Abstract

Therefore, the denture needs to be sprayed and cooled, namely, the denture is placed in a glass bottle, a spray head is placed at the top of the glass bottle, water falling downwards strikes the top of the denture, and the water moves downwards along the outline of the denture, so that heat on the surface of the denture is taken away. However, in the spraying process, the false tooth is impacted by water, so that the false tooth is displaced and staggered with the spray head, continuous spraying cannot be realized, and the false tooth is required to swing under the spray head again, so that the labor capacity of workers is increased, cooling is not continuously performed, and the cooling efficiency is reduced. In addition, only the top of the denture can be cooled, but the bottom cannot be contacted with cooling water, so that the cooling effect is poor.

The working process of the invention is as follows: firstly placing the denture 12 after carving forming on the groove 4 and on the top of the supporting table 8, and then rotating the spray pipe A2 and the spray pipe B3 to be in a horizontal state as shown in figure 3, so that the fixture of the denture is realized, and the denture 12 is limited in the groove 4 by two extension parts; then cooling water is introduced into the spray pipe A2 and the spray pipe B3, one part of the cooling water is sprayed to the side surface of the upper half part of the denture 12 from the spray header 6, so that the side surface of the upper half part of the denture is cooled, and the other part of the cooling water is sprayed from the tail end of the spray pipe and falls to the top of the denture, so that the cooling of the top surface of the denture is realized; meanwhile, cooling water is introduced into the water inlet channel 7, enters the blind hole 9 through the water inlet channel 7, one part of cooling water is sprayed out from the water spraying port 10 to the side surface of the lower half part of the denture 12, so that the side surface of the lower half part of the denture is cooled, and the other part of cooling water is sprayed to the bottom of the denture 12 from the straight hole 11, so that the top of the denture is cooled. Therefore, the system realizes the omnibearing cooling of the false teeth, and has higher cooling effect. In addition, in the spraying process, the false teeth are always limited below the two extension parts, so that the false teeth are prevented from being displaced, the cooling efficiency is further improved, and the labor capacity of workers is further reduced.
