本发明一种新型环保节能路灯,包括灯杆,所述灯杆上端连接有固定轴,所述固定轴上端有滑槽,所述滑槽两侧有第一升降杆和第二升降杆,所述第一升降杆和所述第二升降杆下端有小滑轮,且所述第一升降杆和所述第二升降杆上端连接有太阳能电池板,所述灯杆的一侧有灯臂,所述灯臂连接有灯罩,所述灯罩上有散热孔,所述灯罩下端有LED灯,所述LED灯下端有毛刷,所述毛刷两端固定有支柱杆,所述支柱杆连接有摆杆,所述摆杆一侧连接有支柱架。有益效果:通过采用新型环保节能路灯,借助风力,利用挡风板的来回摆动,带动支柱架的摆动,然后支柱架带动摆杆的摆动,摆杆的摆动最后带动毛刷的摆动,因为毛刷紧贴在LED灯下,所以最终可以达到清洗的效果。

一种新型环保路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及环保节能领域,具体来说,涉及一种新型环保节能路灯。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展和道路基础设施的不断完善,太阳能路灯越来越多的见于大中小城市,但传统的太阳能路灯基本离地面较远,虽然整体效果较好,但是道路上的灰尘却随着周围车辆的路过飞扬起来,而这些灰尘有一部分会粘在照明灯上,久而久之随着时间的推移,照明灯上的灰尘会越积越多,最终会影响照明路灯的亮度,且传统的太阳能路灯散热效果差,长期处在高亮度下,容易烧坏路灯,减少路灯的寿命,同时传统的太阳能路灯上的太阳能电池板位置固定,不能有效的利用太阳能,造成了资源的浪费,另外遇到下雨天或者阴天,太阳电池板完全失去了作用,太阳能路灯只有通过发电厂提供电力了。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种新型环保节能路灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型环保节能路灯,包括灯杆,所述灯杆上端连接有固定轴,所述固定轴上端有滑槽,所述滑槽两侧有第一升降杆和第二升降杆,所述第一升降杆和所述第二升降杆下端有小滑轮,且所述第一升降杆和所述第二升降杆上端连接有太阳能电池板,所述灯杆的一侧有灯臂,所述灯臂连接有灯罩,所述灯罩上有散热孔,所述灯罩下端有LED灯,所述LED灯下端有毛刷,所述毛刷两端固定有支柱杆,所述支柱杆连接有摆杆,所述摆杆一侧连接有支柱架,所述支柱架下端固定有挡风板,所述支柱架上端有凹槽,所述支柱架连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆固定在所述灯罩一侧。
进一步的,所述灯臂一侧连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱一侧固定有蓄电池,所述支撑柱上端固定有风车,所述蓄电池、所述风车和所述LED灯在同一电路回路上。
进一步的,所述毛刷应紧贴所述LED灯下,所述毛刷下端固定有两根对称相同的支柱杆。
进一步的,所述支柱架上端有凹槽,所述凹槽在所述支撑杆上,所述支柱架连接有支撑杆,所述支柱架的摇摆幅度应在凹槽的范围内,且所述毛刷应在所述支柱架的摇摆角度之间。
进一步的,所述灯杆一侧安装有智能感应器,所述智能感应器和所述太阳能电池板在同一电路回路上,且控制所述太阳能电池板。
进一步的,所述第一升降杆和所述第二升降杆对称且相同。
进一步的,所述散热孔对称的几组分布在所述灯罩两侧。
本发明的有益效果:通过采用新型环保节能路灯,借助风力,利用挡风板的来回摆动,带动支柱架的摆动,然后支柱架带动摆杆的摆动,摆杆的摆动最后带动毛刷的摆动,因为毛刷紧贴在LED灯下,所以最终可以达到清洗的效果,阴天或者下雨时,借助风力,还可以利用风车进行有效的发电,利用智能感应器还可以有效的调节太阳能电池板的角度,可以更好的对太阳能有效的利用。

如图1-3所示,根据本发明实施例所述的新型环保节能路灯,包括所述灯杆1上端连接有固定轴18,所述固定轴18上端有滑槽22,所述滑槽22两侧有第一升降杆19和第二升降杆20,所述第一升降杆19和所述第二升降杆20下端有小滑轮21,且所述第一升降杆19和所述第二升降杆20上端连接有太阳能电池板2,所述灯杆1的一侧有灯臂3,所述灯臂3连接有灯罩6,所述灯罩6上有散热孔7,所述灯罩6下端有LED灯8,所述LED灯8下端有毛刷9,所述毛刷9两端固定有支柱杆10,所述支柱杆10连接有摆杆11,所述摆杆11一侧连接有支柱架12,所述支柱架12下端固定有挡风板13,所述支柱架12上端有凹槽15,所述支柱架12连接有支撑杆14,所述支撑杆14固定在所述灯罩6一侧。
借助于上述技术方案,通过采用新型环保节能路灯,借助风力,利用挡风板的来回摆动,带动支柱架的摆动,然后支柱架带动摆杆的摆动,摆杆的摆动最后带动毛刷的摆动,因为毛刷紧贴在LED灯下,所以最终可以达到清洗的效果,阴天或者下雨时,借助风力,还可以利用风车进行有效的发电,利用智能感应器还可以有效的调节太阳能电池板的角度,可以更好的对太阳能有效的利用。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于上述灯臂3来说,所述灯臂3一侧连接有支撑柱4,所述支撑柱4一侧固定有蓄电池16,所述支撑柱4上端固定有风车5,所述蓄电池16、所述风车5和所述LED灯8在同一电路回路上。当起风时,风车5会随风转动,将动能转化成电能通过电路传到蓄电池16上,并储存起来,当太阳能电池板2不起作用时,蓄电池16会给LED灯8提供电力。
另外,在一个实施例中,对于上述毛刷9来说,所述毛刷9应紧贴所述LED灯8下,所述毛刷9下端固定有两根对称相同的支柱杆9。通过毛刷9的摆动可以有效的对LED灯8进行清扫,从而达到去尘的效果,有利于LED灯8的照明亮度。
另外的在一个实施例中,对于上述毛刷9来说,所述支柱架12上端有凹槽15,所述凹槽15在所述支撑杆14上,所述支柱架12连接有支撑杆14,所述支柱架12的摇摆幅度应在凹槽15的范围内,且所述毛刷9应在所述支柱架12的摇摆角度之间。在风力的作用下,所述挡风板13和所述支柱架12的摇摆角度受到凹槽15的限制,相应的所述摆杆11和所述毛刷9的摆动范围也受到限制,又因为所述毛刷9应在所述支柱架12的摇摆角度之间,所以毛刷9可以来回反复擦拭LED灯8,达到去除灰尘的效果。
另外的在一个实施例中,对于上述灯杆1来说,所述灯杆1一侧安装有智能感应器17,所述智能感应器17和所述太阳能电池板2在同一电路回路上,且控制所述太阳能电池板2,当太阳的角度发生变化时,智能感应器17会把信息通过电路传给太阳能电池板2,所述太阳能电池板2随着第一升降杆19和所述第二升降杆20下端的小滑轮21在凹槽15上的滑动发生位置的移动。且所述第一升降杆19和所述第二升降杆20会发生升降。且升降的高度可以不一致。此外,在一个实施例中,对于散热孔7来说,所述散热孔7对称的几组分布在所述灯罩6两侧。当LED灯8过热时,可以通过散热孔7散掉过多的热量,延长的LED灯8的使用寿命。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过采用新型环保节能路灯,借助风力,利用挡风板的来回摆动,带动支柱架的摆动,然后支柱架带动摆杆的摆动,摆杆的摆动最后带动毛刷的摆动,因为毛刷紧贴在LED灯下,所以最终可以达到清洗的效果,阴天或者下雨时,借助风力,还可以利用风车进行有效的发电,利用智能感应器还可以有效的调节太阳能电池板的角度,可以更好的对太阳能有效的利用。

1.一种新型环保节能路灯,包括灯杆(1),其特征在于,所述灯杆(1)上端连接有固定轴(19),所述固定轴(19)上端有滑槽(22),所述滑槽(22)两侧有第一升降杆(19)和第二升降杆(20),所述第一升降杆(19)和所述第二升降杆(20)下端有小滑轮(21),所述第一升降杆(19)和所述第二升降杆(20)上端连接有太阳能电池板(2),所述灯杆(1)的一侧有灯臂(3),所述灯臂(3)连接有灯罩(6),所述灯罩(6)上有散热孔(7),所述灯罩(6)下端有LED灯(8),所述LED灯(8)下端有毛刷(9),所述毛刷(9)两端固定有支柱杆(10),所述支柱杆(10)连接有摆杆(11),所述摆杆(11)一侧连接有支柱架(12),所述支柱架(12)下端固定有挡风板(13),所述支柱架(12)上端有凹槽(15),所述支柱架(12)连接有支撑杆(14),所述支撑杆(14)固定在所述灯罩(6)一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保节能路灯,其特征在于,所述灯臂(3)一侧连接有支撑柱(4),所述支撑柱(4)一侧固定有蓄电池(16),所述支撑柱(4)上端固定有风车(5),所述蓄电池(16)、所述风车(5)和所述LED灯(8)在同一电路回路上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保节能路灯,其特征在于,所述毛刷(9)应紧贴所述LED灯(8)下,所述毛刷(9)下端固定有两根对称相同的支柱杆(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保节能路灯,其特征在于,所述支柱架(12)上端有凹槽(15),所述凹槽(15)在所述支撑杆(14)上,所述支柱架(12)连接有支撑杆(14),所述支柱架(12)的摇摆幅度应在凹槽(15)的范围内,且所述毛刷(9)应在所述支柱架(12)的摇摆角度之间。
