本发明属于金属除锈剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法。
背景技术
在金属加工过程中,比如切削和冷轧,通常使用乳化液或者全合成切削液用于冷却和润滑。由于加工液中存在大量的水,因而工序间和加工后的表面防锈蚀至关重要。目前,金属加工或制品的长期防锈大多采用防锈油和防锈漆,其成本较高,对环境污染较为严重,后期废液处理困难,给使用带来了诸多不便。
传统的金属工序间防锈,一般使用防锈油进行涂刷处理防锈,防锈油的使用量大,成本高,同时后续加工时还往往要进行清洗,而清洗存在清洗剂的用量大,清洗困难等问题,从节能环保的角度看,清洗也是一种极不环保的行为。
目前市面上还有一些硼酸盐、磷酸盐、羧酸盐类的水性防锈剂,由于防锈时间很短,只能做短期防锈。还有用亚硝酸盐、重铬酸盐等作为水性防锈剂使用的,虽然有一定的防锈效果,但是亚硝酸盐、重铬酸盐均有致癌性,很多国家禁止使用。
综上所述,因此需要一种更好的除锈剂来改善现有技术的不足,推动机械行业的发展。

本发明的目的是提供一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法,本发明制备的防锈剂,对人体无伤害,既节约了能源,又达到了环保的要求,制备工艺简单,可附着在金属表面,使金属具有更好的抗磨性和防锈蚀性能。

一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
一、将脂肪酸与醇胺类化合物混合,得到混合物料;
二、在保护性气体下,将混合物料加热至80-120℃以使其反应30-40min,再向其中加入磷酸酯得到混合物一;
三、向混合物一中加入表面活性剂,继续反应30-50min,得到混合物二;
四、向混合物二中兑水加热至180-200℃,反应15-30min,冷却后即可得到成品。
优选的,所述用于机械设备的除锈包括以下重量份的原料:脂肪酸25-39份、醇胺类化合物20-35份、磷酸酯30-34份和表面活性剂28-37份。
优选的,所述步骤一的脂肪酸为乙二酸、戊酸、环烷酸、柠檬酸、苯甲酸、月桂酸、己二酸、油酸和癸二酸中的任一种或多种的混合。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一的醇胺类化合物为一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和乙醇胺中的任一种或多种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二的保护性气体为氮气。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二的磷酸酯为辛酸磷酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酸磷酸酯聚氧乙烯醚和油酸磷酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的任一种或多种的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三的表面活性剂为硼酸甲基咪唑化合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于机械设备的除锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硼酸甲基咪唑化合物为1、4-二甲基咪唑硼酸盐、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑硼酸盐、1-癸基-3甲基咪唑硼酸盐中的任一种或多种的混合。
