本发明公开了一种厨房洗洁片。本发明的洗洁片成份包括烷基苯磺酸5‑10％、氢氧化钠5‑15％、十二烷基醚硫酸钠20％、椰油基二乙醇酰胺4‑10％、卡松0.2‑0.3％、食用香精0.3％、海盐水5‑10％、去离子水50％，将原料按照制备要求进行搅拌后蒸干制片、切片即可得到所需要的洗洁片，在使用时，只需要将洗洁片放到水中即可溶解使用，具有运输方便、使用方便、洗涤效果佳、成本低廉的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房洗洁片，尤其涉及一种方便运输、质量轻的厨房洗洁片。
背景技术
厨房的使用环境，容易产生许多油烟，同时，使用过后的锅具和餐具也需要进行清洗，因而在去油清洁的洗洁用品上用量是非常大的，特别是大饭店、酒楼等地方，为了方便长时间使用，相应的洗洁精都是采用几十斤装的大桶。由于洗洁精含水量多，重量大，运输成本比较大，而售价却很低廉，因此，洗洁精厂家一般会在终端市场周边成立生产基地，以减少储存和运输成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种厨房洗洁片，它能有效解决了洗洁精储存和运输不方便的问题，具有运输方便、使用方便、成本低廉的特点。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种厨房洗洁片，洗洁片成份包括烷基苯磺酸5-10％、氢氧化钠5-15％、十二烷基醚硫酸钠20％、椰油基二乙醇酰胺4-10％、卡松0.2-0.3％、食用香精0.3％、海盐水5-10％、去离子水50％；
洗洁片制备工艺如下：
第一、去离子水入加搅拌机内，去离子水加热到80-100℃，并在整个搅拌过程当中保持该温度；
第二、将烷基苯磺酸加入搅拌机内，开动搅拌机将烷基苯磺酸搅烂无块状(大概为40分钟左右)；
第三、将氢氧化钠加入搅拌机内，并持续搅拌，直到将混合液的PH值调整到6-7(大概为30分钟左右)；
第四、将十二烷基醚硫酸钠和椰油基二乙醇酰胺加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌40分钟左右；
第五、将卡松加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌10分钟左右；
第六、将食用香精加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌10分钟左右；
第七、将海盐水加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌，直至混合液的浓稠度要求；
第八、蒸汽制片机预热到80-110℃，并将蒸汽制片机转速调速为10-15分钟/转，搅拌好且保持80-100℃的混合液倒到蒸汽制片机上，混合液经过蒸汽制片机脱水并挤压成混合液片；
第九、将混合液片放到切片机上进行相应的裁切成适当尺寸，即成洗洁片；
第十、然后将裁切后的洗洁片进行密封包装后装箱即可。
通过将洗洁精的配方进行优化之后，再进行蒸干、压片、切片处理，便可得到所需要的洗洁片。将4-5克的洗洁片放到500-600ml的水中，在极短的时间内即可将水变成洗洁精，这种洗洁精跟普通洗洁精具有同样的浓度，洗涤效果也差不多。但洗洁片在重量上却只有液体状洗洁精的百分之一左右，体积也小得多，在包装用料和运输、储存成本上更是比传统洗洁精要低得多。如果采用洗洁片的生产工艺，生产厂家就不需要在各个终端市场附近都设厂生产，减少了建厂、生产、储存和运输的成本，节省下的成本费用可以让厂家和消费者都得到实惠。

Claims (2)

1.一种厨房洗洁片，洗洁片成份包括烷基苯磺酸5-10％、氢氧化钠5-15％、十二烷基醚硫酸钠20％、椰油基二乙醇酰胺4-10％、卡松0.2-0.3％、食用香精0.3％、海盐水5-10％、去离子水50％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房洗洁片，洗洁片制备工艺如下：
第一、去离子水入加搅拌机内，去离子水加热到80-100℃，并在整个搅拌过程当中保持该温度；
第二、将烷基苯磺酸加入搅拌机内，开动搅拌机将烷基苯磺酸搅烂无块状(大概为40分钟左右)；
第三、将氢氧化钠加入搅拌机内，并持续搅拌，直到将混合液的PH值调整到6-7(大概为30分钟左右)；
第四、将十二烷基醚硫酸钠和椰油基二乙醇酰胺加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌40分钟左右；
第五、将卡松加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌10分钟左右；
第六、将食用香精加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌10分钟左右；
第七、将海盐水加入搅拌机内，持续搅拌，直至混合液的浓稠度要求；
第八、蒸汽制片机预热到80-110℃，并将蒸汽制片机转速调速为10-15分钟/转，搅拌好且保持80-100℃的混合液倒到蒸汽制片机上，混合液经过蒸汽制片机脱水并挤压成混合液片；
第九、将混合液片放到切片机上进行相应的裁切成适当尺寸，即成洗洁片；
第十、然后将裁切后的洗洁片进行密封包装后装箱即可。
