技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度建筑用复合板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
板材通常做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板,作墙壁、天花板或地板的构件。板材也多指锻造、轧制或铸造而成的金属板,划分为薄板、中板、厚板、特厚板、通常做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板。
板材产品外形扁平,宽厚比大,单位体积的表面积也很大 ,这种外形特点带来其使用上的特点:
(1)表面积大,故包容覆盖能力强,在化工、容器、建筑、金属制品、金属结构等方面都得到广泛应用;
(2)可任意剪裁、弯曲、冲压、焊接、制成各种制品构件,使用灵活方便,在汽车、航空、造船及拖拉机制造等部门占有极其重要的地位;
(3)可弯曲、焊接成各类复杂断面的型钢、钢管、大型工字钢、槽钢等结构件,故称为“万能钢材”。
但单一材料的板材现已无法满足人们的要求,复合板材应运而生。复合板材能够大幅度提升自身性能的缺点,但现有的复合板材仍然存在缺点,比如多种材料之间不兼容,价格昂贵,制造麻烦,强度低,尤其是含有木板的复合板材中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种高强度建筑用复合板材及其制备方法,具有木板的特点,美观环保,又使木板具有较高的强度,价格低廉,制造方便。
本发明提供的一种高强度建筑用复合板材,包括钢板和木板,钢板上下面上对称设有多个凸条,钢板上还设有多个通孔,所述多个凸条和所述多个通孔交错分布在钢板上;木板内设有多个左右线相通的长孔,木板上设有多个连接孔,所述多个连接孔使长孔与木板底面相通;木板紧贴在凸条上方,长孔、连接孔、通孔和凸条之间的间隙内添加有混凝土。
优选地,所述混凝土包括以下重量份的原料:水泥100-120份、粉煤灰50-70份、矿粉50-85份、砂180-250份、碎石300-400份、外加剂2-3份、浆水150-160份。
优选地,通孔和连接孔上下一一对应。
优选地,连接孔的孔径小于长孔的孔径。
优选地,外加剂为萘系高效减水剂,聚羧酸高性能减水剂和脂肪族高效减水剂的一种或多种。
优选地,凸条呈圆柱状且与钢板一体式连接。
本发明还提供了一种高强度建筑用复合板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、模具准备,将模具放在水平的工作台上;
二、将钢板放入到模具内,使钢板底面上的多个凸条接触到模具内底面;
三、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料,然后加入到搅拌机内搅拌,得到混凝土;
四、将步骤三中的混凝土中加到模具内;
五、将木板自上而下压入模具内,使步骤三中的混凝土从连接孔进入到长孔内;
六、通过液压压机将木板底面与钢板顶面上的多个凸条接触,使步骤三中的混凝土充满连接孔、长孔和凸条之间的间隙内。
七、烘干、脱模。
优选地,步骤一、二、三同步进行。
本发明提供的一种高强度建筑用复合板材将木板、钢板和混凝土巧妙地结合,既具有木板的特点,美观环保,又使木板具有较高的强度,价格低廉。
本发明提供的一种高强度建筑用复合板材的制备方法操作简单,使复合板材的结构牢固而稳定。

实施例1
如图1-3为本实施例的一种高强度建筑用复合板材,包括钢板1和木板2,钢板1上下面上对称设有多个凸条11,钢板1上还设有多个通孔12,所述多个凸条11和所述多个通孔12交错分布在钢板1上;木板2内设有多个左右线相通的长孔21,木板2上设有多个连接孔22,所述多个连接孔22使长孔21与木板2底面相通;木板2紧贴在凸条11上方,长孔21、连接孔22、通孔12和凸条11之间的间隙内添加有混凝土。
通过钢板1、木板2和混凝土的结合,使复合板材大幅度提高自身的性能,既具有木板2的美观环保,又具有钢板1的强度和韧性,价格低廉;通过凸条11的设置,使得钢板1能稳定牢固地连接混凝土,凸条11也对木板2起到支持的作用,防止木板2在制作过程中倾斜;通过通孔12的设置,使得钢板1上方和下方的混凝土能够连接起来,进一步提高混凝土和钢板1之间连接稳定性;通过长孔21和连接孔22的设置,使得在安装中混凝土能够从连接孔22进入到长孔21内,增加混凝土和木板2之间连接稳定性。
本实施例中,所述混凝土包括以下重量份的原料:水泥110份、粉煤灰60份、矿粉70份、砂230份、碎石350份、外加剂2.5份、浆水155份。
上述混凝土的成份使得混凝土具有较佳的粘结力,便于混凝土和钢板、木板的连接。
本实施例中,通孔12和连接孔22上下一一对应。

本实施例中,连接孔22的孔径小于长孔21的孔径。

五、将木板2自上而下压入模具内,使步骤三中的混凝土从连接孔22进入到长孔21内;
六、通过液压压机将木板2底面与钢板1顶面上的多个凸条11接触,使步骤三中的混凝土充满连接孔22、长孔21和凸条11之间的间隙内。
七、烘干、脱模。
其中,步骤一、二、三同步进行。
上述的一种高强度建筑用复合板材的制备方法操作简单,使复合板材的结构牢固而稳定。
实施例2
如图1-3为本实施例的一种高强度建筑用复合板材,包括钢板1和木板2,钢板1上下面上对称设有多个凸条11,钢板1上还设有多个通孔12,所述多个凸条11和所述多个通孔12交错分布在钢板1上;木板2内设有多个左右线相通的长孔21,木板2上设有多个连接孔22,所述多个连接孔22使长孔21与木板2底面相通;木板2紧贴在凸条11上方,长孔21、连接孔22、通孔12和凸条11之间的间隙内添加有混凝土。
本实施例中,所述混凝土包括以下重量份的原料:水泥120份、粉煤灰70份、矿粉85份、砂250份、碎石400份、外加剂3份、浆水160份。
本实施例中,通孔12和连接孔22上下一一对应。
本实施例中,连接孔22的孔径小于长孔21的孔径。

6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度建筑用复合板材,其特征在于:凸条(11)呈圆柱状且与钢板(1)一体式连接。
7.一种权利要求1~6任意一项所述的高强度建筑用复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一、模具准备,将模具放在水平的工作台上;
二、将钢板(1)放入到模具内,使钢板(1)底面上的多个凸条(11)接触到模具内底面;
三、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料,然后加入到搅拌机内搅拌,得到混凝土;
四、将步骤三中的混凝土中加到模具内;
五、将木板(2)自上而下压入模具内,使步骤三中的混凝土从连接孔(22)进入到长孔(21)内;
六、通过液压压机将木板(2)底面与钢板(1)顶面上的多个凸条(11)接触,使步骤三中的混凝土充满连接孔(22)、长孔(21)和凸条(11)之间的间隙内;
七、烘干、脱模。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高强度建筑用复合板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤一、二、三同步进行。
