本发明实施例公开了一种新型抗冲击人防门,包括:内密封门,内密封门有两扇,分别与外部墙体通过铰链连接,内密封门一端设置有一个斜面;轨道,轨道有多条,平行交错设置,从外部墙体内延伸至内密封门外侧;外抗冲击门,外抗冲击门设置于轨道上;气缸,气缸设置于外部墙体内,与外抗冲击门一一对应设置,可以推动外抗冲击门在轨道上滑动。实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的新型抗冲击人防门设置有外抗冲击门,能够保护脆弱的内密封门免受水流和气浪的直接冲击,并且在外抗冲击门受到冲击变形损坏后,依然能够让人通行,避免人员被困的情况出现。

新型抗冲击人防门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人防门,尤其涉及一种新型抗冲击人防门。
背景技术
人防门是设置在人防出入口的具有战时防护功能的门。通常是采用钢筋混凝土或者钢结构制成,这种材质坚固耐用但是自身重量较重。人防门通常通过铰链连接在墙体上,人防门整体相比,连接部较为脆弱。当冲击来临时,人防门在短时间内获得了一个极大地载荷,铰链由于平时就处于高载荷状态,此时十分容易出现破碎断裂的情况。导致人防门无法重新打开,在人防工程内避险的人反而被困于其中,增加了后续救援的难度。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现在人防门在收到冲击时,与墙体连接的铰链容易破损,导致人防门无法开启的情况,提出了一种新型抗冲击人防门。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种新型抗冲击人防门,该新型抗冲击人防门包括:内密封门,内密封门有两扇,分别与外部墙体通过铰链连接,内密封门一端设置有一个斜面;轨道,轨道有多条,平行交错设置,从外部墙体内延伸至内密封门外侧;外抗冲击门,外抗冲击门设置于轨道上;气缸,气缸设置于外部墙体内,与外抗冲击门一一对应设置,可以推动外抗冲击门在轨道上滑动。
其中,内密封门采用钢材制成,外部包裹有密封橡胶。
其中,外防冲击门使用钢筋混凝土制成。
其中,外抗冲击门的宽度大于两侧外部墙体之间距离的1/2。
其中,外抗冲击门的宽度为两侧外部墙体之间距离的2/3~3/4。
其中,相邻两外抗冲击门之间的直线距离大于3米。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的新型抗冲击人防门设置有外抗冲击门,能够保护脆弱的内密封门免受水流和气浪的直接冲击,并且在外抗冲击门受到冲击变形损坏后,依然能够让人通行,避免人员被困的情况出现。

请参见图1和图2,图1是本发明提供的新型抗冲击人防门开启时的结构示意图;图2是本发明提供的新型抗冲击人防门关闭时的结构示意图。
新型抗冲击人防门包括:内密封门1、轨道2、外抗冲击门3以及气缸4。
内密封门1有两扇,分别与外部墙体5通过铰链11连接,内密封门1一端设置有一个斜面。
轨道2有多条,平行交错设置,从外部墙体5内延伸至内密封门1外侧。
外抗冲击门3设置于轨道2上,外抗冲击门的宽度大于两侧外部墙体之间距离的1/2。在本实施例中,申请人经过多次试验测得外抗冲击门的宽度为两侧外部墙体之间距离的2/3~3/4时,使用效果最好。外抗冲击门3等间距设置,并且相邻两外抗冲击门3之间的直线距离大于3米。
气缸4设置于外部墙体5内,与外抗冲击门3一一对应设置,可以推动外抗冲击门3在轨道2上滑动。
本发明提供的新型抗冲击人防门在平时处于图1的状态,外抗冲击门3隐藏于外部墙体5中,便于人员快速进入防空设施内。当人员全部进入设施内之后,关闭内密封门1,同时气缸4推动外抗冲击门滑出。当冲击波、冲击水流或者冲击气流到达时,首先冲击外抗冲击门3,并且按照外抗冲击门3形成的S型通道运动,不断减速。当抵达内密封门1时,已不对内密封门1构成威胁。即使外抗冲击门3受到冲击过大,导致变形或者破损,无法收回到外部墙体5内,人员依然可以通过外抗冲击门3之间的空间出去,不会出现被困住的情况。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的新型抗冲击人防门设置有外抗冲击门,能够保护脆弱的内密封门免受水流和气浪的直接冲击,并且在外抗冲击门受到冲击变形损坏后,依然能够让人通行,避免人员被困的情况出现。

1.一种新型抗冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述新型抗冲击人防门包括:
内密封门,所述内密封门有两扇,分别与外部墙体通过铰链连接,所述内密封门一端设置有一个斜面;
轨道,所述轨道有多条,平行交错设置,从所述外部墙体内延伸至所述内密封门外侧;
外抗冲击门,所述外抗冲击门设置于所述轨道上;
气缸,所述气缸设置于所述外部墙体内,与所述外抗冲击门一一对应设置,可以推动所述外抗冲击门在所述轨道上滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述内密封门采用钢材制成,外部包裹有密封橡胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型抗冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述外防冲击门使用钢筋混凝土制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述外抗冲击门的宽度大于两侧所述外部墙体之间距离的1/2。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型抗冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述外抗冲击门的宽度为两侧所述外部墙体之间距离的2/3~3/4。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗冲击人防门,其特征在于,相邻两所述外抗冲击门之间的直线距离大于3米。
