Description

Anti-counterfeiting label, anti-counterfeiting system and anti-counterfeiting method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a label, in particular to an anti-counterfeiting label, an anti-counterfeiting system and an anti-counterfeiting method.
Background
The existing label has the problem of easy copying, so that the anti-counterfeiting effect is poor. Therefore, the coating is anti-counterfeiting, the anti-counterfeiting code is arranged in the scraped coating, the anti-counterfeiting code generally comprises numbers and letters, and the serial number of some electronic commodities can also be used as the anti-counterfeiting code (the package is not damaged and cannot be seen, and the package must have concealment). If the purchased commodity has the anti-counterfeiting code, the commodity can be inquired according to the telephone and the website prompted by the commodity, and the commodity can be inquired and displayed as the first inquiry, and is a genuine commodity. Anti-counterfeiting codes are generally queried in 4 ways: telephone inquiry, short message inquiry, website inquiry and manual service desk. Generally, the query is most intuitive and quick on the official website of the commodity. If the anti-counterfeiting code information is not inquired, the commodity is probably a fake commodity and is also possibly a system problem (needing to be confirmed by a manual service desk). The anti-counterfeiting code of the coating can be illegally copied for use, the anti-counterfeiting code can be directly copied after the coating is removed, some commodity purchasers usually cannot verify whether the commodity is a genuine product, the consumer query rate is low, and the commodity can be displayed as the genuine product even if the commodity purchasers verify the genuine product, so that the anti-counterfeiting effect of the coating is not good.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The anti-counterfeiting is realized by combining at least two labels with different areas, wherein the label with the large area is a first label (1), and the label with the small area is a second label (2). The second label (2) is attached to the first label (1) to form a layered three-dimensional structure, and the whole pattern formed by the part of the first label (1) which is not covered by the second label (2) and the second label (2) is used as an anti-counterfeiting pattern. Because the position of the second label (2) is not fixed, the patterns formed after the second label (2) covers the first label (1) are different, a plurality of anti-counterfeiting patterns can be generated, and because the second label (2) is pasted at random, when the second label (2) is torn off and then the first label (1) is copied, and then the copied second label (2) is pasted on the copied first label (1), the problem that the pasting position of the copied second label (2) is not easy to be consistent with the original position of the second label (2) exists, the pasting position of the second label (2) is difficult to be accurately controlled, and because of position errors, the formed anti-counterfeiting pattern is different from the original anti-counterfeiting pattern and cannot be identified as the original anti-counterfeiting pattern, so that effective anti-counterfeiting is realized. If the whole anti-counterfeiting pattern formed by the second label (2) and the first label (1) is directly printed on the anti-counterfeiting label, the problem of no three-dimensional structure exists, and the anti-counterfeiting label is not a genuine product directly identified in appearance.
One or more of figures, patterns or characters are arranged on the first label (1). The graphics, patterns or characters on the first label (1) are mainly used for forming reference after being covered by the second label (2) and performing pattern recognition, thereby preventing duplication. One or more of figures, patterns or characters are arranged on the second label (2), and the figures, the patterns and the like on the second label increase the copying difficulty. The anti-counterfeiting effect of the patterns is good, and the position of the second label (2) is not easy to be ensured to be the same as the original position when the second label is pasted again.
The shape of the first label (1) and the second label (2) may be any geometrical shape, typically circular, oval or rectangular. The first label (1) may be printed directly on the article or may be a separate label attached to the article.
The part of the first label (1) which is not covered by the second label (2) is the part of the first label (1) which is left after being covered by the second label (2), and the whole pattern formed by the part of the first label (1) which is left and the second label (2) is used as the anti-counterfeiting pattern.
All articles of a batch may use the same first label (1), i.e. all articles of the batch use the same first label (1). A batch of goods can also correspond to a first label (1) for a good, i.e. how many goods have how many first labels (1). The same kind of first label (1) can be adopted for small-batch commodities, and a plurality of kinds of first labels (1) can be adopted for large-batch commodities, so that the copying difficulty is increased.
The anti-counterfeiting pattern can be used independently for anti-counterfeiting verification, and can also be combined with the identification code for anti-counterfeiting verification, namely the identification code and the anti-counterfeiting pattern are required to perform anti-counterfeiting verification together. One identification code corresponds to one commodity, the identification code is one or more of a character code, a bar code or a two-dimensional code, the identification code can be an independent character code, an independent two-dimensional code or an independent bar code, and the character code and the bar code or the two-dimensional code can be combined for use. The character code includes Chinese, English, letter, number and symbol. The form of identifying code can freely set up, and every commodity corresponds an identifying code, and also every solitary commodity has an solitary identifying code, and 1000 commodities have 1000 identifying codes, identifying code and commodity one-to-one, and the identifying code is equivalent to the ID card of commodity for the verification of commodity true and false, and also the identifying code carries out the secondary and verifies, improves the duplication degree of difficulty. The identification code is provided on the first tag and/or the second tag. The identification code can set up on commodity or the drop of commodity, and the identification code also can set up on anti-fake label, can set up on first label when setting up on anti-fake label, also can set up on the second label, can also set up simultaneously on first label and second label, can set up the identification code part on first label even, and the part sets up on the second label to form a complete identification code, increase the duplication degree of difficulty. The setting here mainly refers to printing or printing.
The first label (1) can be a tearing-proof label when in a sticking mode, so that the copying difficulty is further increased.
The second label (2) can also be a tear-resistant label if necessary, so that the second label (2) is prevented from being torn to duplicate the first label (1).
After the second label (2) is adhered to the first label (1) to form the anti-counterfeiting pattern, the anti-counterfeiting pattern is scanned, the scanned anti-counterfeiting pattern is uploaded to a cloud server, a consumer can scan the anti-counterfeiting pattern through an identification program on a mobile phone, the scanned anti-counterfeiting pattern is uploaded to the cloud server, the cloud server identifies the anti-counterfeiting pattern, if the anti-counterfeiting pattern is the same as the anti-counterfeiting pattern uploaded by a factory, the anti-counterfeiting pattern is a genuine product, if the anti-counterfeiting pattern is different from the anti-counterfeiting pattern uploaded by the factory, and the result is sent to the identification program of the consumer. Wherein the identification program can be WeChat, Paobao small program or APP software.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the anti-counterfeit label includes a first label (1) and a second label (2), the second label (2) is smaller than the first label (1), the second label (2) is adhered to the first label (1), a grid pattern is arranged on the first label (1), the first label (1) is square, the first label (1) is a tear-proof label, the second label (2) is circular, a circular pattern is arranged on the second label (2), the second label (2) is adhered to any position of the first label (1), and the second label (2) and the rest of the first label (1) form an anti-counterfeit pattern together.
Wherein the second label (2) may also be a tear-resistant label.
The first label (1) may be affixed to an article of merchandise.
One or more of figures, patterns or characters can be printed on the first label (1), namely the figures, the patterns or the characters can be printed alone or in combination with the figures, the patterns in combination with the figures and the characters and the like. The graph adopts a grid graph, so that the graph is convenient for the identification of graph software, the positioning precision is high, and the pasting position is not easy to copy. The present embodiment is described only with a grid pattern, and is not limited to the grid pattern.
In the embodiment, an identification code can be added, the circular pattern on the second label (2) can be a circular two-dimensional code, and the mode of integrating the identification code and the anti-counterfeiting pattern is realized. The identification code may also be provided on the merchandise or on the hang tag of the merchandise.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the anti-counterfeit label includes a first label (1), a second label (2), and a fourth label (4), where the pattern of the first label (1) may be a picture related to a company, a two-dimensional code is printed on the second label (2), a geometric figure is printed on the fourth label (4), the second label (2), the fourth label (4), and the first label (1) are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the fourth label (4) is smaller than the first label (1) and larger than the second label (2), the fourth label (4) is adhered to any position of the first label (1), and the second label (2) is adhered to any position of the fourth label (4). The patterns formed by the rest parts of the second label (2), the fourth label (4) and the rest part of the first label (1) are anti-counterfeiting patterns.
One or more of figures, patterns and characters can be printed on the first label (1) and the fourth label (4), namely the figures, the patterns and the characters, or the combined figures and the patterns, the combined figures and the characters, the combined patterns of the figures and the characters and the like can be printed on the first label and the fourth label separately. The first label (1) of the present embodiment is described only by a company picture, and is not limited to a picture. Wherein the fourth label (4) can be printed with a grid pattern.
A pharmaceutical company makes anti-counterfeit labels for a certain batch of medicines (the quantity of the medicines is 1000 bottles) by the following method:
first, 3 kinds of labels, namely a first label (1), a second label (2) and a fourth label (4), are manufactured, and more than 1000 labels are manufactured for each kind of label. The first label (1) is a square with the length of 3 cm, the label pattern is a company picture, and the label material is a disposable tear-resistant material. The fourth label (4) is a circle with a diameter of 2.5 cm, and the pattern is a geometric pattern which can be a grid pattern. The second label (2) is a circle with the diameter of 2 cm, the pattern of the second label is a two-dimensional code, one commodity corresponds to one two-dimensional code, namely one medicine bottle corresponds to one two-dimensional code, and therefore the two-dimensional code of each label in the second label (2) is different. Here, the two-dimensional code is an identification code.
A first label (1) is firstly attached to a bottle of medicine, then a fourth label (4) is attached to the first label (1), a second label (2) is attached to the fourth label (4), and the three labels are combined into an anti-counterfeiting pattern. According to the above steps, each medicine bottle is provided with an anti-counterfeiting pattern.
Although the counterfeiter of the medicine may make the three kinds of labels, the counterfeiter cannot paste the same pattern as the genuine anti-counterfeiting pattern due to the position error during pasting; and the first label (1) is a disposable anti-tearing label, so that the genuine anti-counterfeiting label graph can hardly be transferred to a bottle of a fake medicine, and the aim of medicine anti-counterfeiting is fulfilled.
All anti-counterfeiting patterns and identification codes are scanned and uploaded to a cloud server, a consumer scans anti-counterfeiting labels of medicines through a WeChat applet (identification program) and uploads the anti-counterfeiting labels to the cloud server through the applet, and the cloud server compares the anti-counterfeiting patterns and the identification codes scanned by the consumer and sends identification results to the applet.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the anti-counterfeit label includes an identification code, a first label (1) and a second label (2). The first label (1) is a circular label, a customer service telephone and a medicine bar code are printed on the upper half part of the first label (1), and a grid pattern is printed on the lower half part of the first label (1). The first label (1) is a tear-resistant label.
The identification code is a two-dimensional code, the identification code is printed on the second label (2), the second label (2) is smaller than the first label (1), the second label (2) is pasted on the first label (1), and the second label (2) is square.
The second label (2) and the first label (1) form an anti-counterfeiting pattern together.
The method for manufacturing the anti-counterfeit label for a certain medicine by a certain pharmaceutical company is as follows.
Firstly, 2 kinds of labels are manufactured, wherein the first label (1) is a circle with the length of 3.6 centimeters, the first label is made of a disposable anti-tearing material, a customer service telephone and a unique bar code of the medicine are arranged on the label, the bar code is an electronic medicine monitoring code, and the area below the bar code is a grid pattern. The second label (2) is a square with the length of 1.3 cm, a two-dimensional code pattern is arranged on the second label, and the content of the two-dimensional code comprises the encrypted data of the bar code data.
A first label (1) is firstly attached to a bottle cap of a medicine, then a second label (2) is attached to the first label (1), and the two labels are combined into a genuine anti-counterfeiting pattern. According to the steps, a genuine anti-counterfeiting pattern is made on the bottle cap of each medicine.
Although there is a possibility that the counterfeiter of the medicine may produce the two kinds of labels, the counterfeiter of the medicine can not paste the same pattern as the counterfeit pattern of the genuine product due to the position error during pasting, and the counterfeit pattern of the genuine product can hardly be pasted on the bottle cap of the counterfeit medicine due to the disposable tearing-proof label of the first label (1), thereby achieving the aim of counterfeit medicine.
Example four
As shown in fig. 11 to 14, the anti-counterfeit label includes an identification code, a first label (1), a second label (2), and a third label (3). The identification code is printed on the tag of the merchandise. The second label (2) and the third label (3) are both pasted on the first label (1), and the second label (2) and the third label (3) are not overlapped with each other or the second label (2) and the third label (3) are partially overlapped. The first label (1) is printed with a grid pattern. The third label (3) can be printed with company pictures, and the second label (2) is printed with commodity pictures. The second label (2) and the third label (3) are both pasted on any position of the first label (1). The third label (3), the second label (2) and the first label (1) jointly form an anti-counterfeiting pattern.
A certain wallet company uses three labels to make an anti-counterfeit label for each wallet, and the making method comprises the following steps:
three labels were first made, the first label (1) being a rectangular label 2 cm wide and 5 cm long, on which some geometric patterns were designed. The second label (2) and the third label (3) are round labels with the diameter of 1.5 cm, company pictures are designed on the third label (3), and the second label (2) is provided with commodity pictures. The identification code is printed on the tag. All three labels are made of disposable tear-resistant materials.
And manufacturing an identification code and an anti-counterfeiting label for each leather bag.
The anti-counterfeiting label is characterized in that a first label (1) is firstly pasted on a leather bag, then a second label (2) is pasted on the left side of the first label (1), then a third label (3) is pasted on the right side of the first label (1), and the three labels form a genuine anti-counterfeiting pattern.
Although the counterfeiter of the leather bag may make the three kinds of labels, the counterfeiter cannot make the same pattern as the genuine anti-counterfeiting pattern due to the position error during the pasting, and the first label is a disposable anti-tearing label, so the genuine anti-counterfeiting pattern cannot be transferred to the counterfeit leather bag, and the purpose of the anti-counterfeiting of the leather bag is achieved.
All anti-counterfeiting patterns and identification codes are scanned and uploaded to a cloud server, a consumer scans the anti-counterfeiting patterns and the identification codes on the leather bag through a WeChat applet (identification program) and uploads the anti-counterfeiting patterns and the identification codes to the cloud server through the applet, and the cloud server compares the anti-counterfeiting patterns and the identification codes scanned by the consumer and sends an identification result to the WeChat applet.
