本发明涉及一种高耐磨性防火涂料。
背景技术
随着现代生活水平的提升,现代家居住房中一般都会装修住房,以达到更好的居住舒适性。由于目前家居装修中大量使用木材、布料等易燃材料,所以,防火,已经是一个十分值得重视的问题。现有的防火涂料由于涂料膜面附着力差、耐候性差、耐水性差及易脱落等缺点,随着时间的失衡,会使得防火涂料的防火性下降,直至失去防火性能。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐磨性防火涂料。所述高耐磨性防火涂料,添加有纳米二氧化钛及亚纳米球形硅微粉,具有良好的防火耐热效果,同时能有效的解决现有防火涂料中涂料膜面附着力差、耐候性差、耐磨性差及易脱落等缺点,应用范围广。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种高耐磨性防火涂料,包括如下质量份数的组分:丙烯酸乳液:25-45份;纳米二氧化钛:1-3.5份;亚纳米球形硅微粉:4-8份;季戊四醇:7-15份;三聚氰胺:5-12份;三乙胺:3-9份;硅酸钠:2-5份;煅烧高岭土:1-3份;增稠剂:1.5-3份;流平剂:2-5份。
进一步地,包括如下质量份数的组分:丙烯酸乳液:25-33份;纳米二氧化钛:2-3.5份;亚纳米球形硅微粉:6-8份;季戊四醇:7-12份;三聚氰胺:5-9份;三乙胺:6-9份;硅酸钠:3.5-5份;煅烧高岭土:1.5-3份;增稠剂:1.5-2份;流平剂:2-4份。
