本发明涉及一种控制台用橡胶铆钉。所述铆钉包括按重量份计的:天然橡胶125份,氟橡胶60份,氯丁橡胶10份,磷酸镁4份,氧化锌12份,促进剂15份,钛粉2份,防老剂4份。本发明提供的控制台用橡胶铆,在天然橡胶中混入少量氟离子和氯离子,同时,增加磷酸镁、氧化锌和钛粉,增加强度,使其能够替代金属铆钉。在拆卸时,可以使用刀具轻松切割其端部,非常方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制台用橡胶铆钉。
背景技术
现有技术中,一体控制台都是采用角螺栓连接,螺栓连接相较于铆钉来说,安装时需要消耗更多工时。但是,如果单纯的采用普通金属铆钉来安装的话,在拆卸时同样会更加麻烦。而一般的橡胶或塑料铆钉的硬度不足,不能用作支撑之用。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种高强度橡胶的橡胶铆钉。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种控制台用橡胶铆钉,所述铆钉包括按重量份计的:天然橡胶125份,氟橡胶60份,氯丁橡胶10份,磷酸镁4份,氧化锌12份,促进剂15份,钛粉2份,防老剂4份。
本发明提供的控制台用橡胶铆钉,在天然橡胶中混入少量氟离子和氯离子,同时,增加磷酸镁、氧化锌和钛粉,增加强度,使其能够替代金属铆钉。在拆卸时,可以使用刀具轻松切割其端部,非常方便。
