The video acquisition is to take a batch of commodities as an acquisition object, record and acquire the production, packaging and other links of the same batch of commodities without deletion, intercept the anti-counterfeiting graphic information contained in a single commodity in the batch or the anti-counterfeiting video information corresponding to the commodity from the video information, normally play the video information and the anti-counterfeiting graphic and the like corresponding to the commodity after video processing, and only accelerate the processing of other commodities in the batch without deletion; the anti-counterfeiting graphics of the single commodities in the batch are shot and recorded in a certain static state, so that the anti-counterfeiting graphics of the single commodities in the batch can be shot and extracted from shot and recorded information, and the anti-counterfeiting graphics information extracted from the video and the processed video information are uploaded to the anti-counterfeiting information database after being processed by a video editing system. The deletion-free video information is only processed in an accelerating way, and then further compressed, transcoded and uploaded.
When the images of the video-captured commodities are captured. The anti-counterfeiting pattern must be recorded statically to extract the anti-counterfeiting pattern. The method has the advantages that different recording modes and contents are provided at different stages of commodities, when the production stages of the same batch of commodities are recorded, the recorded batch, the recording time, the production characteristics and the like need to be explained, and when the same batch of commodities are disassembled and packaged, the recorded batch, the disassembled commodity numbers, the recording time and the like need to be explained. The batch common information and the video information subjected to video editing are used as the common anti-counterfeiting information of the commodities of the next batch, and the anti-counterfeiting patterns and the common anti-counterfeiting information of the single commodities in the batch are packaged and then enter the anti-counterfeiting information package corresponding to the single commodities in the batch. The specific recording content and form need to be specifically defined according to the characteristics of the commodity.
The anti-counterfeiting information of the image acquisition type commodities is different from that of the visual acquisition type commodities in that the audio and video information amount of the image acquisition type commodities is far smaller than that of the visual acquisition type commodities. The audio and video information of the drawing commodity only has general and short introductory information such as commodity brief introduction, anti-counterfeiting brief introduction and the like, and the authenticity of the commodity is determined by the anti-counterfeiting graph. The audio and video information of the collected commodities comprises commodity brief introduction, anti-counterfeiting brief introduction, production process, packaging process and the like. The audio and video information of the collected commodities is more focused on the authenticity of the process commodity information such as the production process, the packaging process and the like, and finally the authenticity of the commodities is determined by the audio and video information and the anti-counterfeiting pattern together.
The drawing commodity is stored with introduced audio and video information, anti-fake pattern and production information of commodity as anti-fake data packet to prevent fake bar code. And matching the anti-counterfeiting data packet information corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting bar code in a manual input or automatic identification mode. And after matching is finished, generating a batch commodity preprocessing distribution statistical table for the query of a verification end. And after the check is finished, uploading the data to a server database after the data are confirmed to be correct. The program function flow chart is shown in fig. 3.
The processing of the visual collection commodities is relatively complex. The necessary pre-processing of the video is first performed. The preprocessing intercepts the anti-counterfeiting graph of a single commodity in a source video file shot in the anti-counterfeiting process and information required by verification, and carries out accelerated and non-deleted processing on the video information of other commodities in the batch, and transcoding is carried out after the processing is finished. The functional flow chart is shown in figure 4. After the video preprocessing is finished, audio and video of authenticity commodity information, general introductory audio and video information, anti-counterfeiting patterns of each commodity and production information are made into anti-counterfeiting data packets to prevent pseudo bar codes from being coded into storage names for storage. And matching the corresponding information in a manual input and automatic identification mode. And after matching is completed, generating a batch of commodity preprocessing distribution statistical table for query. After the check is finished, the data are uploaded to a server database after the correctness is confirmed. Transcoding the audio and video refers to converting the audio and video format into a video format which is convenient for a later-stage video processing system to process, and forming the audio and video format which is convenient to upload to a server and download and store. The program function flow chart is shown in fig. 5.
The commodity preprocessing distribution statistical table described in the first two paragraphs mainly has the following two aspects, namely, the anti-counterfeiting information corresponding to the individual bar codes under the usable bar codes in the batch is unqualified because the posting or processing of the anti-counterfeiting patterns does not meet the requirement of information acquisition, and the using and neglected use conditions of the anti-counterfeiting bar codes can be rapidly counted; and secondly, screening and processing the unused bar code information in the batch, and when new batch information is processed, counting the bar codes which are distributed by the part of the system but are not used by the anti-counterfeiting end by the anti-counterfeiting system and bringing the bar codes into the new batch information.
When the anti-counterfeiting system is used, whether the drawing is collected or the drawing is collected, the anti-counterfeiting information of each commodity at least comprises three parts of information during specific operation: production information, audio and video information and anti-counterfeiting patterns. The production information comprises information such as manufacturer, production address, production date, anti-counterfeiting information import time and the like. The audio and video information comprises commodity brief introduction, anti-counterfeiting brief introduction, production process, packaging process and other information; the anti-counterfeiting patterns comprise anti-counterfeiting patterns at each anti-counterfeiting special position.
Further, the anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration subsystem automatically confirms and integrates data provided by the image processing and uploading system to obtain the anti-counterfeiting information which can be acquired by the verification terminal.
Further, the information in the database includes, but is not limited to, information of manufacturers, shared information of commodities in batches, and anti-counterfeiting information of a single commodity, and when the commodity information of a certain barcode identity needs to be retrieved, the anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration subsystem retrieves an anti-counterfeiting information package unique to the single commodity under the barcode identity, shared information of the batch where the commodity is located, advertisements of the commodity manufacturer, and other information related to the commodity of the identity, so as to jointly form the anti-counterfeiting information required by the verification end. By the arrangement, the storage space in the anti-counterfeiting system can be greatly saved, and if all information required to be retrieved by all verification ends of a certain commodity is independently placed under a certain folder, the shared information of multiple commodities such as the batch and the manufacturer of the commodity is repeated, and the storage space is occupied.
The anti-counterfeiting information of the image-collecting commodities is mostly finished in an image processing and uploading system. In the anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration system, after the required anti-counterfeiting information is configured, the anti-counterfeiting information package of the drawing commodity comprises: general introductory audio and video information, anti-counterfeiting patterns of each commodity and production information. The program function diagram is shown in fig. 6. The comprehensive configuration information of the anti-counterfeiting information of the visual commodity is more. The anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration system automatically confirms and integrates data provided by the image processing and uploading system to obtain a commodity anti-counterfeiting information package taking the commodity anti-counterfeiting bar code as the folder name. And the commodity anti-counterfeiting information packet obtained after integration is used as the commodity anti-counterfeiting information which can be extracted finally by the inspection end. The visual sampling commodity anti-counterfeiting information packet at least comprises: general introductory audio-video information, anti-counterfeiting patterns of each commodity, production information and edited audio-video information of authenticity commodity information. The audio and video information of the edited authenticity commodity information refers to the audio and video information that the video information of the specific commodity is normally played, and other commodity information in the batch is not deleted and only accelerated. The specific program function diagram is shown in fig. 6. The module has the advantages that the anti-counterfeiting information is richer, the other function is to advertise for manufacturers, more manufacturer information and commodity information are provided for consumers through the active behavior of the consumers for anti-counterfeiting inquiry, and the advertising effect is better.
Furthermore, the anti-counterfeiting information verification subsystem is used for logging in the anti-counterfeiting information verification system through mobile equipment and the like after the commodity is obtained by the inspection terminal. The anti-counterfeiting patterns are shot by the camera or the shot anti-counterfeiting patterns are selected, and the anti-counterfeiting information packet of the commodity is extracted after the system automatically scans the bar codes. The authenticity of the commodity can be verified by comparing the anti-counterfeiting pattern in the information packet with the obtained commodity. The program function flow chart is shown in fig. 7.
Furthermore, in order to protect the anti-counterfeiting information package of the commodity, the anti-counterfeiting information verification subsystem further comprises a registration login program, the anti-counterfeiting information package of the commodity can be extracted only by a registered inspection terminal, and the anti-counterfeiting information package cannot be downloaded. Through registering a login program, the overlay anti-counterfeiting system carries out background recording on the account number of the anti-counterfeiting information packet for extracting commodities each time, and the recorded information comprises: and logging in place, logging in time, providing the verified anti-counterfeiting graph and uploading the graph to a database, and automatically configuring the recorded information into an anti-counterfeiting information packet through an anti-counterfeiting comprehensive configuration system. The anti-counterfeiting end and the anti-counterfeiting system background management personnel can perform abnormity detection and identification. When the anti-counterfeiting information package is checked and read by the inspection end each time, the overlaying anti-counterfeiting system automatically leaves anti-counterfeiting feedback information and adds the anti-counterfeiting feedback information into the anti-counterfeiting information package through the anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration system. The specific program function diagram is shown in fig. 6. The anti-counterfeiting feedback information can record whether a person checks the commodity under the anti-counterfeiting bar code, a checking result and a checking initiator, and if the commodity passes the checking, the anti-counterfeiting information packet is marked as invalid. If the commodity repeated verification exists under the anti-counterfeiting information code, the counterfeit commodity information can be quickly inquired.
Identification and instructions for the identity of the security system administrator: the overlay code anti-counterfeiting system can be independently established as an anti-counterfeiting end (a merchant or a manufacturer), when the manufacturer or the merchant self-establishes the anti-counterfeiting system applying the patent application technology, the cost is higher, and the system has very high integrity requirements on internal management operators of the manufacturer or the merchant. The anti-counterfeiting method can also be used as a platform for verifying authenticity by fair and fair management and use of a third party, and the anti-counterfeiting system can be applied to authenticity verification of all commodities and unified management and verification of the third party conveniently from the viewpoints of third party authority, fairness, rigidness and low cost. The method is particularly suitable for official, semi-official or extremely-high-reputation department or social group application with authenticity verification responsibility or management.
Furthermore, when the third party is a true and false platform for verifying products, the system also comprises an anti-counterfeiting system management subsystem, wherein the database, the anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration subsystem and the anti-counterfeiting information data packet anti-counterfeiting information management subsystem are managed and controlled by the third party, the anti-counterfeiting bar code of the commodity is applied to a manager of the anti-counterfeiting system by a manufacturer or a merchant, the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem distributes the bar code to the manufacturer in advance and records the bar code in the system, and the manufacturer prints and uses the anti-counterfeiting bar code of the commodity to perform anti-counterfeiting work; the anti-counterfeiting bar code of the commodity is used as the identity information of the commodity, a manufacturer can upload the related anti-counterfeiting information of the commodity using the bar code, an overlay code anti-counterfeiting system, namely a management party of the system, can process and store the anti-counterfeiting information transmitted from the manufacturer or the merchant to form an anti-counterfeiting information package, and a checking end or a verification end (consumer) can extract and verify the anti-counterfeiting information package.
Furthermore, the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem also comprises merchant information adding, modifying and issuing commodity anti-counterfeiting bar codes, deleting and maintaining expired anti-counterfeiting information, and providing anti-counterfeiting bar codes for merchants or manufacturers at the anti-counterfeiting end when newly building anti-counterfeiting batches; and when the anti-counterfeiting batch is newly established, providing the anti-counterfeiting bar code which can be used by the merchant. The anti-counterfeit bar codes usable herein include original lot but unused bar codes and system newly assigned bar codes. The program function flow chart is as in fig. 12.
Specifically, merchant information can be newly created in the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem, and flow charts of adding and changing the merchant information can be shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9.
At present, in view of the self management of the anti-counterfeiting end (merchant) and the uncontrollable of the merchants, some merchants do have working errors in the process of processing anti-counterfeiting codes, such as: when some commodity anti-counterfeiting information is input, a hand mistake or other mistakes occur, so that the information in the anti-counterfeiting information packet does not accord with the actual information of the commodity. The information that has been uploaded cannot be modified by itself. But under the condition that the anti-counterfeiting system needs to be modified, a merchant can put forward an application, and then the anti-counterfeiting system manager is overlaid to carry out background modification operation. Therefore, one important function of the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem is to perform necessary background modification on the uploaded information, the background modification is provided by a third party after passing through a strict approval process of an anti-counterfeiting end (a manufacturer or a merchant), the data can be modified after the third party receives a modification application and passing through the approval process of the third party, and the modification records are similarly brought into the anti-counterfeiting information package, so that the subsequent anti-counterfeiting verification process monitoring is facilitated. The flow chart of the function of the specific program for modifying the anti-counterfeiting information is shown in figure 10.
The anti-counterfeiting management subsystem can issue the anti-counterfeiting bar code of the commodity to the merchants who have joined the system. The program function flow chart is shown in fig. 11.
And the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem deletes and maintains expired anti-counterfeiting information. The program function flow chart is shown in fig. 13.
It is well known that counterfeiting acts on all possible theoretical bases, and that the worst case exists in only three possibilities: the anti-counterfeiting method comprises the steps of counterfeiting by a manufacturer or a merchant at an anti-counterfeiting end, counterfeiting by a seller or a distributor, and counterfeiting by a consumer or a professional fake manufacturer.
The technology in the patent application can be a multi-stage forming process of anti-counterfeiting patterns, after anti-counterfeiting information of a manufacturer is uploaded, a dealer registers identity in a system, the identity is compared with the identity information provided by the manufacturer, the identity information of the dealer can be registered after the identity information is qualified, the dealer verifies the authenticity before goods are extracted, and under the condition that the identity is true, the one-stage dealer pastes a layer of overlay code again, uploads an anti-counterfeiting picture between the overlay code and an original anti-counterfeiting pattern to a corresponding database, and brings new anti-counterfeiting information into an anti-counterfeiting information package through an anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration subsystem to serve as a part of the anti-counterfeiting information. The anti-counterfeiting method is designed, so that the risk of counterfeit products caused by poor internal management of manufacturers or merchants can not be transferred to the dealers, and the responsibility among the dealers of several grades is clear and definite. The dealer at the next stage cannot take out the counterfeit product, and the dealer at the previous stage cannot make no recourse to make no unnecessary.
For the dealers, the anti-counterfeiting can be carried out in a mode of special anti-counterfeiting images distributed by manufacturers on large packages (batch packages), and the specific operation can be realized by the above anti-counterfeiting method and system by overlapping codes.
For consumers or professional counterfeiters, the principle cannot be copied by secondary treatment of the overlay code, so that the impossibility of counterfeiting is ensured from the source.
If the manufacturer has the behavior of unit counterfeiting, the manufacturer can really display the anti-counterfeiting system as a genuine product in the consumer within a certain time, but once complained to a third-party manager, the manufacturer can cancel the qualification of using the anti-counterfeiting system after checking the authenticity. If the system is used as an authoritative anti-counterfeiting system for all commodities, and under the conditions of high recognition degree and wide popularization range, the disqualification is equivalent to the effect that the authenticity of products of enterprises cannot be authoritative. Has extremely high deterrence effect on enterprises.
The protection scope of the invention is not limited to the technical scheme disclosed by the specific implementation mode, and the technical scheme of utilizing the overlay code anti-counterfeiting technology, carrying out image acquisition processing on the anti-counterfeiting pattern and the anti-counterfeiting process obtained in the anti-counterfeiting process, uploading the acquired image to a database, and finally carrying out comparison verification on the obtained object and the anti-counterfeiting pattern by a testing end, further improvement on the basis of the technical scheme and equivalent replacement falls into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. An overlay code anti-counterfeiting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. making an anti-counterfeiting pattern: the method comprises at least two working procedures, namely, printing or pasting a bottom code on a commodity package in a first step, pasting an overlay code in a second step to enable an intersection point to be formed between the bottom code and the overlay code, and forming at least two layers of the overlay code; only one layer of the bottom code or the overlay code is a bar code representing the identity information of the commodity; in the anti-counterfeiting pattern formed by the base code or the overlay code, on the premise that the anti-counterfeiting pattern has only one bar code representing the identity information of the commodity, the base code can be one of a bar code, an ink-jet pattern or an artificial writing pattern, and the overlay code can be one or a combination of a plurality of bar codes, ink-jet patterns or artificial writing patterns; the base code must be printed or pasted at a special position of the commodity, and the special position is a sealing position or an undetachable position of the commodity; the overlay code must be posted on the base code; when the bar code is the overlay code, the upper end of the black bar of the bar code needs to be pasted from the edge of the bottom code; the anti-counterfeiting pattern is a real object consisting of a bottom code and an overlay code;
B. acquiring graphs in the anti-counterfeiting image and the anti-counterfeiting video information: after the anti-counterfeiting image is manufactured, shooting anti-counterfeiting image or video information to be stored, and forming an anti-counterfeiting image electronic image, namely an anti-counterfeiting image, of the corresponding commodity from the anti-counterfeiting image or video information; the anti-counterfeiting points in the anti-counterfeiting pattern or the anti-counterfeiting image are points forming intersections between the bottom code and the overlay code, and between the overlay code and the overlay code, and a group of effective anti-counterfeiting point sets are formed by a plurality of anti-counterfeiting points of the same anti-counterfeiting pattern and the geometric position relationship between the anti-counterfeiting points and the anti-counterfeiting points; the image acquisition of the image acquisition type commodity is realized by acquiring the anti-counterfeiting images of the same commodity at all special positions by using shooting equipment, and uploading the anti-counterfeiting images to a database; for the image acquisition of the visual acquisition type commodities, a batch of commodities are taken as an acquisition object, non-deletion recording acquisition is carried out on production and packaging links of the same batch of commodities to obtain a batch of videos, then a video processing program is utilized to capture anti-counterfeiting graphic information contained in a certain single commodity in the batch and store the captured anti-counterfeiting graphic information as an anti-counterfeiting image, the video information corresponding to the commodity and the anti-counterfeiting graphic are marked out of the batch of videos, the video information corresponding to the commodity and the anti-counterfeiting graphic are played at a normal playing speed after the videos are processed, and non-deletion only acceleration processing is carried out on other parts in the batch of videos and the anti-counterfeiting video is stored; each commodity at least comprises three parts of anti-counterfeiting information: producing information, audio and video information and anti-counterfeiting patterns; wherein the audio and video information comprises an anti-counterfeiting image or an anti-counterfeiting video;
C. uploading anti-counterfeiting information: uploading anti-counterfeiting information related to the commodity to a database through a data uploading program; the information in the database comprises manufacturer information, batch commodity sharing information and single commodity anti-counterfeiting information, when the commodity information of a certain bar code identity needs to be retrieved, the anti-counterfeiting information is comprehensively configured to retrieve an anti-counterfeiting information packet unique to the single commodity under the bar code identity and the batch sharing information of the commodity, and all information related to the advertisement and the commodity of the commodity manufacturer of the commodity jointly form anti-counterfeiting information required by a verification end;
D. configuration of the anti-counterfeiting information package: configuring and packaging batch information, production information and uploading date of anti-counterfeiting information of the commodity with a series of information required by genuine product verification, and anti-counterfeiting patterns, pictures and video information in a database, and storing the information under a folder with anti-counterfeiting commodity bar codes as file names, wherein the bar codes are unique merchant or manufacturer information with anti-counterfeiting ends, which are distributed to anti-counterfeiting ends by an anti-counterfeiting system;
E. anti-counterfeiting verification: the system reads the bar codes in the shot anti-counterfeiting patterns by identification, reads and checks the anti-counterfeiting information in the corresponding anti-counterfeiting information package, compares the anti-counterfeiting patterns with the anti-counterfeiting images in the anti-counterfeiting information package, and further knows the information about the production date of the commodity in the anti-counterfeiting information package; the anti-counterfeiting information verification method comprises the steps that in the anti-counterfeiting information verification process, a graph comparison function is further included, anti-counterfeiting graphs transmitted by verification equipment are compared with graphs in an anti-counterfeiting information package automatically, on the premise that deformation and damage conditions of the graph shooting process are considered, anti-counterfeiting points and geometric position relations among the anti-counterfeiting points are converted and supplemented and then compared, and on the premise that the anti-counterfeiting element coincidence rate requirement set by a system is met, reference information of whether commodities are true or false is transmitted to the verification equipment.

An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system applying the overlay code anti-counterfeiting method of claim 1, characterized in that: pasting a bottom code at a special position on a commodity and randomly covering the bottom code with an overlay code to form an anti-counterfeiting pattern; the system comprises a subsystem for acquiring data of the overlapped anti-counterfeiting graph and the image or video shot by the scene needing to store the video image information in the commodity production process and the anti-counterfeiting process; processing the collected anti-counterfeiting graphics and video information and uploading the processed anti-counterfeiting graphics and video information to an anti-counterfeiting management subsystem; the system comprises an anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration subsystem which automatically confirms and integrates information in a database and obtains the anti-counterfeiting information package function of a commodity; the system comprises an anti-counterfeiting information verification subsystem for acquiring anti-counterfeiting patterns on the commodities and comparing the anti-counterfeiting patterns with extracted anti-counterfeiting information contents in the commodity anti-counterfeiting information packet to verify the authenticity of the commodities.

An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system according to claim 2, wherein: in the anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration subsystem, after the required anti-counterfeiting information is configured, the anti-counterfeiting information package of the drawing commodity comprises: general introductory audio and video information, anti-counterfeiting patterns of each commodity and production information; the visual sampling commodity anti-counterfeiting information packet at least comprises: general introductory audio-video information, anti-counterfeiting patterns of each commodity, production information and edited audio-video information of authenticity commodity information.

An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system according to claim 2, wherein: the anti-counterfeiting information verification method comprises a registration login procedure, the anti-counterfeiting information package of the commodity can be extracted only by a registered inspection terminal, and the anti-counterfeiting information package cannot be downloaded; the anti-counterfeiting system carries out background recording on the account number of the anti-counterfeiting information packet for extracting the commodity every time, and the recorded information comprises: and the recorded information is automatically configured into an anti-counterfeiting information packet through the anti-counterfeiting information comprehensive configuration subsystem.
5. An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system according to claim 2, wherein: the overlay code anti-counterfeiting system can be independently established as an anti-counterfeiting end.

An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system according to claim 5, wherein: the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem distributes the bar code to the manufacturer in advance and records the bar code in the system, and the manufacturer prints and uses the anti-counterfeiting bar code of the commodity to perform anti-counterfeiting work; the anti-counterfeiting bar code of the commodity is used as the identity information of the commodity, a manufacturer can upload the related anti-counterfeiting information of the commodity using the bar code, an overlay code anti-counterfeiting system, namely a management party of the system, can process and store the anti-counterfeiting information transmitted from the manufacturer or the merchant to form an anti-counterfeiting information package, and a checking end or a verification end can extract and verify the anti-counterfeiting information package.

An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system according to claim 5 or 6, wherein: the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem also comprises merchant information adding, modifying and issuing commodity anti-counterfeiting bar codes, deleting and maintaining expired anti-counterfeiting information, and providing anti-counterfeiting bar codes for merchants or manufacturers at the anti-counterfeiting end when newly building anti-counterfeiting batches; and when the anti-counterfeiting batch is newly established, providing the anti-counterfeiting bar code which can be used by the merchant.

An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system according to claim 5 or 6, wherein: the management party carries out necessary background modification on the uploaded information through the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem, the background modification is provided by a third party after passing through a strict approval process of an anti-counterfeiting end, the data can be modified after the third party receives a modification application and passing through the approval process of the third party, and the modification records are similarly brought into the anti-counterfeiting information packet, so that the process monitoring of the subsequent anti-counterfeiting verification is facilitated.
9. An overlay code anti-counterfeiting system according to claim 5 or 6, wherein: the anti-counterfeiting management subsystem performs a deleting and maintaining function which meets the system setting requirements on the expired anti-counterfeiting information.
