本发明涉及一种防水涂料及其制备方法一种钛白粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括10~25%重量的钛白粉、40~60%重量的聚乙烯醇、15~25%重量的石粉、1~3%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1~2%的二甲基硅油。将称量好的聚乙烯醇置于带有搅拌器的容器中,然后依次加入石粉、钛白粉、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、消泡剂,充分搅拌混合均匀。本发明的有益效果是:工艺简单,节能成本低,防水性能好,且施工方便,不流淌,无气泡现象,耐高温、抗严寒,粘度高,密封防水效果好,抗老化能力强,可渗入到多孔无机材料表面,且与有机底材有良好的附着力,具有耐磨、耐老化等优良品质。

技术领域
本发明属于无机颜料的制备领域,特别涉及一种钛白粉涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
外墙涂料品种较多,尤其是高分子乳液的出现,为这种涂料增加了许多新品种。其防水、抗氧化能力有相当程度地增强,装饰性能也是很好的。然而能有效地防雨、抗冲刷,并能将其优异性能保持较长时期的涂料品种较少,因此常看到装饰和涂刷整洁美观的建筑物常经不住风雨冲刷和潮气侵蚀而色彩斑驳,有的会因涂料失效、墙面蚀漏引起电气绝缘破坏而导致触电和失火。
将涂料涂在暴露在大气中的建筑物,是保护它们免受气候的损害并起外观装饰作用。遗憾的是,涂有涂料的建筑物的外观常常因产生外表锈污而很快变得难看。钢和铁的管道和其他结构件会发生相当严重的表面锈蚀,但在结构上却仍很坚固。当下雨时,铁锈会随雨水滴到上面,形成一种难看的褐色污斑,很难除掉。
目前,在建筑业作为防水涂料大都采用沥青或沥青中加入乳化橡胶,沥青虽然价格低廉,但其防水能力差,在短期内容易老化龟裂,而且由于地面不均匀沉降和热伸缩,会出现明显的不规则缝隙,从而使防水层失效。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种钛白粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括10~25%重量的钛白粉、40~60%重量的聚乙烯醇、15~25%重量的石粉、1~3%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1~2%的二甲基硅油。
进一步地,一种钛白粉涂料的制备方法,将称量好的聚乙烯醇置于带有搅拌器的容器中,然后依次加入石粉、钛白粉、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、消泡剂,充分搅拌混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:工艺简单,节能成本低,防水性能好,且施工方便,不流淌,无气泡现象,耐高温、抗严寒,粘度高,密封防水效果好,抗老化能力强,可渗入到多孔无机材料表面,且与有机底材有良好的附着力,具有耐磨、耐老化等优良品质。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明钛酸锂工业合成方法作更详尽的说明。
实施例一:
原料重量配比为:钛白粉4%、聚乙烯醇66%、石粉26%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2%、二甲基硅油2%
具体操作过程过程如下:
将称量好的聚乙烯醇置于带有搅拌器的容器中,然后依次加入石粉、钛白粉、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、二甲基硅油,充分搅拌混合均匀。
实施例二:
原料重量配比为钛白粉23%、聚乙烯醇50%、石粉23%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3%、二甲基硅油1%
具体操作过程过程如下:
将称量好的聚乙烯醇置于带有搅拌器的容器中,然后依次加入石粉、钛白粉、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、二甲基硅油,充分搅拌混合均匀。

1.一种钛白粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括10~25%重量的钛白粉、40~60%重量的聚乙烯醇、15~25%重量的石粉、1~3%的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、1~2%的二甲基硅油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钛白粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将称量好的聚乙烯醇置于带有搅拌器的容器中,然后依次加入石粉、钛白粉、增塑剂、消泡剂,充分搅拌混合均匀。
