加入汉生胶、甜菜碱、甲基丙二醇;(3)取卡波姆配制为1%的水分散体,混合均匀;(4)取三乙醇胺、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2 己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、胶原蛋白粉分别在水中溶解均匀,再与步骤(4)得到的混合溶液混合均匀,即得到所述医用敷料。本发明过程简单,制得的医用敷料细胞毒性小,对痤疮具有较好的辅助治疗效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤用敷料的技术领域。
背景技术
痤疮,俗称青春痘、粉刺、暗疮等,发病机理较复杂,是目前皮肤科及常见而较难治疗的皮肤疾病,特别易在脸部产生,严重影响外观形象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种可用于痤疮辅助治疗、细胞毒性小,安全性高,可同时适用于普通人群或皮肤科病患的医用敷料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种医用敷料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取EDTA-2Na、甘油、透明质酸钠、寡聚透明质酸钠、聚天冬氨酸、海藻糖加入水中,搅拌溶解;
(2)加入汉生胶、甜菜碱、甲基丙二醇与步骤(1)得到的混合溶液搅拌混合均匀;
(3)取卡波姆配制为1%的水分散体,将其与步骤(2)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀;
(4)另取三乙醇胺、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2 己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、胶原蛋白粉分别在水中溶解均匀,与步骤(4)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀,即得到所述医用敷料。
优选的是:所述透明质酸钠为中分子透明质酸钠。
另外优选的是:所述卡波姆为卡波姆941。
另外优选的是:其按质量份计,包括以下组分:EDTA-2Na0.04~0.08份,甘油2.0~6.0份,中分子透明质酸钠0.01~0.04份,寡聚透明质酸钠0.02~0.06份,聚天冬氨酸0.6~1.0份,海藻糖0.2~0.6份,汉生胶0.01~0.05份,甜菜碱0.6~1.0份,甲基丙二醇 2.0~6.0份,卡波姆941的1%水分散体10.0~20.0份,三乙醇胺0.08~0.16份,对羟基苯乙酮0.2~0.8份,1,2己二醇0.2~0.8份,1,3-丁二醇2.0~6.0份,胶原蛋白粉0.08~0.2份。
本发明中胶原蛋白对于皮肤修复有良好的辅助治疗效果;对羟基苯乙酮、1,2己二醇可以防止微生物滋生,在本发明的使量下对皮肤无毒性、刺激、致敏反应,安全性高;甘油、中分子透明质酸钠、寡聚透明质酸钠、聚天冬氨酸、海藻糖、1,3-丁二醇配合使用,即能够起到保湿、润滑作用,又可以促进其它成分功能的发挥;汉生胶、卡波姆可以增加溶液粘稠度,使溶液保持水凝胶状态;三乙醇胺有效调节溶液pH值;EDTA-2Na可能保持溶液稳定,使其不发生变质;在制备过程中不同组分根据相容性及稳定性等特性按不同的顺序及组合进行混溶,特别是卡波姆通过配制为1%的水分散体先进行溶胀,可得到性能稳定均一的医用敷料。
本发明制得的医用敷料细胞毒性小,对痤疮具有较好的辅助治疗效果,同时安全性高,即可用于普通人群,也可用于医院皮肤科的痤疮病患,具有广泛的应用群体,制备方法可控性好,操作简单,可进行大规模生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)取EDTA-2Na、甘油、中分子透明质酸钠、寡聚透明质酸钠、聚天冬氨酸、海藻糖加入水中,搅拌溶解;
(2)加入汉生胶、甜菜碱、甲基丙二醇与步骤(1)得到的混合溶液搅拌混合均匀;
(3)取卡波姆941配制为1%的水分散体,将其与步骤(2)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀;
(4)另取三乙醇胺、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2 己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、胶原蛋白粉分别在水中溶解均匀,与步骤(4)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀,即得到所述医用敷料;
其中各原料质量份为:EDTA-2Na0.04份,甘油2.0份,中分子透明质酸钠0.01份,寡聚透明质酸钠0.02份,聚天冬氨酸0.6份,海藻糖0.2份,汉生胶0.01份,甜菜碱0.6份,甲基丙二醇 2.0,卡波姆941的1%水分散体10.0份,三乙醇胺0.08份,对羟基苯乙酮0.2份,1,2 己二醇0.2份,1,3-丁二醇2.0份,胶原蛋白粉0.08份。
实施例2
(1)取EDTA-2Na、甘油、中分子透明质酸钠、寡聚透明质酸钠、聚天冬氨酸、海藻糖加入水中,搅拌溶解;
(2)加入汉生胶、甜菜碱、甲基丙二醇与步骤(1)得到的混合溶液搅拌混合均匀;
(3)取卡波姆941配制为1%的水分散体,将其与步骤(2)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀;
(4)另取三乙醇胺、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2 己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、胶原蛋白粉分别在水中溶解均匀,与步骤(4)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀,即得到所述医用敷料;
其中各原料质量份为:EDTA-2Na0.08份,甘油6.0份,中分子透明质酸钠0.04份,寡聚透明质酸钠0.06份,聚天冬氨酸1.0份,海藻糖0.6份,汉生胶0.05份,甜菜碱1.0份,甲基丙二醇6.0份,卡波姆941的1%水分散体20.0份,三乙醇胺0.16份,对羟基苯乙酮0.8份,1,2 己二醇0.8份,1,3-丁二醇6.0份,胶原蛋白粉0.2份。

Claims (4)

1.一种医用敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取EDTA-2Na、甘油、透明质酸钠、寡聚透明质酸钠、聚天冬氨酸、海藻糖加入水中,搅拌溶解;
(2)加入汉生胶、甜菜碱、甲基丙二醇与步骤(1)得到的混合溶液搅拌混合均匀;
(3)取卡波姆配制为1%的水分散体,将其与步骤(2)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀;
(4)另取三乙醇胺、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2 己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、胶原蛋白粉分别在水中溶解均匀,与步骤(4)得到的混合溶液再混合均匀,即得到所述医用敷料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述透明质酸钠为中分子透明质酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述卡波姆为卡波姆941。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用敷料的制备方法,其特征在于:其按质量份计,其原料为:EDTA-2Na0.04~0.08份,甘油2.0~6.0份,中分子透明质酸钠0.01~0.04份,寡聚透明质酸钠0.02~0.06份,聚天冬氨酸0.6~1.0份,海藻糖0.2~0.6份,汉生胶0.01~0.05份,甜菜碱0.6~1.0份,甲基丙二醇 2.0~6.0份,卡波姆941的1%水分散体10.0~20.0份,三乙醇胺0.08~0.16份,对羟基苯乙酮0.2~0.8份,1,2 己二醇0.2~0.8份,1,3-丁二醇2.0~6.0份,胶原蛋白粉0.08~0.2份。
