Abstract

本发明公开了一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置,涉及汽车充电领域。用于解决因汽车泊车位置偏移造成的充电效率低、能耗高等问题。包括若干微型逆变器、若干集束式输出感应线圈、若干霍尔传感器、一个控制器、接收感应线圈、一个逆变器、车载电池。将集束式输出感应线圈呈矩阵式排布,微型逆变器接收电能,传输到集束式输出感应线圈中;将各个集束式输出感应线圈周围的磁感应强度通过霍尔传感器转化成电压信息传递给控制器;通过控制器将各个集束式输出感应线圈的电压强度经过比较,分析出汽车泊车位置,进而使汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈通入电流;接收感应线圈通过逆变器传输到车载电池实现充电;车载电池将充电信息反馈给控制器,根据充电要求控制汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈的通断。

Description

一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车充电领域,尤其涉及一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置。
背景技术
电动汽车可以很好的解决机动车污染排放和能源短缺的问题,因此受到很多国家和政府的鼓励,许多汽车生产商也投入到了电动汽车的研发和生成当中。电动汽车无线充电相对于有线充电具有使用方便、安全可靠、无积尘和接触损耗等优点。目前感应式无线充电技术近距离传输效率一般在90%以上,然而在无线充电时经常会出现这种情况:汽车泊车位置不正确,使其感应线圈无法与充电设备的感应线圈完全对准,产生磁泄漏,造成能耗高而充电效率低等问题。因此需要一种一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置,无论汽车偏离什么位置,都可以保证以最高的传输效率为汽车充电。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,提出一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置,其特征在于,包括若干微型逆变器(1)、若干集束式输出感应线圈(2)、若干霍尔传感器(3)、一个控制器(4)、接收感应线圈(5)、一个逆变器(6)、车载电池(7);其中微型逆变器直接接入电网,变压后将能量传入到集束式输出感应线圈,另一个逆变器连接接收感应线圈与车载电池;所述集束式输出感应线圈呈矩阵式象限分布;所述霍尔传感器的输入端与输出感应线圈连接,输出端接控制器;所述控制器与霍尔传感器相连,接收各集束式输出感应线圈的电压信息,判断出汽车泊车位置;所述控制器还与车载电池相连,根据充电要求控制泊车位置下集束式输出感应线圈的开通与关断。
一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置的实现方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将集束式输出感应线圈呈矩阵式排布;
(2)微型逆变器接收电能,传输到集束式输出感应线圈中;
(3)将各个集束式输出感应线圈周围的磁感应强度通过霍尔传感器转化成电压信息传递给控制器;
(4)通过控制器将各个象限集束式输出感应线圈的电压强度经过比较,分析出汽车泊车位置,进而使汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈通入电流;
(5)接收感应线圈通过逆变器传输到车载电池实现充电;
(6)车载电池将充电信息反馈给控制器,根据充电要求控制汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈的通断。
与现有技术相比,本发明由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:
1、通过安装的多个集束式输出感应线圈,降低对汽车泊车位置的精确度要求,从而省去包括蓝牙等设备在内的汽车泊车辅助控制系统,降低电动汽车及无线充电装置的成本。
2、通过设置的矩阵式分布输出感应线圈,即使汽车泊车偏移正确位置,仍能保证正常的充电效率。
3、通过安装在每个集束式输出感应线圈上的微型逆变器,控制器根据车载电池反馈的充电情况,单独控制每个集束式线圈的通断电,从而实现无线充电装置与电动汽车间的无级能量传输。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的进行详细的描述。
参照图1,一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置,包括若干微型逆变器1、若干集束式输出感应线圈2、若干霍尔传感器3、一个控制器4、接收感应线圈5、一个逆变器6、车载电池7。每个微型逆变器1从电网接收电能,通过逆变将电能传输到与之相连的各个集束式输出感应线圈2中,每个集束式输出感应线圈2分别与霍尔传感器3相连,将各个集束式输出感应线圈周围的磁感应强度通过霍尔传感器转化成电压信息传递给控制器4,通过控制器4将各个集束式输出感应线圈的电压强度进行比较,分析出汽车泊车位置,进而使汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈通入电流,接收感应线圈5通过逆变器6将电能传输到车载电池7,车载电池7将汽车充电情况反馈给控制器4,根据充电情况控制汽车泊车位置所对的下方集束式感应线圈的关断。
一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置的实现方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将集束式输出感应线圈呈矩阵式排布;
(2)微型逆变器接收电能,传输到集束式输出感应线圈中;
(3)将各个集束式输出感应线圈周围的磁感应强度通过霍尔传感器转化成电压信息传递给控制器;
(4)通过控制器将各个集束式输出感应线圈的电压强度经过比较,分析出汽车泊车位置,进而使汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈通入电流;
(5)接收感应线圈通过逆变器传输到车载电池实现充电;
(6)车载电池将充电信息反馈给控制器,根据充电要求控制汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈的通断。
参照图2,本发明的控制流程为:
步骤1:控制器采集各个集束式输出感应线圈的电压信息;
步骤2:通过控制器比较,分析出汽车泊车位置;
步骤3:根据车载电池反馈的电量信息判断充电需要,当需要快充时,全部开启汽车泊车位置下方所对的集束式输出感应线圈,当需要慢充时,部分关断车泊车位置下方所对的集束式输出感应线圈;
步骤4:时刻监测车载电池是否充满,若未充满,则继续返回步骤3;若充满,执行步骤5;
步骤5:全部关断汽车泊车位置下方所对的集束式输出感应线圈,充电完成。

1.一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置,其特征在于,包括若干微型逆变器(1)、若干集束式输出感应线圈(2)、若干霍尔传感器(3)、一个控制器(4)、接收感应线圈(5)、一个逆变器(6);其中微型逆变器直接接入电网,变压后将能量传入到集束式输出感应线圈,另一个逆变器连接接收感应线圈与车载电池;所述集束式输出感应线圈呈矩阵式象限分布;所述霍尔传感器的输入端与输出感应线圈连接,输出端接控制器;所述控制器与霍尔传感器相连,接收各集束式输出感应线圈的电压信息,判断出汽车泊车位置;所述控制器还与车载电池相连,根据充电要求控制泊车位置下集束式输出感应线圈的开通与关断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种效率最优的汽车无线充电装置,其特征在于,实现方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将集束式输出感应线圈呈矩阵式排布;
(2)微型逆变器接收电能,传输到集束式输出感应线圈中;
(3)将各个集束式输出感应线圈周围的磁感应强度通过霍尔传感器转化成电压信息传递给控制器;
(4)通过控制器将各个集束式输出感应线圈的电压强度经过比较,分析出汽车泊车位置,进而使汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈通入电流;
(5)接收感应线圈通过逆变器传输到车载电池实现充电;
(6)车载电池将充电信息反馈给控制器,根据充电要求控制汽车泊车位置下方的集束式输出感应线圈的通断。
