Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于电动汽车的低功耗CCCP检测电路系统和利用该系统的工作方法,包括CC信号唤醒检测电路、汽车ON档唤醒电路、CP信号检测电路、OBC唤醒BMS电路和由若干单片机构成的主控制板。CC信号唤醒检测电路通过单片机读入电阻分压判定电动汽车与充电枪是否相连接;汽车ON档唤醒电路在汽车钥匙打开时使车载充电机启动刷新程序;CP信号检测电路通过充电模式二枪中CP信号的PWM占空比,对应控制输出电流。本发明的电路系统和工作方法相对简单,功耗非常低,可实现CCCP检测功能以及两种唤醒模式,提高了系统的可靠性及安全性。

技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及车载充电机系统领域,特别涉及一种用于电动汽车的低功耗CCCP检测电路系统及工作方法。
背景技术
[0002]电动汽车(BEV)是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的车辆。由于对环境影响相对传统汽车较小,其前景被广泛看好,电动汽车快充接头上CC代表充电连接确认,CP代表控制确认。
[0003]由于电动汽车的飞速发展,对于充电连接器以及电动车慢充充电流程国家在2015年年底颁布了GB/T18487.1-2015来代替旧国标18487.1-2011,规定了电动汽车供电设备分为:充电模式一,充电模式二,充电模式三,充电模式四。模式一米用标准插座和插头,不允许超过8A。模式二采用充电引导装置对线上电流要求不超过13A。模式三则采用所谓的充电粧对线上电流要求不超过32A。模式二和三都是通过PffM(脉冲宽度调制)模式告知电动汽车做大可用电流值,而模式四则通过数字通信。
[0004]充电模式二和三枪上除了模式一上带的交流零线地线火线三根线外,还有CC信号线和CP信号线,如附图1所示,车辆控制装置通过测量检测点3与PE之间的电阻值来判断当前充电连接装置(电缆)的额定容量(CC信号);通过检测点2的PWM信号占空比确认当前供电设备的做大供电电流(CP信号)。

[0011]针对上述国标对车辆充电系统的新规定及要求,目前市面上检测装置放置在BMS(电池管理系统)内,由BMS(电池管理系统)判定CCCP信号来确定连接器是否连接正确以及线上所需电流大小,控制S2开关的闭合,通过CAN协议要求OBC(车载充电机)充电。优点:单方面判断线上充电条件,系统简单,无需OBC(车载充电机)进行判断。缺点为系统不够严谨,容易产生误判。
发明内容
[0012]发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种可实现在低功耗情况下对充电模式二、充电模式三的CCCP检测功能以及唤醒OBC电路系统两种功能,既简单又能提高系统的可靠性及安全性的用于电动汽车的低功耗CCCP检测电路系统及工作方法。
