Abstract
The invention discloses a muffler housing of a general gasoline engine, which comprises a polygonal body (1), wherein a plurality of hollowed-out holes (2) are formed in the polygonal body (1), and the polygonal body (1) is formed by one-time stamping. The invention has the advantages of ingenious structural design, low cost and use of a clampable, by adopting the silencer, the heat of the silencer can be effectively radiated, the deformation risk of the air filter and the heat in the oil tank are reduced, the risk of large-area scalding is reduced, and meanwhile, the silencer is formed by one-time stamping, the process is simple, and the whole silencer is attractive.

Background
At present, the existing general gasoline engine muffler is provided with an outer cover, the outer cover is an iron sheet shell, and the iron sheet shell is provided with a plurality of through holes or through grooves. Although the muffler cover of this structure can function to insulate heat, the external appearance quality of the parts is poor due to the limitation of the structure, and the usability of the engine is affected, and the heat dissipation efficiency is also affected. In some cases, scalding problems also occur.

The invention aims to provide a muffler outer cover of a gasoline engine, which has good heat dissipation effect.
The invention aims at realizing the technical scheme that the general gasoline engine muffler outer cover comprises a polygonal body, wherein a plurality of hollowed-out holes are formed in the polygonal body, and the polygonal body is formed by one-time stamping.
In order to reduce the contact area, the hollowed-out holes are formed by connecting semi-cylindrical connecting ribs.
Further, the semi-cylindrical connecting rib is provided with an outer contour arc surface with a U-shaped section, and the distance between the ridge line of the outer contour arc surface and the plane of the lower end is more than or equal to 3mm.
For heat insulation, the polygonal body comprises a front end face, a rear end face, a left end face, a right end face and an upper end face, and partition plates are arranged in hollowed-out holes in the front end face and the right end face.
In order to improve the processing assembly progress, an oval through hole is arranged on the left end face.
In order to prevent water accumulation, a water leakage hole is arranged in the center of the upper end face.
In order to make the installation more beautiful, a counter bore step is arranged at the lower part of the front end surface of the polygonal body, and an installation bolt hole is arranged on the counter bore step.

The following detailed description of the invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings, but the invention is not limited to these embodiments, but is intended to cover any modifications or alternatives within the basic spirit of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, 2, 6 and 7, the muffler housing of the general gasoline engine comprises a polygonal body 1, wherein a plurality of hollowed-out holes 2 are formed in the polygonal body 1, and the polygonal body 1 is formed by one-time stamping.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in order to reduce contact surface test and prevent large-area scald, the hollow holes 2 are formed by connecting semi-cylindrical connecting ribs 3.
Further, the semi-cylindrical connecting rib 3 is provided with an outer contour arc surface 5 with a U-shaped section, and the distance between the ridge line of the outer contour arc surface 5 and the low end plane 4 is more than or equal to 3mm; by doing so, the chance of contacting the semi-cylindrical connecting ribs 3 can be effectively reduced, and the risk of scalding is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to isolate heat generated by the oil tank and the air filter, the polygonal body 1 includes a front end face, a rear end face, a left end face, a right end face and an upper end face, and a partition plate 6 is disposed in the hollow holes 2 on the front end face and the right end face.
As shown in fig. 6, wherein an elliptical through hole 7 is provided on the left end face. Because the left end face of the invention is close to the exhaust port of the muffler, the left end face is provided with the oval through hole 7, the processing precision requirement is lower, and the processing assembly progress can be effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to effectively reduce the accumulated water, a water leakage hole 8 is provided in the center of the upper end surface.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a counter bore step 9 is arranged at the lower part of the front end surface of the polygonal body 1, and a mounting bolt hole 10 is arranged on the counter bore step 9; by the aid of the structure, after installation is completed, the upper surface position of the head of the bolt is lower than the plane of the outer cover, and the overall aesthetic degree is improved.
Further, the polygonal body 1 may be diamond, triangle, rectangle, or square.
In the invention, the whole external outline of the outer cover is an arc surface, the outer cover is manufactured by one-time stamping and forming through a sheet metal process, the risk of scalding in a large area can be reduced by designing the hollow hole 2 in a large area, and the hollow hole is formed by enclosing semi-cylindrical connecting ribs, so that the contact area is zero by a plurality of lines.
