技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染整领域,尤其涉及一种纺织品用抗菌整理剂及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对衣着的观念发生了较大的变化。对衣着不仅要求外观自然,穿着舒适和经济实惠,同时也要求服用过程中料理简便,就是使织物既具有天然纤维的舒适、透气、手感柔软等特点,又具有良好的免烫性能和干湿态抗菌性能。
时至今日,人们已经研制开发了一些用于纺织品的抗菌整理剂,其中大多数是天然或有机抗菌剂,其抗菌效果差强人意,但这类抗菌剂的最大缺陷在于与微生物作用以后不可再生,且抗菌持久性较差。无机抗菌整理剂具有良好的抗菌性、广谱性、长效性、耐候性、耐药性、安全性等性能,目前已得到广泛应用。
银系抗菌剂为无机抗菌整理剂的代表,银及其化合物在与水接触后,只要释放出50ppb的Ag+即对大肠杆菌有明显的杀伤力。但是在使用过程中,银系抗菌剂中的银离子极不稳定,在空气和光照下极易被氧化为单质银或氧化银,导致银系抗菌剂变色,不仅造成纺织品的抗菌性能降低,而且影响纺织品的颜色和美观。因此,如何保证银离子的稳定性是银系抗菌剂需解决的一个首要问题。
CN1730804A公开了一种抗菌织物及其制备方法,无机抗菌剂粘附在织物的纤维表面和纤维之间,通过将银离子负载在超细无机材料的表面和孔结构中。虽然其无机抗菌剂中的银离子稳定性较好,但载体材料单一,其应用受到极大的限制,此外,银离子与织物之间没有亲和力,在后整理过程中必须使用特定的粘合剂使银离子粘结在织物表面,造成抗菌剂不易均匀分布在织物上,不仅影响到抗菌性能,同时还影响了织物的手感。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种纺织品用抗菌整理剂及其制备方法和用途,,该纺织品抗菌整理剂主要用于人造和天然纤维纺织产品的后整理工序中,也可用于家庭纺织品洗涤后浸泡整理,使整理后的纺织品具有显著的抗菌性能。
为达此目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种纺织品用抗菌整理剂,所述纺织品用抗菌整理剂包括下述重量份的成分:

第二方面,本发明还提供了如第一方面所述纺织品用抗菌整理剂的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量取可溶性银盐、含羧基聚醚化合物、含胺基聚醚化合物、丙二醇和水,将丙二醇和水加热至55-60℃,温度稳定后将这几种组分进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为100-500rpm,搅拌至均匀,为混合液A;
(2)保持温度不变,按重量向步骤(1)的混合液A中依次缓慢滴加聚甘油蓖麻醇酯、二甲基硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇硬脂酸酯和仲醇聚氧乙烯醚,滴加上述各成分的同时进行磁力搅拌,搅拌转速仍为100-500rpm,搅拌至上述各成分均完全的溶解,为混合液B;
(3)保持温度仍为55-60℃,向混合液B中再加入亚磷酸三甲酯、亚磷酸三异丙酯、硼酸三异丙酯、氨基丙醇抗坏血酸磷酸酯,再对上述的所有成分进行磁力搅拌,搅拌至所有的成分混合均匀,得到所述纺织品用抗菌整理剂。
具体的,本发明所述纺织品用抗菌整理剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量取可溶性银盐、含羧基聚醚化合物、含胺基聚醚化合物、丙二醇和水,将丙二醇和水加热至55℃,温度稳定后将这几种组分进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为100rpm,搅拌至均匀,为混合液A;

与实施例1相比,除不加入可溶性银盐、含羧基聚醚化合物和含胺基聚醚化合物外,其它与实施例1相同。
对比例2
与实施例1相比,除不加入硼酸三异丙酯和氨基丙醇抗坏血酸磷酸酯外,其它与实施例1相同。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-2制备得到的整理剂进行抗菌性能测试。
参照国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价》进行测试,结果表明实施例1-4整理后的棉纺织品洗涤50次后的抑菌率仍超过99%,与洗涤前的抑菌率相差不大,具有高效持久的抗菌效果;而对比例1-2整理后的棉纺织品洗涤50次后的抑菌率仅分别达到95%和94%。
从以上结果可以得出,本发明实施例1-4具有较好的抗菌效果,并且本发明中各个组分相互协同,缺一不可,对比例1-2中省略可溶性银盐、含羧基聚醚化合物、含胺基聚醚化合物或者硼酸三异丙酯和氨基丙醇抗坏血酸磷酸酯所得到的抗菌效果均不如本发明实施例1-4的效果好。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的详细工艺设备和工艺流程,但本发明并不局限于上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。

1.一种纺织品用抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,所述纺织品用抗菌整理剂包括下述重量份的成分:

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的纺织品用抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,所述的可溶性银盐为硝酸银、醋酸银、柠檬酸银或苯甲酸银中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物;
优选地,所述的含羧基聚醚化合物为至少一个端基为羧基的聚乙二醇,所述的聚乙二醇的平均分子量为200-20000,通式为HOOC-PEG-R,其中R为羧基、羟基或甲氧基,PEG为聚乙二醇;
优选地,所述的含胺基聚醚化合物为聚醚胺D230、聚醚胺D2000、聚醚胺T403、聚醚胺D400或聚醚胺T5000中的任意一种或至少两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的纺织品用抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量取可溶性银盐、含羧基聚醚化合物、含胺基聚醚化合物、丙二醇和水,将丙二醇和水加热至55-60℃,温度稳定后将这几种组分进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为100-500rpm,搅拌至均匀,为混合液A;
(2)保持温度不变,按重量向步骤(1)的混合液A中依次缓慢滴加聚甘油蓖麻醇酯、二甲基硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇硬脂酸酯和仲醇聚氧乙烯醚,滴加上述各成分的同时进行磁力搅拌,搅拌转速仍为100-500rpm,搅拌至上述各成分均完全的溶解,为混合液B;
(3)保持温度仍为55-60℃,向混合液B中再加入亚磷酸三甲酯、亚磷酸三异丙酯、硼酸三异丙酯、氨基丙醇抗坏血酸磷酸酯,再对上述的所有成分进行磁力搅拌,搅拌至所有的成分混合均匀,得到所述纺织品用抗菌整理剂。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的纺织品用抗菌整理剂在纺织品整理中用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述纺织品包括棉织物、涤纶、腈纶、氨纶、聚酯纤维织物、竹纤维织物或混纺面料。
