The singlechip communicates with the printer to inform the printer of the printing validity. And (6) detecting the magnetism of the paper. The problem that banks etc. need detect the paper material before printing has really been solved to this embodiment, and this embodiment detects stably accurately, can not produce the condition of failing to report, the wrong report.
The invention is composed of a printer 3, an embedded single chip microcomputer 2 and a magnetic sensor 1, when paper passes through the magnetic sensor 1, the magnetic sensor 1 detects whether the paper is magnetic or not and informs the single chip microcomputer 2, after the single chip microcomputer 2 receives information, the single chip microcomputer judges whether the printing is legal or not, then the printer 3 is informed whether the printing is legal or not, if the printing is magnetic, the single chip microcomputer informs the printer to print, and if the printing is not magnetic, the single chip microcomputer buzzes an alarm and informs the printer to quit the paper. The problem of whether the paper contains magnetism is solved, and therefore the technical effect of detecting the magnetism of the paper is achieved.
Example two
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method of identifying printed sheets, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that presented herein.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method of identifying a printing sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method including the steps of:
step S402, scanning the paper material to be printed and generating a paper material detection signal.
Specifically, the method for identifying printing paper provided in this embodiment of the application may be applied to the first embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, where the process of scanning the material of the paper to be printed and generating the paper material detection signal may be obtained by scanning the material of the paper to be printed by the sensor 16 in fig. 1.
The method for identifying the printing paper provided by the embodiment of the application can be suitable for identifying the material of the paper to be printed in a special industry, for example, printing an invoice or printing a deposit/withdrawal receipt and the like, and the material (invoice) of the paper to be printed is detected by the sensor 16 to obtain a paper material detection signal corresponding to the material (invoice) of the paper to be printed.
Step S404, judging whether the material of the paper to be printed meets the preset printing condition according to the paper material detection signal.
Specifically, based on the paper material detection signal generated in step S402, in step S404, it is determined whether the material of the paper to be printed satisfies the predetermined printing condition according to the paper material detection signal, which corresponds to the first embodiment of fig. 1, wherein the data processing device 14 in the first embodiment receives the paper material detection signal, and determines whether the material of the paper to be printed satisfies the predetermined printing condition according to the paper material detection signal, wherein the predetermined printing condition is used to determine whether the material of the paper to be printed is the material required by the current print job.
Based on the example in step S402, still taking the printing invoice as an example, if the paper material detection signal corresponding to the material of the current paper to be printed is the material signal corresponding to the invoice, it is determined whether the material signal is the material required by the current print job.
In step S406, in the case where the determination result is yes, a printing operation is performed.
Specifically, based on the determination in step S404, if the paper quality detection signal satisfies the preset printing condition, the printing operation is performed. That is, based on the example in step S404, in the case where it is determined that the material of the paper to be currently printed is an invoice, the operation of printing the invoice is performed.
If not, the printer withdraws paper and triggers an alarm.
In summary, with reference to steps S402 to S406, in the system for identifying printing paper provided in the first embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 to 3, the material of the paper to be printed is detected by the sensor, and a paper material detection signal is generated, and the data processing device analyzes the paper material detection signal to determine whether the material of the paper to be printed meets the preset printing condition, and if so, performs the printing operation.
In the method for identifying the printing paper provided by the embodiment of the application, the material of the paper to be printed is scanned, and a paper material detection signal is generated; judging whether the material of the paper to be printed meets a preset printing condition or not according to the paper material detection signal; under the condition that the judgment result is yes, the printing operation is executed, the purpose of detecting the material of the printing paper is achieved, the technical effect of identifying the material of the printing paper is achieved, and the technical problem of printing errors caused by the lack of the process of detecting the material of the printing paper in the prior art is solved.
Alternatively, the scanning the paper material to be printed in step S402, and generating the paper material detection signal includes:
step1, scanning the paper material to be printed by the magnetic sensor and generating a paper material detection signal, wherein the paper material detection signal is used for indicating the magnetic parameter of the paper material to be printed.
Optionally, after determining whether the material of the paper to be printed meets the preset printing condition according to the paper material detection signal in step S404, the method for identifying the printing paper provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
and step S405, executing paper returning operation and giving an alarm under the condition that the judgment result is negative.
Specifically, according to the first embodiment of the present application, a paper material detection signal corresponding to the paper material to be printed (invoice slip) is obtained, the data processing device 14 receives the paper material detection signal according to the first embodiment, and determines whether the paper material to be printed satisfies a preset printing condition according to the paper material detection signal, and if the magnetic material detection signal of the paper to be printed is non-magnetic, the printing device 12 withdraws the paper, and triggers an alarm.
Further, optionally, the step S405 executes a paper-ejecting operation, and the warning includes:
step2, when the paper returning operation is executed, the material of the paper to be printed is indicated not to meet the preset condition through sound alarm and/or light alarm.

In the present embodiment, the warning device 18 may replace the buzzer with an MP3 voice module, and when the material of the paper to be printed is determined to be non-magnetic, the warning device gives an alarm by voice.
Or the like, or, alternatively,
the alarm device 18 can replace the buzzer with a red light, and when the paper without magnetism is printed, the light flickers to prompt the alarm.
Or the like, or, alternatively,
the alarm device 18 can also be a combination of a buzzer and a lamp, and when the material of the paper to be printed is judged to be non-magnetic, the lamp flickers and the buzzer alarms.
Or the like, or, alternatively,
the alarm device 18 can be a combination of an MP3 voice module and a lamp, and when the detection result of the material of the paper to be printed is judged to be a non-magnetic material, the lamp flickers and the voice prompts an alarm. In addition, the singlechip 2 can be replaced by other embedded equipment to realize the control functions of the algorithm and the printer 3.
