背景技术
剪力墙又称抗风墙、抗震墙或结构墙,是房屋或构筑物中主要承受风荷载或地震作用引起的水平荷载和竖向荷载的墙体,防止结构剪切(受剪)破坏,一般用钢筋混凝土做成。在剪力墙受力时,钢筋混凝土中的系杆两端的焊接点与其他部位的连接强度不同,而容易出现断裂,从而使得整个墙体出现脆性破坏。因此,本发明人对此做进一步研究,研发出一种防脆性破坏组合剪力墙,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防脆性破坏组合剪力墙,使系杆截面削弱部位最先出现延性破坏,由此大大提高了钢混凝土组合结构的延性。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种防脆性破坏组合剪力墙,包括焊接在翼缘之间的系杆,所述系杆从加劲板之间穿设而过,系杆在翼缘和加劲板或加劲板之间的延性强度弱于系杆与翼缘之间的焊接处的延性强度。
进一步,所述系杆中部的厚度小于系杆两端的厚度。
进一步,所述系杆中部开设有小孔。
进一步,所述系杆与翼缘的焊接处加焊矩形钢板。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
当墙体受力时,使系杆与与翼缘之间的焊接处以外的部位先出现延性破坏,从而保证不使焊接处首先出现脆性破坏,如此可以有效防止房屋在破坏性外力的作用下直接出现倒塌现象,提高了房屋的抗震性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图所示,一种防脆性破坏组合剪力墙,包括翼缘1、腹板2、系杆3(可采用扁钢)、加劲板7作为钢构架,再浇筑混凝土6而成,由翼缘1、腹板2、系杆3、加劲板7组合成剪力墙的钢筋框架结构,而系杆3是焊接在翼缘1之间,且系杆3穿过加劲板7,在墙体受到外力作用时,焊接处在超过承受力时容易发生脆性锻炼,因此考虑使其它部位先出现延性破坏以防止焊接处出现脆性破裂从而导致墙体直接崩坏。
如图1、图2所示,将系杆3位于翼缘1和加劲板7或加劲板7之间的中部厚度做成小于其余部位的厚度,此时墙体受力时,系杆3中部会先于焊接处出现延性破坏,从而防止出现脆性破坏。
如图3、图4所示,系杆3中部开设有小孔4,相当于降低了系杆3中间的结构强度,从而首先出现延性破坏。
如图5、图6所示,将系杆3与翼缘1的焊接处加焊矩形钢板5,相当于加强了焊接处的连接强度,从而使系杆3中间先出现延性破坏。
如果剪力墙出现脆性破坏,会直接导致建筑物内的人员来不及逃离,而延性破坏则能提醒人员提早逃离或进行补救。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脆性破坏组合剪力墙,其特征在于:所述系杆中部的厚度小于系杆两端的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脆性破坏组合剪力墙,其特征在于:所述系杆中部开设有小孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脆性破坏组合剪力墙,其特征在于:所述系杆与翼缘的焊接处加焊矩形钢板。
