本发明公开了一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,包括:蒙皮表层(1),所述蒙皮表层(1)根据舵表面的型值呈圆弧曲面结构,为复合材料增强纤维、树脂基体或夹芯硬质泡沫材料制备而成,所述圆弧曲面的宽度从一端到另一端逐渐增加,厚度两端小中间大且圆滑过渡,芯层(2),所述芯层(2)为高阻尼发泡芯层,设于所述蒙皮表层(1)内部,以及舵轴(3),其为圆柱形不锈钢结构,贯穿于所述蒙皮表层(1)和芯层(2)。本发明的高阻尼轻质复合材料夹芯舵,在满足水下航行器舵功能要求和力学性能要求基础上,获得更好的阻尼减振性能,进一步降低了舵结构重量,有利于水下航行器总体声学性能和重量指标控制。

Description

一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵
技术领域
本发明属于水下航行器尾部结构部件技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵。
背景技术
随着各种新技术在水下航行器上的推广应用,要求在水下航行器设计时尽量减小结构重量,为总体重量控制提供更大空间。同时,近年来舰艇主动声呐探测距离和精度不断提高,要求水下航行器具有更好的阻尼性能和声隐身性能。
舵结构是水下航行器尾部重要结构件,通常由上、下两个方向舵,左、右两个水平舵组成,主要功能是用于控制水下航行器航行的方向和深度,保持水下航行器航行的机动性。水下航行器舵结构凸出于航行器结构体外表面,在航行时,易由于转舵和水流激励产生舵颤振,暴露水下航行器目标位置。另一方面,舵结构位于水下航行器尾部,其质量对于水下航行器重心调整和重量控制具有重要作用,有效减轻舵结构重量,可为水下航行器总体减重提供更大的空间。
目前水下航行器舵结构一般采用低阻尼的铝合金材料,结构型式为实心结构,但重量较大、阻尼减振效果有限。部分新型水下航行器舵采用了复合材料实心结构,内部采用短切纤维和树脂进行填充,外部采用树脂基纤维增强复合材料进行包覆,在减轻水下航行器尾部重量方面发挥了一定作用,但在控制舵结构颤振、减轻舵结构重量等方面仍有较大潜力。
复合材料指由两种或两种以上材料的独立物理相通过物理或化学复合工艺组合或构造,形成的新型细观结构构形或新材料。常用的非金属基复合材料增强相包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、高强聚乙烯纤维等,基体包括环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、乙烯基酯树脂、酚醛树脂等。
夹芯复合材料是指由上、下蒙皮表层和中间芯层组成的多层结构,其上下蒙皮表层一般采用树脂基纤维增强复合材料,中间芯层可选择耐压、高阻尼特性的发泡类材料。水下航行器采用夹芯复合材料舵结构,替代原铝合金实心舵结构或复合材料实心舵结构,能够获得更好的阻尼减振性能,并有效减轻水下航行器尾部结构重量。
现有和曾经有的关于舵系统的相关技术对不同类型的舵做过很有成效的努力,也设计过许多优秀的技术方案。专利CN103587126公开了一种轻量化高强度碳纤维复合材料船舵的制造工艺及所得船舵,在船舵芯模上塑造成船舵形状,形成预成型体,在预成型体内部放置真空密封袋,将预成型体放入船舵外模中,使用真空密封袋与外部真空袋密封固化成型,得到该种碳纤维复合材料船舵;该种轻量化高强度碳纤维复合材料船舵的制造工艺,所用材料均为预浸料,相对于一般复合材料船舵,能够精确控制船舵的树脂含量,降低船舵内部的孔隙率。该专利制造的轻量化高强度碳纤维复合材料船舵,重量较轻,但没有考虑其阻尼性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的以上缺陷或改进需求,本发明提供了一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,其目的在于在满足水下航行器舵结构表面型线和功能要求前提下,能够有效衰减舵结构振动,减轻舵结构重量,改善水下航行器总体性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,包括:
蒙皮表层,所述蒙皮表层根据舵表面的型值呈圆弧曲面结构,为复合材料增强纤维、树脂基体或夹芯硬质泡沫材料制备而成,所述圆弧曲面的宽度从一端到另一端逐渐增加,厚度两端小中间大且圆滑过渡,用于提高舵结构阻尼性能;
芯层,所述芯层为高阻尼发泡芯层,设于所述蒙皮表层内部,用于降低舵结构重量;以及
舵轴,其为圆柱形不锈钢结构,贯穿于所述蒙皮表层和芯层,用于作为所述舵和水下航行器的连接件,实现舵绕所述舵轴转动。
优选地,所述舵轴顶端与芯层接触部分横截面为椭圆形,用于确保舵轴传动的稳定性。
优选地,所述舵轴与蒙皮表层接触部分横截面为圆形,用于实现嵌入蒙皮表层内部的舵轴横截面平缓过度。
优选地,所述复合材料增强纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维或高强聚乙烯纤维。
优选地,所述蒙皮表层的厚度为1mm~2.5mm。
优选地,所述树脂基体为环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂或乙烯基酯树脂。
优选地,所述高阻尼发泡芯层为聚氨酯硬质发泡材料或其他开孔、闭孔的发泡材料。
总体而言,通过本发明所构思的以上技术方案与现有技术相比,能够取得下列有益效果:本发明的技术方案采用高阻尼轻质复合材料夹芯舵,能够在满足水下航行器舵功能要求和力学性能要求基础上,获得更好的阻尼减振性能,进一步降低了舵结构重量,有利于水下航行器总体声学性能和重量指标控制。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
图1为现有技术中铝合金实心舵结构示意。如图1所示,现有水下航行器舵一般采用铝合金实心结构或树脂基纤维增强复合材料实心结构。这种结构相对重量比较大,而且没有考虑其阻尼性能。
图2为本发明实施例的一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵结构示意图。如图2所示,该舵包括蒙皮蒙皮表层1、芯层2以及舵轴3。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述蒙皮蒙皮表层1的材料为复合材料增强纤维、树脂基体或夹芯硬质泡沫。蒙皮表层复合材料增强纤维选材范围包括碳纤维(CFRP)、玻璃纤维(GFRP)、高强聚乙烯(SPECTRA)纤维等;所述复合材料增强纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维或高强聚乙烯纤维;树脂基体选材范围包括环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、乙烯基酯树脂等。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述芯层为高阻尼发泡芯层;高阻尼发泡芯层包括聚氨酯硬质发泡材料、其他开孔、闭孔的发泡材料等。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述舵轴的材料为不锈钢。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述舵轴顶端与芯层接触部分横截面为椭圆形,用于确保舵轴传动的稳定性。
在本发明优选的实施例中,所述舵轴与蒙皮蒙皮表层接触部分横截面为圆形,用于实现嵌入蒙皮表面内部的舵轴横截面平缓过度。
在本发明优选的实施例中,选择T700正交碳纤维布、环氧树脂基体作为夹芯复合材料舵的蒙皮表层原材料,选择聚氨酯发泡材料作为夹芯复合材料舵的芯材材料,舵轴结构沿用原304L不锈钢材料。主要材料参数见表1。

如图2所示,在本发明优选的实施例中,根据舵结构功能、端部蒙皮表层型值要求,通过多种材料和蒙皮表层厚度的比较计算,设计水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵结构蒙皮表层碳纤维厚度为1mm、1.5mm、2mm或2.5mm等。
本实施例夹芯复合材料舵与水下航行器连接的舵轴端沿用原不锈钢材质和结构型式,为保证嵌入聚氨酯发泡芯层中舵轴端连接的强度和稳定性,该端舵轴截面设计为椭圆形状,嵌入舵板内舵轴横截面由圆形向椭圆形平缓过度,如图3所示。
通过计算,本发明的水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵A处施加载荷作用,夹芯复合材料舵结构最大应力、变形和重量情况,及其与铝合金舵、复合材料实心舵性能对比见表2。夹芯复合材料舵板满足结构刚度要求,且重量是铝合金舵的28%,是碳纤维复合材料舵的18%,大大减轻了舵结构重量。

在200米静水压力作用下,夹芯复合材料舵结构最大应力、变形,及其与铝合金舵、复合材料实心舵性能对比见表3,夹芯复合材料舵板满足结构静水压力下强度要求。

在瞬态载荷激励作用下,水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵结构C点振动加速度响应随时间变化曲线、及其与铝合金舵、复合材料实心舵对比如图4所示,夹芯复合材料舵结构振动加速度衰减较快,具有较高的阻尼减振性能。
在水下航行器发动机振动载荷激励作用下,夹芯复合材料舵结构辐射声压级、及其与铝合金舵、复合材料实心舵对比如图5所示,在1-250Hz频段,夹芯复合材料舵结构可降低低频辐射噪声3-6dB。
本发明的技术方案采用高阻尼轻质复合材料夹芯舵,能够在满足水下航行器舵功能要求和力学性能要求基础上,获得更好的阻尼减振性能,进一步降低了舵结构重量,有利于水下航行器总体声学性能和重量指标控制。

Claims (7)

1.一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,其特征在于,包括:
蒙皮表层(1),所述蒙皮表层(1)根据舵表面的型值呈圆弧曲面结构,为复合材料增强纤维、树脂基体或夹芯硬质泡沫材料制备而成,所述圆弧曲面的宽度从一端到另一端逐渐增加,厚度两端小中间大且圆滑过渡,用于提高舵结构阻尼性能;
芯层(2),所述芯层(2)为高阻尼发泡芯层,设于所述蒙皮表层(1)内部,用于降低舵结构重量;以及
舵轴(3),其为圆柱形不锈钢结构,贯穿于所述蒙皮表层(1)和芯层(2),用于作为所述舵和水下航行器的连接件,实现舵绕所述舵轴转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,其特征在于,所述舵轴(3)顶端与芯层(2)接触部分横截面为椭圆形,用于确保舵轴传动的稳定性。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,其特征在于,所述舵轴(3)与蒙皮表层(1)接触部分横截面为圆形,用于实现嵌入蒙皮表层(1)内部的舵轴(3)横截面平缓过度。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,其特征在于,所述复合材料增强纤维为碳纤维、玻璃纤维或高强聚乙烯纤维。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种高阻尼轻质型水下航行器夹芯复合材料舵,其特征在于,所述蒙皮表层(1)的厚度为1mm~2.5mm。
