Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be provided with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. It should be noted that, as long as there is no conflict, the embodiments and the features in the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, and the technical solutions formed are within the scope of the present invention.
In the following description, for the purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details or with other methods described herein.
Additionally, the steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and, although a logical order is illustrated in the flow charts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
The existing thermal printing equipment can not identify the legality of the consumables, so that a user can use various consumables on the thermal printing equipment to execute imaging printing operation. The use of a large number of consumables of different types not only prolongs the service life of the thermal printer, but also damages the printing head of the thermal printer, thereby affecting the imaging and printing quality.
The invention provides a novel consumable anti-counterfeiting method, which can perform consumable anti-counterfeiting identification on consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to printing equipment and allow the printing equipment to perform imaging printing operation when the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data is valid data.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic implementation flow diagram of the consumable anti-counterfeiting method provided in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for counterfeit prevention of consumable supplies provided by this embodiment first obtains counterfeit-prevention identification data of consumable supplies corresponding to the current printing apparatus in step S101. In this embodiment, each printing device is preferably configured with a unique consumable anti-counterfeit identification (in different embodiments of the present invention, the consumable anti-counterfeit identification may be a two-dimensional code, a bar code, etc.). In step S101, the method may obtain the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing device by scanning the consumable anti-counterfeit identification mark with the corresponding device.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the consumable anti-counterfeit identification code preferably corresponds to a consumable module, and each consumable module has a unique consumable anti-counterfeit identification code. Because in the imaging printing process, the consumable module needs to be installed in the printing equipment, the printing equipment has the unique consumable anti-counterfeiting identification code corresponding to the consumable module.
After obtaining the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing device, the method performs consumable anti-counterfeit identification using the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data in step S102, and further determines available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing device when the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data is valid data.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in step S102, the method searches the preset identifier-consumable database by using the anti-counterfeit identification identifier data obtained in step S101, so as to determine whether the anti-counterfeit identification data of the consumable is valid data.
Preferably, the method determines whether data consistent with the anti-counterfeit identification data acquired in step S101 exists in the preset identifier-consumable database in step S102. Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset identifier-consumable database stores a plurality of anti-counterfeit identification data preset by a consumable manufacturer, and the anti-counterfeit identification data corresponds to corresponding available consumable quantity data. The method preferably queries in step S102 whether the anti-counterfeit data obtained in step S101 can be consistent with a certain anti-counterfeit data in the preset identifier-consumable database.
If the preset identifier-consumable database has data consistent with the anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment, the method can judge that the anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment is valid data.
And if the preset identifier-consumable database does not have anti-counterfeiting identification data consistent with the anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment, the method judges that the anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment is invalid data.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the method may also use other reasonable ways to determine whether the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data obtained in step S101 is valid data in step S102, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In step S102, if the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data acquired in step S101 is determined to be valid data, the method further determines available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing apparatus. And if the acquired consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data is invalid data, representing that the current printing equipment is illegal for a central server (namely a cloud server), and generating error prompt information by using the method so as to prompt a user that the current printing equipment is unavailable.
In this embodiment, when the anti-counterfeit identification data of the consumable part acquired in step S101 is determined to be valid data, the method further determines the available consumable part amount data corresponding to the current printing apparatus in step S102.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the method preferably uses the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data acquired in step S101 to search the preset identifier-consumable database in step S102, so as to obtain the available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing apparatus.
The preset mark-consumable database preferably stores consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data and available consumable quantity data in one-to-one correspondence. Because the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment obtained in the step S101 is stored in the preset identifier-consumable database, and the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data in the preset identifier-consumable database corresponds to the available consumable amount data one to one, the method can also obtain the corresponding available consumable amount data by querying the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment, and the data can represent the consumable amount (such as the remaining consumable amount) that can be used by the current printing equipment.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the method may also employ other reasonable methods to determine available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing device, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further obtain user identification data in step S101, where the user identification data can characterize the identity information of the user. In step S102, the method determines available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing device and the user by using the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data and the user identification data corresponding to the current printing device. In this embodiment, the method stores available consumable quantity data in a preset identifier-consumable database used in determining available consumable quantity data corresponding to a current printing device and user, corresponding to consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data and user identification data.
In this embodiment, the method determines the currently required consumable quantity data according to the content to be printed in step S103, and matches the currently required consumable quantity data obtained in step S103 with the available consumable quantity data determined in step S102 in step S104, so as to determine whether the normal imaging printing operation can be performed according to the matching result.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the currently required consumable quantity data determined by the method in step S103 preferably represents the length of the consumable required to print the content to be printed, while the available consumable quantity data determined by the method in step S102 preferably represents the maximum length of the consumable that can be printed by the current printing apparatus.
The method preferably determines whether the currently required consumable quantity is less than or equal to the available consumable quantity in step S104. If the current required consumable amount is less than or equal to the available consumable amount, the method can generate an effective printing instruction so as to control the current printing equipment to perform imaging printing on the content to be printed; and if the current required consumable quantity is larger than the available consumable quantity, the method generates an invalid printing instruction at the moment so as to control the current printing equipment not to perform imaging printing operation.
In this embodiment, if the currently required consumable amount is less than or equal to the available consumable amount, the method updates the available consumable amount of the current printing apparatus according to the currently required consumable amount while generating the effective printing instruction. For example, the method subtracts the currently required consumable quantity from the corresponding available consumable quantity stored in the preset identifier-consumable database, so as to obtain new available consumable quantity data.
The invention also provides an imaging printing system, which can realize the anti-counterfeiting identification of consumables. In order to more clearly illustrate the structure, principle and operation of the printing system provided by the present invention, the following description is further provided with reference to fig. 2 and 3. Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of the imaging and printing system provided in the present embodiment, and fig. 3 shows a schematic workflow diagram of the imaging and printing system.
As shown in fig. 2, the imaging and printing system provided by the present embodiment preferably includes: a user terminal 201, a cloud server 202 and a printing device 203. In operation, the user terminal 201 may obtain the anti-counterfeit identification data of the consumable corresponding to the current printing device 203 in step S301. In particular, in this embodiment, each printing device is preferably configured with a unique consumable anti-counterfeiting identification (in different embodiments of the present invention, the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification can be a two-dimensional code, a bar code, etc.). The user terminal 201 may obtain the anti-counterfeit identification data of the consumables corresponding to the current printing apparatus by scanning the anti-counterfeit identification of the consumables in step S301.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the user terminal 201 preferably includes: the system comprises a consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data acquisition module 401, an authentication request module 402, a first data communication module 403 and a printing enabling module 404. In step S301, the user terminal 201 acquires the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing apparatus by using the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data acquisition module 401.
After obtaining the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing device, the user terminal 201 generates corresponding consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information according to the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data in step S302, and transmits the generated consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information to the cloud server 202 in step S303. In this embodiment, the consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request generated by the user terminal 201 preferably includes consumable anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing device.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after obtaining the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing apparatus, the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data obtaining module 401 transmits the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data to the authentication request module 402 connected thereto. The authentication request module 402 generates consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information according to the received consumable anti-counterfeit identification data, and transmits the consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information to the first data communication module 403 connected thereto, so that the first data communication module 403 uploads the consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information to the cloud server 202.
As shown in fig. 3, after receiving the consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information transmitted from the user terminal 201, the cloud server 202 preferably performs consumable anti-counterfeit identification by using consumable anti-counterfeit identification data included in the consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information in step S304, and further determines available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing apparatus when the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data is valid data, and transmits the available consumable quantity data to the user terminal 201 connected thereto.
In this embodiment, in step S304, the cloud server 202 preferably searches the preset identifier-consumable database by using the acquired anti-counterfeit identification identifier data, so as to determine whether the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data is valid data.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cloud server 202 preferably includes a second data communication module 501 and an anti-counterfeiting authentication module 502. The second data communication module 501 is in communication connection with the user terminal 201, and is capable of receiving the consumable anti-counterfeiting authentication request information transmitted by the user terminal 201.
The anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 is connected to the second data communication module 501, and after receiving the consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information transmitted by the second data communication module 501, the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 will respond to the request information. When the consumable anti-counterfeiting authentication request information is responded, the anti-counterfeiting authentication module 502 analyzes the consumable anti-counterfeiting authentication request information to obtain consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment, and further judges whether data consistent with the anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment exists in the preset identifier-consumable database.
If the preset identifier-consumable database has data consistent with the anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing device, the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 can determine that the anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing device is valid data.
If the preset identifier-consumable database does not have data consistent with the anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment, the anti-counterfeiting authentication module 502 determines that the anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment is invalid data.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 may also determine whether the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data corresponding to the current printing apparatus is valid data in other reasonable manners, which is not limited in the present invention.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data transmitted by the user terminal 201 is invalid data, it indicates that the current printing device is illegal for the cloud server, and therefore the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 preferably generates an error prompt message and transmits the error prompt message to the user terminal 201 through the second data communication module to prompt the user that the current printing device is unavailable.
If the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data transmitted by the user terminal 201 is determined to be valid data, the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 determines available consumable amount data corresponding to the current printing apparatus according to the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data in step S304.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 preferably retrieves the preset identifier-consumable database by using the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data obtained by parsing according to the consumable anti-counterfeit authentication request information, so as to obtain the available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing apparatus.
The preset mark-consumable database preferably stores consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data and available consumable quantity data in one-to-one correspondence. Because the obtained consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment is stored in the preset identifier-consumable database, and the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data and the available consumable quantity data in the preset identifier-consumable database are in one-to-one correspondence, the anti-counterfeiting authentication module 502 can also obtain the corresponding available consumable quantity data by querying the consumable anti-counterfeiting identification data corresponding to the current printing equipment, and the data can represent the consumable quantity (such as the remaining consumable quantity) which can be used by the current printing equipment.
Of course, in other embodiments of the invention, the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 may also employ other reasonable methods to determine the available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing device, and the invention is not limited thereto.
For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal 201 may further obtain user identification data, where the user identification data can characterize identity information of the user. The anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 determines the available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing device and the user by using the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data and the user identification data corresponding to the current printing device. In this embodiment, the counterfeit-proof authentication module 502 stores the available consumable quantity data in the pre-established identity-consumable quantity database used in determining the available consumable quantity data corresponding to the current printing apparatus and user, corresponding to the consumable counterfeit-proof identification data and the user identification data (i.e., both the consumable counterfeit-proof identification data and the user identification data constitute the influencing factors of the available consumable quantity data).
When the available consumable amount data corresponding to the current printing apparatus is determined, as shown in fig. 3, the cloud server 202 transmits the determined available consumable amount data to the user terminal 201 in step S305. For the embodiment, after determining that the available consumable quantity data of the current printing apparatus is given, the anti-counterfeit authentication module 502 transmits the available consumable quantity data to the second data communication module 501 connected thereto, and then the second data communication module 501 forwards the available consumable quantity data to the user terminal 201.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the specific structure adopted by the cloud server 202 to implement the above functions may also be other reasonable structures, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, after receiving the available consumable quantity data of the current printing device sent by the cloud server 202, the user terminal 201 determines the currently required consumable quantity data (for example, the length of the imaging medium required for printing the content to be printed) according to the content to be printed in step S306.
After determining the previous required consumable quantity data, the user terminal 201 matches the current required consumable quantity data determined in step S306 with the available consumable quantity data sent by the cloud server 202 in step S307, so as to generate a corresponding print enable signal. After receiving the print enable signal, the user terminal 201 also transmits the content to be printed and the print enable signal to the printing device 203 in step S308.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the user terminal 201 implements the determination process of the consumable amount data and the data matching process described above using the print enabling module 404. The print enabling module 404 preferably determines whether the currently required consumable amount is less than or equal to the available consumable amount in the process of matching the currently required consumable amount data with the available consumable amount data.
If the current required consumable amount is less than or equal to the available consumable amount, the print enabling module 404 generates a valid print instruction to control the current printing apparatus to be in an available state; if the current required consumable amount is larger than the available consumable amount, the print enabling module 404 generates an invalid print instruction to control the current printing apparatus to be in the available state.
In this embodiment, the print enabling module 404 is preferably connected to the first data communication module 403, and the first data communication module 403 can also be connected to the printing device 203 in a communication manner, so that the print enabling module 404 can also transmit the content to be printed and the print enabling signal to the printing device 203 through the first data communication module 403.
In this embodiment, if the currently required consumable amount is less than or equal to the available consumable amount, the print enabling module 404 generates an effective print instruction and simultaneously transmits the currently required consumable amount data to the cloud server 202 through the first data communication module 403, so that the cloud server 202 updates the available consumable amount of the current printing apparatus according to the currently required consumable amount. For example, the cloud server 202 subtracts the currently required consumable amount from the corresponding consumable amount stored in the preset id-consumable database, so as to obtain the new consumable amount data.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, according to actual needs, when the generated print instruction is an invalid print instruction, since the current printing device responds that the invalid print instruction is in an unavailable state at this time, the print enabling module 404 may not need to transmit the content to be printed to the printing device, which may effectively reduce the amount of data that needs to be transmitted between the user terminal 201 and the printing device, thereby contributing to improving the operation efficiency of the entire method and system.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the user terminal 201 may also adopt other reasonable structures to implement the above functions, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, after receiving the print enable signal transmitted from the user terminal 201, the printing device 203 determines its operating state according to the print enable signal in step S309.
Specifically, when the print instruction received by the printing device 203 is a valid print instruction, it performs a corresponding image printing operation, that is, performs image printing on the content to be printed sent by the user terminal 201. If the received print instruction is an invalid print instruction, the current printing apparatus 203 will not perform the image forming printing operation at this time.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the printing apparatus 203 preferably obtains the content to be printed by parsing the valid print instruction. In other embodiments of the present invention, the printing device 203 may also obtain the content to be printed through other reasonable manners (e.g., obtain the content from the printing device 203 through other signaling, etc.), and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the step of determining the currently required consumable quantity by the user terminal 201 may also be implemented between receiving the available consumable quantity data transmitted by the cloud server 202, that is, the specific implementation sequence of the step S306 is not limited in the present invention.
In other embodiments of the present invention, if the currently required consumable amount is less than or equal to the available consumable amount, the user terminal 201 may also increase the available consumable amount by purchasing printing consumables according to actual needs. For example, the user may set the consumable amount required to be purchased through the user terminal 201 and send the consumable amount to the cloud server 202, and the cloud server 202 updates the corresponding available consumable amount data stored in the cloud server 202 based on the consumable amount purchased by the user after the user completes the fee settlement.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that the user terminal mentioned in the present invention may be a personal intelligent device (e.g., a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, etc.) configured with a software program (e.g., APP) capable of implementing a corresponding function. The printing device mentioned in the present invention is not limited to the thermal printing device, but may be other reasonable types of imaging printing devices according to the actual situation.
It can be seen from the above description that the anti-counterfeit authentication method and the imaging printing system provided by the present invention can perform validity verification on the printing device, and only when the consumable anti-counterfeit identification data is valid, the user is allowed to control the printing device to print and image the content to be printed through the user terminal. Can realize like this to the anti-fake verification of consumptive material equipment to avoid using illegal consumptive material and causing adverse effect to printing equipment because of the user.
Meanwhile, when the printing device is a legal device, the method and the system can further judge whether the length of the content required to be printed by the user exceeds the allowed length. If the currently required amount of consumable material is greater than the available amount of consumable material, the printing apparatus may be in a non-available state. By the method and the system, the loss of the printer printing head due to the use of illegal consumables can be effectively reduced, the printing quality is improved, and the printing experience of a user is improved.
