本发明提供一种氮化硅和碳化硅为基材所制造 的复合材料热镀锌槽。这种槽在实际应用中不开裂, 不被锌液溶解,从而延长槽的使用寿命,提高镀锌质 量,降低锌的用量。

Description

本发明涉及一种用氮化硅与碳化硅为基材制造复合材料热镀锌槽的方法。
目前的情况:热镀锌所采用的镀锌槽的材料是铸铁及低碳钢,而锌液能够将上述材料溶解,从而影响镀锌件的质量,造成锌的用量增加,同时镀锌槽的使用寿命也很短。为了解决这一问题中国专利CN85109364A提出用碳化硅一种材料制造热镀锌槽的方法。但用这种方法所制成的镀锌槽。在槽内温度分布不均匀或加热时间不连续的情况下会造成镀锌槽出现开裂现象。所以用这种方法制造的热镀锌槽在实际热镀锌工艺中应用困难。目前还未发现有关用氮化硅和碳化硅为基材制造复合材料热镀锌槽的文献。
本发明的目的是要用氮化硅与碳化硅为基材制成的复合材料热镀锌槽取代铸铁及各种钢材制成的热镀锌槽。
本发明的优点是克服了热镀锌槽开裂及锌液对热镀锌槽材料的溶解。从而延长了热镀锌槽的使用寿命,提高了镀件质量,降低了锌的用量。
本发明是这样实现的:
1、将热处理后的氮化硅和碳化硅分别按粒度要求粉碎;
2、粉碎后将其净化处理并分别与结合剂混合拌匀;
3、尔后把它们按比例混合均匀(其中氮化硅占总重量的15%~85%)并装入预先制好的金属模中加压成型;
4、把成型后的槽在40℃慢慢干燥后再在100℃干燥;
5、最后将干燥处理后的成型槽放入1550℃~1850℃的温度下烧结72小时后,自然冷确即可。
