Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle ECU shells, in particular to an ECU shell structure.
Background
The ECU, i.e., the electronic control unit, is very widely used in the automotive field. The ECU includes a housing and internal components, the internal components of which are mainly composed of a circuit board and a coil. An Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is used as a key component of the engine control management system and is used for detecting and controlling the normal operation of the engine system, calculating the torque required by a driver and simultaneously ensuring the optimal fuel economy so as to reach the national exhaust emission standard.
As the bearing shell structure of the engine controller, the ECU shell takes the functions of protecting, connecting and fixing the circuit board of the engine controller, uniformly radiating and the like.
The conventional ECU housing is divided into an upper cover and a lower cover, for example, chinese patent (grant number: CN 201621072900.8) name: the shell mentioned in the ECU shell with the sealing function is required to be assembled into the lower cover through a PCBA board (circuit board of a welding component), the upper cover is closed and then fixed through locking screws, screw holes of the upper cover and the lower cover are required to be tightly matched with screw holes on the PCBA during locking, otherwise, the screws are easy to misplace, and the PCBA board is damaged. And the traditional ECU shell is complex in procedure during assembly, low in working efficiency and needs screw fixation to increase the product cost.
In order to overcome the above drawbacks, those skilled in the art have actively studied innovatively in an effort to create an ECU housing structure.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides the ECU shell structure which has the advantages of simple structure, no tool needed in the assembly process of the ECU, simplicity, easy operation, good tightness, low manufacturing cost and improvement of practical performance and economic performance.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: the ECU shell structure comprises a side wall and a rear cover which can be opened or closed on the side wall, wherein the side wall and the rear cover form a containing space which can contain an ECU, the side wall comprises a front side wall, an upper side wall, a lower side wall, a left side wall and a right side wall, the front side wall, the upper side wall, the lower side wall, the left side wall, the right side wall and the rear cover are integrally formed, the rear cover is hinged with the lower side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall are respectively provided with a group of limit strips which extend from one end of the left side wall to the other end or from one end of the right side wall to the other end, the positions of the limit strips of the left side wall and the right side wall are opposite, each group of limit strips comprises an upper limit strip and a lower limit strip, a limit groove which contains the ECU is formed between the upper limit strip and the lower limit strip, the rear end of the upper limit strip is shorter than the rear end of the lower limit strip, the thickness of the upper limit strip is gradually reduced along the left side wall or the right side wall, the thickness of the upper limit strip is gradually reduced along the length of the upper limit strip and the lower limit strip is gradually along the thickness of the upper limit strip or the lower limit strip, the limit groove is gradually along the thickness of the length of the upper limit strip or the lower limit strip, and the limit strip is gradually along the thickness of the length of the upper limit strip and the limit strip is gradually along the length of the limit strip or the length of the upper limit strip and the limit strip is gradually along the length of the end of the upper limit strip and the limit strip is gradually along the end thickness of the end and the end thickness of the end is gradually;

the number of the limit stops is two, the end face of each limit stop is inwards recessed to form a groove, and the width of the bottom of the groove is matched with the thickness of the ECU;
the front side wall has two openings through which the front end of the ECU protrudes.
Further, the connection part of the left side wall and the lower side wall and the connection part of the right side wall and the lower side wall are respectively provided with a mounting seat, the middle of the mounting seat is provided with a mounting through hole, nuts are embedded in the mounting through holes, and a plurality of blind holes are formed in the bottom of the mounting seat and located at the periphery of the mounting through hole.
Further, the thickness of the sealing strip is 1.8-2.2mm.
Further, the thickness of the thinnest part of the upper limit strip is 1.8-2.2mm, and the thickness of the thickest part is 5-6.5mm.
Further, the thickness of the thinnest part of the lower limit strip is 3-4.5mm, and the thickness of the thickest part is 5-6.5mm.
Further, a mounting seat is arranged at the joint of the left side wall and the lower side wall, two mounting seats are arranged at the joint of the right side wall and the lower side wall at intervals, and the mounting seat at the joint of the left side wall and the lower side wall is positioned between the two mounting seats at the joint of the right side wall and the lower side wall.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
according to the invention, the ECU is inserted along the limit groove under the guiding and limiting actions of the upper limit strip and the lower limit strip to realize the assembly of the ECU, the buckling of the rear cover is realized through the buckling post for clamping the rear cover on the upper side wall, the sealing of the shell structure is realized through the sealing strip clamped on the rear end of the side wall, and the ECU is abutted against the limit stop block to realize the fixation of the ECU; therefore, the invention has at least the following advantages:
1. the invention has simple structure, the assembly process of the ECU does not need tools, only the buckle of the rear cover is buckled on the clamping column of the upper side wall, and the assembly process is also not fixed by screws, thus the invention is simple, easy to operate, high in assembly efficiency and low in assembly cost;
2. the rear end of the upper limit bar is shorter than the rear end of the lower limit bar at one end close to the rear cover, so that the ECU is not easy to be inserted and deviated when being inserted into the limit groove, the ECU is convenient to align accurately, the ECU is better inserted, and the insertion process is smoother; and the sealing performance is good, the manufacturing cost is low, and the practical performance and the economic performance are improved.
3. The inner side of the rear cover is provided with a circle of sealing strip, the section of the sealing strip, which is close to the lower side wall, extends towards the middle of the rear cover to form a limit stop, the end face shape of the limit stop is matched with the edge of the ECU, the sealing property of the shell structure can be guaranteed by the sealing strip, and the ECU is better fixed and cannot shake, so that the circuit performance of the sealing strip is not influenced;
4. the invention is provided with the mounting seat for fixing the shell structure, the middle of the mounting seat is provided with the mounting through hole, the nut is embedded in the mounting through hole, the bottom of the mounting seat is provided with a plurality of blind holes at the periphery of the mounting through hole, namely, the bottom of the mounting seat is not solid, so that the material is saved and the cost is reduced under the condition of ensuring the strength of the mounting seat;
5. the connecting part of the left side wall and the lower side wall is provided with the mounting seat, the connecting part of the right side wall and the lower side wall is provided with the two mounting seats at intervals, and the mounting seat at the connecting part of the left side wall and the lower side wall is positioned between the two mounting seats at the connecting part of the right side wall and the lower side wall, is fixed through three points, and has high stability.

Detailed Description
The following specific embodiments of the invention are described in order to provide those skilled in the art with an understanding of the present disclosure. The invention may be embodied in other different forms, i.e., modified and changed without departing from the scope of the invention.
Examples: an ECU housing structure, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, comprises side walls and a rear cover 1 capable of being opened or closed to the side walls, wherein the side walls and the rear cover form a containing space capable of containing an ECU 19, the side walls comprise a front side wall 2, an upper side wall 3, a lower side wall 4, a left side wall 5 and a right side wall 6, the front side wall, the upper side wall, the lower side wall, the left side wall, the right side wall and the rear cover are integrally formed, the rear cover is hinged with the lower side wall, the inside of the housing structure, the left side wall and the right side wall are provided with a group of limit strips extending from one end of the left side wall to the other end or from one end of the right side wall to the other end, the positions of the limit strips of the left side wall and the right side wall are opposite, each group of limit bars comprises an upper limit bar 7 and a lower limit bar 8, a limit groove 9 for accommodating an ECU is formed between the upper limit bar and the lower limit bar, the rear end of the upper limit bar is shorter than the rear end of the lower limit bar at one end close to the rear cover, the thickness of the upper limit bar is gradually increased along the length direction of the left side wall or the right side wall, the thickness of the upper limit bar is minimum at one end close to the rear cover, the thickness of the lower limit bar is gradually increased along the length direction of the left side wall or the right side wall, the thickness of the lower limit bar is minimum at one end close to the rear cover, and the ECU is inserted into the limit groove to realize the assembly of the ECU under the guiding and limiting actions of the upper limit bar and the lower limit bar;

The front side wall has two openings 14 through which the front end of the ECU extends.
The junction of left side wall with the lateral wall down and the junction of right side wall with the lateral wall down all is equipped with mount pad 15, the centre of mount pad has installation through-hole 16, the embedded nut of installation through-hole, the bottom of mount pad just is located the periphery of installation through-hole has a plurality of blind holes 17.
The thickness of the sealing strip is 1.8-2.2mm.
The thickness of the thinnest part of the upper limit strip is 1.8-2.2mm, and the thickness of the thickest part is 5-6.5mm.
The thickness of the thinnest part of the lower limit strip is 3-4.5mm, and the thickness of the thickest part is 5-6.5mm.
The junction of left side wall with the lateral wall down is equipped with a mount pad, the right side wall with the junction of lateral wall down all is equipped with two mount pads at intervals, just the left side wall with the mount pad of lateral wall junction down is located between the right side wall with the two mount pads of the junction of lateral wall down.
The limit stops are two, the end face of each limit stop is inwards sunken to form a groove 18, and the width of the bottom of the groove is matched with the thickness of the ECU.
The middle position of the limit stop is hollow.

The working process and working principle of the invention are as follows:
according to the invention, the ECU is inserted along the limit groove under the guiding and limiting actions of the upper limit strip and the lower limit strip to realize the assembly of the ECU, the buckling of the rear cover is realized through the buckling post for clamping the rear cover on the upper side wall, the sealing of the shell structure is realized through the sealing strip clamped on the rear end of the side wall, and the ECU is abutted against the limit stop block to realize the fixation of the ECU; the structure is simplified, the assembly process of the ECU does not need tools, only the buckle of the rear cover is buckled on the clamping column of the upper side wall, and the rear cover is not fixed by screws, so that the structure is simple and easy to operate, the assembly efficiency is high, and the assembly cost is saved;
the rear end of the upper limit bar is shorter than the rear end of the lower limit bar at one end close to the rear cover, so that the ECU is not easy to be inserted and deviated when being inserted into the limit groove, the ECU is convenient to align accurately, the ECU is better inserted, and the insertion process is smoother; and the sealing performance is good, the manufacturing cost is low, and the practical performance and the economic performance are improved.
