Abstract
The invention relates to a carburetor and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the carburetor comprises a body, the body comprises a throttle valve hole, a screw fixing hole is arranged at the periphery of the throttle valve hole, a gap is arranged in the screw fixing hole, and the periphery of the throttle valve hole is arranged in a multi-step shape. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and environmental protection.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a carburetor and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The general carburetor is composed of an upper part, a middle part and a lower part, wherein the upper part is provided with an air inlet and a float chamber, the middle part is provided with a throat pipe, a measuring hole and a spray pipe, and the lower part is provided with a throttle valve and the like. The manufacturing method of the prior carburetor body comprises the following steps: preparing aluminum ingots and zinc ingots, die-casting, removing burrs, finish machining, assembling, packaging and leaving a warehouse. The existing carburetor is complex in structure and manufactured in a die-casting mode, the special die is large in cost investment, and a large amount of waste gas and waste oil are generated in the production process, so that serious pollution is caused.

The invention aims at improving the problems existing in the prior art, namely the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a carburetor and a manufacturing method thereof, which not only have simple structure, but also have low cost and environmental protection.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the screw fixing holes are provided with notches, the periphery of the throttle valve hole is provided with a plurality of steps, so that heat dissipation can be well realized, and the processing is convenient; an air hole is arranged on the throttle valve sheet so that the idle system can be better optimized and combusted, and the emission of harmful gas is reduced; the limit device and the limit surface are simple and smart in design to meet the requirements of different engines or different working loads, and the opening and closing degree of the throttle valve sheet is automatically controlled; the air inlet side of the main spray pipe is provided with a working condition point air-filling hole so as to supplement certain air according to different working condition point combustion and negative pressure of the engine, so that atomization and full combustion are better and harmful gas emission is reduced; the carburetor body has simple structure, low extrusion and drawing forming cost of the aluminum profile, contribution to heat dissipation, pollution reduction and environmental protection.

As shown in the figure, the carburetor comprises a body, wherein the body comprises throttle valve holes, screw fixing holes are formed in the periphery of each throttle valve hole, the screw fixing holes are provided with notches, the periphery of each throttle valve hole is arranged to be multi-step, heat dissipation can be well achieved, machining is convenient, and the number of the screw fixing holes is two.
In order to simplify the structure of the carburetor body and facilitate the installation, the center line of the screw fixing hole is parallel to the center line of the throttle valve hole.
Further, the engine comprises a throttle shaft assembly, wherein the throttle shaft assembly comprises a throttle shaft and a throttle plate, and an air hole is formed in the throttle plate for enabling the idle system to be optimized and combusted better and reducing the emission of harmful gases.
In order to control the opening and closing degree of the throttle plate according to the actual working condition requirement, a throttle shaft is arranged in the throttle hole, one end of the throttle shaft is provided with a limiting device, the limiting surface of the limiting plate of the limiting device is a side surface of the stepped bulge where one end of the throttle shaft is located, and a driving rod assembly hole is formed in a connecting piece of the limiting device.
In order to meet the requirements of different engines and different working loads, the opening and closing degree of the throttle valve sheet is automatically controlled, for example, the throttle valve sheet is fully opened or partially opened or closed to limit the throttle valve sheet, so that the engine reaches the optimal running state, the limiting sheet and the connecting sheet are arranged at an angle, and the width, radian, length and the like of the limiting sheet can be designed simultaneously so as to realize the limiting control of different opening and closing degrees.
In order to facilitate processing, a throat pipe sleeve is arranged in the throttle hole, and a main spray pipe is inserted into the side wall of the throat pipe sleeve.
In order to supplement certain air according to different working condition points of the engine and negative pressure, better atomization and full combustion are realized, harmful gas emission is reduced, and a working condition point air supplementing hole is arranged at the air inlet side beside the main spray pipe.
Further, the carburetor further comprises a float chamber, the float chamber is assembled with the body through a float chamber mounting buckle for simplifying the structure of the carburetor, a sealing gasket is arranged between the float chamber and the body, and an oil inlet hole is formed in the float chamber.

a throttle shaft is arranged in the throttle hole, one end of the throttle shaft is provided with a limiting device, the limiting surface of a limiting piece of the limiting device is a side surface of a stepped bulge where one end of the throttle shaft is located, and a connecting piece of the limiting device is provided with a driving rod assembly hole;
the limiting piece and the connecting piece are arranged at an angle;
a throat pipe sleeve is arranged in the throttle valve hole, and a main spray pipe is inserted into the side wall of the throat pipe sleeve;
an operating point air supplementing hole is arranged at the air inlet side beside the main spray pipe;
the air conditioner also comprises a float chamber, wherein the float chamber is assembled with the body through a float chamber mounting buckle, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the float chamber and the body;
the manufacturing method of the carburetor comprises the following steps: the body is formed by extruding and drawing aluminum materials;
