本发明公开了空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,是将第一EVA泡棉层的下表面进行处理,干燥;然后将第一EVA泡棉层上表面、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层依次平铺,加热,压合成型,冲孔,切割休整,得复合材料;通过螺钉将复合材料固定在空调外机箱体内的部件上,且第一EVA泡棉层的下表面朝向部件表面,该技术方案能够有效阻止空调外机中各部件产生的各频率声波穿过空调外机箱体,削弱声波能量,从而大幅度降低外机产生的噪音,有很大的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸音材料技术领域,具体涉及一种空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺。
背景技术
随着人们对生活品质的要求不断提高,空调的噪音越来越受到消费者的重视,空调的噪音主要来源于室外机的风机、压缩机及其配管系统,其噪声不仅造成周围环境的污染,而且影响人们的生活和工作,如何削弱多频段的声波,改善音质成为空调科研人员工作的重心之一,目前,主要是通过阻止声波传播的原理来实现消声,即在压缩机上包裹一层隔音棉,吸收压缩机向外辐射的各频率声波能量,以达到大幅度降低噪音的效果,但效果并不是很明显,此外,压缩机振动并通过底部螺栓和配管传到空调箱体上,引起箱体结构的振动,也是引起噪声的重要来源之一,因此,还需在现有技术的基础上进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,制备的降噪吸音板能够大幅度降低空调外机所产生的噪音。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将第一EVA泡棉层的下表面用水性EVA处理剂进行处理,干燥;
2)在第一EVA泡棉层的上表面上依次平铺聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层,加热,压合成型,冲孔,切割休整,得复合材料;
3)将复合材料通过螺钉固定在空调外机箱体内的部件上,且第一EVA泡棉层的下表面朝向部件表面。
优选地,所述第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为2-3mm、3-5mm、3-5mm、0.2-0.4mm。
优选地,所述第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为2.5mm、4mm、4mm、0.3mm。
优选地,所述压合成型包括一次压合成型和二次压合成型,经压合成型处理后得到的复合材料的周边厚度要低于其它地方厚度。
有益效果:本发明将EVA层用水性EVA处理剂处理后,增加其表面粗糙度,将其朝向部件表面,不容易滑落,制得的降噪吸音板效果优良,具有缓冲、抗震、吸音的作用,有效阻止空调外机中各部件产生的各频率声波穿过箱体,削弱声波能量,从而大幅度降低外机产生的噪音,有很大的应用价值。

实施例1:
空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将第一EVA泡棉层的下表面用水性EVA处理剂进行处理,干燥;
2)在第一EVA泡棉层的上表面上依次平铺聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层,第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为2.5mm、4mm、4mm、0.3mm,加热,压合成型,冲孔,切割休整,得复合材料;其中,压合成型包括一次压合成型和二次压合成型,经压合成型处理后得到的复合材料的周边厚度要低于其它地方厚度;
3)将复合材料通过螺钉固定在空调外机箱体内的部件上,且第一EVA泡棉层的下表面朝向部件表面。
实施例2:
空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将第一EVA泡棉层的下表面用水性EVA处理剂进行处理,干燥;
2)在第一EVA泡棉层的上表面上依次平铺聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层,第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为2.5mm、3.5mm、4.5mm、0.3mm,加热,压合成型,冲孔,切割休整,得复合材料;其中,压合成型包括一次压合成型和二次压合成型,经压合成型处理后得到的复合材料的周边厚度要低于其它地方厚度;
3)将复合材料通过螺钉固定在空调外机箱体内的部件上,且第一EVA泡棉层的下表面朝向部件表面。
实施例3:
空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将第一EVA泡棉层的下表面用水性EVA处理剂进行处理,干燥;
2)在第一EVA泡棉层的上表面上依次平铺聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层,第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为3mm、3mm、5mm、0.2mm,加热,压合成型,冲孔,切割休整,得复合材料;其中,压合成型包括一次压合成型和二次压合成型,经压合成型处理后得到的复合材料的周边厚度要低于其它地方厚度;
3)将复合材料通过螺钉固定在空调外机箱体内的部件上,且第一EVA泡棉层的下表面朝向部件表面。
实施例4:
空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将第一EVA泡棉层的下表面用水性EVA处理剂进行处理,干燥;
2)在第一EVA泡棉层的上表面上依次平铺聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层,第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为2mm、5mm、3mm、0.4mm,加热,压合成型,冲孔,切割休整,得复合材料;其中,压合成型包括一次压合成型和二次压合成型,经压合成型处理后得到的复合材料的周边厚度要低于其它地方厚度;
3)将复合材料通过螺钉固定在空调外机箱体内的部件上,且第一EVA泡棉层的下表面朝向部件表面。

1.空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将第一EVA泡棉层的下表面用水性EVA处理剂进行处理,干燥;
2)在第一EVA泡棉层的上表面上依次平铺聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层,加热,压合成型,冲孔,切割休整,得复合材料;
3)将复合材料通过螺钉固定在空调外机箱体内的部件上,且第一EVA泡棉层的下表面朝向部件表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为2-3mm、3-5mm、3-5mm、0.2-0.4mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述第一EVA泡棉层、聚酯吸声棉层、第二EVA泡棉层和无纺布层的厚度分别为2.5mm、4mm、4mm、0.3mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的空调用降噪吸音板的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述压合成型包括一次压合成型和二次压合成型,经压合成型处理后得到的复合材料的周边厚度要低于其它地方厚度。
