技术领域
本发明涉及一种兽用饲料添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种解除毒素中毒的复合型添加剂。
背景技术
在兽类养殖业中,玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素、黄曲霉毒素等毒素对动物的胃、肝脏等器官带来严重的损害,此类情况的发生对畜类及养殖业来讲非常严重的危害。此添加剂主要从吸附霉菌毒素、保护肝脏、提高肝脏的解毒功能和提高机体免疫功能来降低霉菌毒素给动物带来的损失,降低养殖成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解除毒素中毒的复合型添加剂。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
本发明公开了一种解除毒素中毒的复合型添加剂,按重量份计,它包括如下组份:甘草粗提物8-14份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g20-30份;蒙脱石粉35-45份;酿酒酵母细胞壁10-20份;猪胆粉10-15份。
或者是,按重量份计,甘草粗提物8份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g20份;蒙脱石粉35份;酿酒酵母细胞壁10份;猪胆粉10份。
或者是,按重量份计,甘草粗提物14份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g30份;蒙脱石粉45份;酿酒酵母细胞壁20份;猪胆粉15份。
或者是,按重量份计,甘草粗提物11份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g25份;蒙脱石粉40份;酿酒酵母细胞壁15份;猪胆粉13份。
本发明的有益效果在于:
使用中,将本添加剂按0.2-0.5%添加应用到全价料中,结果表明通过本添加剂的使用可以预防和缓解多种霉菌毒素引起的畜禽中毒情况,为养殖业带来了光明。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1:一种解除毒素中毒的复合型添加剂,按重量份计,它包括如下组份:甘草粗提物12份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g23份;蒙脱石粉43份;酿酒酵母细胞壁15份;猪胆粉13份。
实施例2:一种解除毒素中毒的复合型添加剂,按重量份计,它包括如下组份:甘草粗提物8份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g20份;蒙脱石粉35份;酿酒酵母细胞壁10份;猪胆粉10份。
实施例3:一种解除毒素中毒的复合型添加剂,按重量份计,它包括如下组份:甘草粗提物14份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g30份;蒙脱石粉45份;酿酒酵母细胞壁20份;猪胆粉15份。
实施例4:一种解除毒素中毒的复合型添加剂,按重量份计,它包括如下组份:甘草粗提物11份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g25份;蒙脱石粉40份;酿酒酵母细胞壁15份;猪胆粉12份。
本发明的复合型添加剂试验过程及数据如下:
试验材料:
本试验在河南森隆兽药有限公司进行,按照发明实施例1提供的配方比例配制试验所用的饲料添加剂。
试验动物:
约130日龄成年母猪40头;约168日龄的大猪40头;按照相同常规方式进行饲喂管理,自有饮水,注意猪舍消毒。
试验方法:
1.将40头140日龄成年母猪,随机分成2组,每组20头,分别记为试验组和对照组。对照组饲喂添加30mg/kg玉米赤霉烯酮的基础日粮,试验组在饲喂对照组基础日粮基础上添加0.2%-0.5%的该发明提供的复合型添加剂,按正规方式饲喂15天,进行人工受精配种。
2.将40头168日龄大猪,随机分成2组,每组20头,分别记为试验组和对照组。对照组饲喂添加3mg/kg呕吐毒素的基础日粮,试验组在饲喂对照组基础日粮基础上添加0.2%-0.5%的该发明提供的复合型添加剂,按正规方式饲喂15天。
检测指标:
玉米赤霉烯酮中毒主要表现为雌性激素中毒症,本试验将出现阴道脱出或脱肛,子宫肿胀,繁殖效率降低记为雌性激素中毒症;统计上述1中对照组和试验组中母猪雌性激素中毒率,配种率。
呕吐毒素中毒可损害猪消化系统,可导致动物采食量下降,呕吐,甚至拒食。统计上述2中试验前一周对照组和试验组中大猪的平均日采食量;统计试验开始15天后对照组和试验组中大猪的平均日采食量。
数据处理:
试验数据采用SAS 8.1 版软件进行ANOVA单因素方差分析,并进行SNK多重比较,结果以平均数表示,采用chi-square检验,P<0.05,差异显著;P<0.01,差异极显著。
试验结果:
该复合型添加剂对饲喂含玉米赤霉烯酮饲料的成年母猪的保护情况如下表:
由上表可知:母猪采食含有玉米赤霉烯酮的饲料后,有75%的母猪出现阴道脱出或肛门脱出等不同程度的中毒症状,配种率为69%;饲喂用本发明中提供的饲料添加剂处理过的饲料后,出现上述中毒症状的母猪百分数降低65%,差异极显著(P<0.01);母猪配种率相较于对照组高21%(P<0.01)。表明本发明提供的饲料添加剂配方可以有效的缓解母猪玉米赤霉烯酮的中毒症状。
该复合型添加剂对饲喂含呕吐毒素饲料的大猪的保护情况如下表:
由上表可知:试验前一周测定对照组和试验组的采食量,对照组和试验组的平均日采食量均为3100g左右,一周内基本上无变化。饲喂含有呕吐毒素的饲料后,大猪的平均日采食量明显下降,饲喂用本发明提供的饲料添加剂处理过的饲料后,可以显著的缓解大猪呕吐毒素的中毒所导致的平均日采食量降低情况(P<0.01)。
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。

甘草粗提物8-14份;葡萄糖氧化酶10000单位/g20-30份;蒙脱石粉35-45份;酿酒酵母细胞壁10-20份;猪胆粉10-15份。
