Abstract

Referring to fig. 5, the bottom plate 21, the first side plate 22, the second side plate 23, and the third side plate 24 enclose a receiving space for receiving the automobile nut 30, the first side plate 22 supports the automobile nut 30, the second side plate 23 and the third side plate 24 are clamped to two opposite sides of the automobile nut 30, a first stop portion 26 is disposed on the bottom plate 21, and the first stop portion 26 is disposed opposite to the first side plate 22.
In the present embodiment, for convenience of description, the first direction perpendicular to the second side plate 23 and the third side plate 24 is taken as the Z-axis, the second direction perpendicular to the first side plate 22 is taken as the X-axis, and the third direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 21 is taken as the Y-axis to establish the coordinate system, as shown in fig. 5.
In this embodiment, the injection molding body 10 and the clamping structure 20 are integrally injection molded, the clamping device is a groove type nut, the automobile nut 30 is a square type nut, and the clamping device is clamped and fixed to the automobile nut 30, so as to prevent the automobile nut 30 from falling off in the automobile assembly process, and improve the assembly reliability. Wherein, the first side plate 22 is provided with an assembly hole corresponding to the threaded hole of the automobile nut 30, so that the bolt 40 can pass through the assembly hole to be screwed with the threaded hole of the automobile nut 30, thereby fixing the injection molding body 10 and the to-be-fixed piece 50.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in an embodiment, the first stopping portion 26 may include: a first stop piece 261 and a second stop piece 262, wherein the first stop piece 261 is respectively and vertically connected with the bottom plate 21 and the second side plate 23, and the second stop piece 262 is respectively and vertically connected with the bottom plate 21 and the third side plate 24.
In this embodiment, the first stopper 261 and the second stopper 262 can ensure that the X-direction movement of the automobile nut 30 is restricted, and can prevent the automobile nut 30 from falling off when the bolt 40 is inserted into the automobile nut 30 when the fastener 50 is fixed to the injection mold body 10. In this embodiment, the first stop piece 261 and the second stop piece 262 may be separate from each other or may be integrally connected.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment, the edges of the inner walls of the first stop 261 and the second stop 262 corresponding to the threaded hole of the automobile nut 30 are respectively curved. In this way, the edges of the inner walls of the first stop piece 261 and the second stop piece 262 are respectively arc-shaped and correspond to the threaded holes of the automobile nut 30, so that the bolt 40 and the automobile nut 30 are convenient to insert and fix, and the first stop piece 261 and the second stop piece 262 are prevented from affecting the inserting effect of the bolt 40.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment, in the fastening device, the height b between the first stop piece 261 and the second stop piece 262 and the first side plate 22 is 4.5-7.5 mm. Wherein, in order to facilitate the automobile nut to be placed in the accommodating space in the clamping structure 20 along the Y direction, the assembling convenience is improved, and the height b between the first stop piece 261 and the second stop piece 262 and the first side plate 22 is greater than the height of the automobile nut 30. In one example, the height of the car nut 30 is 5.5mm, and the height b between the first and second stop pieces 261 and 262 and the first side plate 22 is preferably 6.5mm.
In an embodiment, the thickness of the first stop piece 261 and the second stop piece 262 is 0.5-2 mm, so as to ensure that the first stop piece 261 and the second stop piece 262 have sufficient structural strength.
