本技术公开了一种LED路灯节能装置,包括支撑杆,所述支撑杆一侧外壁焊接有控制箱,且支撑杆一侧内壁焊接有蓄电池,所述控制箱一侧内壁依次焊接有开关和传感器,且开关和传感器通过导线连接,所述支撑杆顶部外壁焊接有光线感应器,所述光线传感器内设置有受光器、感应器和信号处理器,所述支撑杆远离控制箱的一侧外壁依次焊接有灯箱连接杆和太阳能板。本技术使用光线传感器取代定时器,这种方法对路灯照明时间的控制效果更好,在不同的季节都能适用,达到天黑照明天亮灭灯的效果,灯箱内设置有反光镜,反光镜会反射LED灯发出的光,在使用更少的LED灯的情况下既能达到满足要求的照明效果,有效地降低了资源的使用量。

本技术涉及节能装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED路灯节能装置。
背景技术
由于LED本身比较省电,所以目前LED路灯的使用越来越广泛,然而,能源短缺的问题,即使是LED路灯,也在节能降耗的需求下,采取在路人的低峰时段,以间隔一盏点灯的方式降低路灯的电能消耗,不过这会使得在照明上有明暗区,或者对路灯进行定时照明,但是这种方法在不同的季节使用效果不同,比如夏天天亮时间早,路灯还在亮,造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
本技术的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种LED路灯节能装置。
为了实现上述目的,本技术采用了如下技术方案:
一种LED路灯节能装置,包括支撑杆,所述支撑杆一侧外壁焊接有控制箱,且支撑杆一侧内壁通过螺栓连接有蓄电池,所述控制箱一侧内壁依次焊接有开关和传感器,且开关和传感器通过导线连接,所述支撑杆顶部外壁焊接有光线感应器,所述光线传感器内设置有受光器、感应器和信号处理器,所述支撑杆远离控制箱的一侧外壁依次焊接有灯箱连接杆和太阳能板,所述太阳能板位于灯箱连接杆的上方,且太阳能板通过导线与蓄电池连接,所述灯箱连接杆和太阳能板均与地面相平行,且灯箱连接杆远离支撑杆的一侧外壁焊接有灯箱,所述灯箱顶部内壁通过粘胶粘接有反光镜,所述反光镜的镜面向下,且反光镜的底部外壁焊接有LED灯,所述灯箱底部外壁焊接有透明灯罩。
优选的,所述光线传感器的大小与支撑杆顶部的大小配合,且光线传感器通过导线与传感器连接。
优选的,所述灯箱内设置有多个LED灯,且LED灯均通过导线与蓄电池连接。
优选的,所述灯箱连接杆底部焊接有稳定杆,且稳定杆远离灯箱连接杆的一端与支撑杆焊接。
优选的,所述控制箱远离支撑杆的一侧通过铰链铰接有封门,且封门一侧外壁焊接有锁扣。
优选的,所述蓄电池通过导线与开关连接,且开关连接有型号为DATA-7311的控制器。
本技术的有益效果为:
1.使用光线传感器取代定时器,这种方法对路灯照明时间的控制效果更好,在不同的季节都能适用,达到天黑照明天亮灭灯的效果。
2.灯箱内设置有反光镜,反光镜会反射LED灯发出的光,在使用更少的LED灯的情况下既能达到满足要求的照明效果,有效地降低了资源的使用量。

参照图1,一种LED路灯节能装置,包括支撑杆1,支撑杆1一侧外壁焊接有控制箱2,且支撑杆1一侧内壁通过螺栓连接有蓄电池5,控制箱2一侧内壁依次焊接有开关3和传感器4,且开关3和传感器4通过导线连接,支撑杆1顶部外壁焊接有光线感应器7,光线传感器内设置有受光器、感应器和信号处理器,支撑杆1远离控制箱2的一侧外壁依次焊接有灯箱连接杆6和太阳能板8,太阳能板8位于灯箱连接杆6的上方,且太阳能板8通过导线与蓄电池5连接,灯箱连接杆6和太阳能板8均与地面相平行,且灯箱连接杆6远离支撑杆1的一侧外壁焊接有灯箱9,灯箱9顶部内壁通过粘胶粘接有反光镜11,反光镜11的镜面向下,且反光镜11的底部外壁焊接有LED灯12,灯箱9底部外壁焊接有透明灯罩10。
本技术中,光线传感器7的大小与支撑杆1顶部的大小配合,且光线传感器7通过导线与传感器4连接,灯箱9内设置有多个LED灯12,且LED灯12均通过导线与蓄电池5连接,灯箱连接杆6底部焊接有稳定杆,且稳定杆远离灯箱连接杆6的一端与支撑杆1焊接,控制箱2远离支撑杆1的一侧通过铰链铰接有封门,且封门一侧外壁焊接有锁扣,蓄电池5通过导线与开关3连接,且开关3连接有型号为DATA-7311的控制器。
工作原理:太阳能电池板8白天发的电储蓄在蓄电池5内,光线感应器7在自然光线较弱即天黑时,光线感应器7内部的信号处理器会对传感器4发出信号,然后通过传感器4控制开关打开路灯,蓄电池5开始供电,LED灯12亮时,反光镜11会反射LED的光,使路灯的照明效果更强。

1.一种LED路灯节能装置,包括支撑杆(1),其特征在于,所述支撑杆(1)一侧外壁焊接有控制箱(2),且支撑杆(1)一侧内壁通过螺栓连接有蓄电池(5),所述控制箱(2)一侧内壁依次焊接有开关(3)和传感器(4),且开关(3)和传感器(4)通过导线连接,所述支撑杆(1)顶部外壁焊接有光线感应器(7),所述光线传感器内设置有受光器、感应器和信号处理器,所述支撑杆(1)远离控制箱(2)的一侧外壁依次焊接有灯箱连接杆(6)和太阳能板(8),所述太阳能板(8)位于灯箱连接杆(6)的上方,且太阳能板(8)通过导线与蓄电池(5)连接,所述灯箱连接杆(6)和太阳能板(8)均与地面相平行,且灯箱连接杆(6)远离支撑杆(1)的一侧外壁焊接有灯箱(9),所述灯箱(9)顶部内壁通过粘胶粘接有反光镜(11),所述反光镜(11)的镜面向下,且反光镜(11)的底部外壁焊接有LED灯(12),所述灯箱(9)底部外壁焊接有透明灯罩(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯节能装置,其特征在于,所述光线传感器(7)的大小与支撑杆(1)顶部的大小配合,且光线传感器(7)通过导线与传感器(4)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯节能装置,其特征在于,所述灯箱(9)内设置有LED灯(12),且LED灯(12)通过导线与蓄电池(5)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯节能装置,其特征在于,所述灯箱连接杆(6)底部焊接有稳定杆,且稳定杆远离灯箱连接杆(6)的一端与支撑杆(1)焊接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯节能装置,其特征在于,所述控制箱(2)远离支撑杆(1)的一侧通过铰链铰接有封门,且封门一侧外壁焊接有锁扣。
