The invention provides a household oil press which comprises a machine body, a barrel positioned in the machine body, a driving device, an oil pressing screw connected with the driving device, a heating device and a guide rail box, wherein the heating device is sleeved in the guide rail box, and the heating device is provided with a first position contacted with the barrel and a second position separated from the first position. The invention aims to provide an oil press which is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble, the barrel is heated by a heating device, the oil extraction yield can be improved, meanwhile, the heating device and the barrel can be conveniently separated, the barrel is convenient to clean, and the effects of eliminating potential safety hazards of electric appliances and food sanitation potential safety hazards of the oil press are achieved.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the barrel 2 extends along the horizontal direction of the axis thereof, and has a rotary clamping structure 13 at one end thereof, which is matched with the machine body 1, and an accommodating cavity therein; one end of an oil pressing screw rod 4 is fixedly connected with the driving device 3 through a transmission shaft 14, the other end of the oil pressing screw rod extends into the accommodating cavity of the pressing chamber 2, and the motor torque is transmitted to an oil pressing position through the transmission shaft 14, so that oil pressing raw materials can be pressed; preferably, the transmission shaft 14 of the motor is designed to be an inner octagon, and is inserted and matched with the octagon at the assembling end of the oil pressing screw rod 4 to fix the screw rod.
The barrel 2 is horizontally arranged on the motor, so that the space can be further fully utilized, and the volume of the oil press is reduced. In this embodiment, gear transmission is selected, and power output by the motor is transmitted to the oil expression screw rod 4 through the gear transmission, so as to drive the oil expression screw rod 4 to rotate, so that the oil expression screw rod 4 has a low rotation speed and high torque expression condition.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the heating device is preferably a heating block 5, in order to enlarge the contact area between the heating block 5 and the barrel 2 and improve the heat transfer efficiency, one end of the heating block 5 is arranged in an inwards concave semicircular structure, and a boss 6 matched with the inwards concave semicircular structure of the heating block 5 is correspondingly arranged on the barrel 2. The boss 6 is preferably made of aluminum, the integrated barrel 2 is manufactured through an aluminum casting and die casting process, and due to the good heat transfer property of aluminum, the heat transfer of the integral aluminum casting structure is rapid and uniform, and the pressing temperature is guaranteed to meet the pressing process requirement. Preferably, the boss 6 is arranged at one end of the barrel 2, which is back to the rotary clamping structure 13, and distributed around the surface of the barrel 2, and the surface is a smooth arc surface, so that the joint of the heat block 5 can be better achieved, and the effect of contact and rapid heat transfer can be achieved.
