Abstract

本发明涉及龙头把手设计制造技术领域,提供一种使用质感好、寿命长、成本低又环保的含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法,包括将金属冲件冲压塑性变形的步骤、在定位塑料件的注塑模具内以金属冲件为基体在金属冲件上注塑成型定位塑料件的步骤以及在塑料外壳成型模具内利用金属冲件与定位塑料件为芯体一体注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳的步骤。

含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及龙头把手制造技术领域,特别涉及一种含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法。
背景技术
传统的水龙头把手为了节省成本,通常采用纯塑料材料制成,但是纯塑料材质的水龙头把手存在质感轻、易断裂、易变形等问题,为此人们研究开发出纯金属材质的水龙头把手,但是纯金属材质的水龙头把手制作工艺复杂,制作完成后还需要刨光打磨,不仅成本高,还不环保。
为解决上述问题,本发明人研究出了一种质感好、使用寿命长、制作成本低又环保的含金属内芯的龙头把手,如图1,其包括带手柄的塑料外壳1,所述塑料外壳1的下部设有与龙头本体连接的接口11,所述塑料外壳的手柄为中空设置并连通接口11,所述塑料外壳1内部设有金属冲件2,所述金属冲件填满手柄内部的空间并延伸至与接口11对应的位置,所述金属冲件2对应接口11的位置设有冲孔,所述冲孔内卡设有定位塑料件3,所述定位塑料件下部对应接口11的位置设有与龙头本体的阀芯相齿合的齿槽31,所述塑料外壳1在对应接口11的上部设有开口12,所述冲孔连通塑料外壳1的接口11和开口12,所述定位塑料件3上部对应开口12的位置设有定位槽32,所述定位塑料件3中间设有连通齿槽31和定位槽32的螺丝孔33,所述螺丝孔33的直径小于齿槽31和定位槽32的直径,所述冲孔侧壁中部沿周向设有卡接定位塑料件3的卡槽,所述定位塑料件对应卡槽的位置设有卡凸34,本发明的目的,在于公开上述含金属内芯的龙头把手的制造方法。
发明内容
本发明提出一种制作上述含金属内芯的龙头把手的制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法, 包括将金属冲件冲压塑性变形的步骤、在定位塑料件的注塑模具内以金属冲件为基体在金属冲件上注塑成型定位塑料件的步骤以及在塑料外壳成型模具内利用金属冲件与定位塑料件为芯体一体注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳的步骤。
所述金属冲件冲压塑性变形的步骤:包括金属冲件的选材、裁剪及冲压变形的步骤,具体为:在市面上选购与塑料外壳手柄中空内腔相匹配形状的型材,并对其裁剪及冲压变形使其产生塑性变形以完全匹配塑料外壳手柄中空内腔的形状,最后在金属冲件的一端冲出用于注塑成型定位塑料件的冲孔;
所述注塑成型定位塑料件的步骤,具体为:将冲压成型的与塑料外壳手柄中空内腔相匹配的金属冲件放入定位塑料件成型模具的模腔中,所述定位塑料件成型模具的模腔中对应在金属冲件冲孔的下方位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上齿槽的齿槽抽芯棒,该齿槽用于与阀芯的阀杆连动连接,最后在金属冲件冲孔内一体注塑成型定位塑料件,冷却后从定位塑料件底部抽出齿槽抽芯棒,从而得到与金属冲件一体相连接的定位塑料件;
所述注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳件的步骤,具体为:将与金属冲件一体相连接的定位塑料件放入塑料外壳件成型模具的模腔中,所述模具具有匹配塑料外壳件外形结构的模腔,利用金属冲件与定位塑料件为芯体在模腔中所述金属冲件与定位塑料的外侧注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳件,注塑时在所述模腔中对应在塑料外壳体下部接口的位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上接口的接口抽芯棒,成型后从接口的底部抽出接口抽芯棒,冷却得到成型后的含金属内芯的龙头把手。
进一步的:所述定位塑料件成型模具的模腔中对应在金属冲件冲孔的上方位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上定位槽及螺丝孔的定位槽成型抽芯棒,所述定位槽成型抽芯棒上部匹配定位塑料件的定位槽内部结构,定位槽成型抽芯棒的下部匹配定位塑料件的螺丝孔内部结构,冷却后定位塑料的冲孔上方抽出定位槽成型抽芯棒,所述塑料外壳模腔中对应在塑料外壳体上部设有开口12的位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上部开口的开口抽芯棒,成型后从定位塑料件的上部抽出开口抽芯棒
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:使用本发明含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法制造的龙头,龙头内部含有金属内芯,有重量感,使用质感好,金属内芯确保了龙头具有更高的承受力、不易断裂、变形,金属被塑料包裹,与空气隔绝不易被氧化,使用的寿命长,由于金属部件包裹在塑料里面,无需对金属进行打磨,节省了人工成本,金属冲件是通过购买现有的钢材冲裁而成,无需铸造,整个生产车间是无尘车间,生产车间符合环保要求。

实施例:
参考图1至图3,本发明公开一种含金属内芯的龙头把手包括带手柄的塑料外壳1,所述塑料外壳1的下部设有与龙头本体连接的接口11,所述塑料外壳的手柄为中空设置并连通接口11,所述塑料外壳1内部设有金属冲件2,所述金属冲件填满手柄内部的空间并延伸至与接口11对应的位置,所述金属冲件2对应接口11的位置设有冲孔,所述冲孔内卡设有定位塑料件3,所述定位塑料件下部对应接口11的位置设有与龙头本体的阀芯相齿合的齿槽31,所述塑料外壳1在对应接口11的上部设有开口12,所述冲孔连通塑料外壳1的接口11和开口12,所述定位塑料件3上部对应开口12的位置设有定位槽32,所述定位塑料件3中间设有连通齿槽31和定位槽32的螺丝孔33,所述螺丝孔33的直径小于齿槽31和定位槽32的直径,所述冲孔侧壁中部沿周向设有卡接定位塑料件3的卡槽,所述定位塑料件对应卡槽的位置设有卡凸34。
上述一种含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法, 包括以下步骤:
包括将金属冲件冲压塑性变形的步骤、在定位塑料件的注塑模具内以金属冲件为基体在金属冲件上注塑成型定位塑料件的步骤以及在塑料外壳成型模具内利用金属冲件与定位塑料件为芯体一体注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳的步骤。

进一步的:所述定位塑料件成型模具的模腔中对应在金属冲件冲孔的上方位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上定位槽及螺丝孔的定位槽成型抽芯棒,所述定位槽成型抽芯棒上部匹配定位塑料件的定位槽内部结构,定位槽成型抽芯棒的下部匹配定位塑料件的螺丝孔内部结构,冷却后定位塑料的冲孔上方抽出定位槽成型抽芯棒,所述塑料外壳模腔中对应在塑料外壳体上部设有开口12的位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上部开口的开口抽芯棒,成型后从定位塑料件的上部抽出开口抽芯棒。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本新型含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法,制造出来的龙头内部含有金属内芯,有重量感,使用质感好,金属内芯确保了龙头具有更高的承受力、不易断裂、变形,金属被塑料包裹,与空气隔绝不易被氧化,使用的寿命长,由于金属部件包裹在塑料里面,无需对金属进行打磨,节省了人工成本,金属冲件是通过购买现有的钢材冲裁而成,无需铸造,整个生产车间是无尘车间,生产车间符合环保要求。

1.含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法,其特征在于:包括将金属冲件冲压塑性变形的步骤、在定位塑料件的注塑模具内以金属冲件为基体在金属冲件上注塑成型定位塑料件的步骤以及在塑料外壳成型模具内利用金属冲件与定位塑料件为芯体一体注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳的步骤;
所述金属冲件冲压塑性变形的步骤:包括金属冲件的选材、裁剪及冲压变形的步骤,具体为:在市面上选购与塑料外壳手柄中空内腔相匹配形状的型材,并对其裁剪及冲压变形使其产生塑性变形以完全匹配塑料外壳手柄中空内腔的形状,最后在金属冲件的一端冲出用于注塑成型定位塑料件的冲孔;
所述注塑成型定位塑料件的步骤,具体为:将冲压成型的与塑料外壳手柄中空内腔相匹配的金属冲件放入定位塑料件成型模具的模腔中,所述定位塑料件成型模具的模腔中对应在金属冲件冲孔的下方位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上齿槽的齿槽抽芯棒,该齿槽用于与阀芯的阀杆连动连接,最后在金属冲件冲孔内一体注塑成型定位塑料件,冷却后从定位塑料件底部抽出齿槽抽芯棒,从而得到与金属冲件一体相连接的定位塑料件;
所述注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳件的步骤,具体为:将与金属冲件一体相连接的定位塑料件放入塑料外壳件成型模具的模腔中,所述模具具有匹配塑料外壳件外形结构的模腔,利用金属冲件与定位塑料件为芯体在模腔中所述金属冲件与定位塑料的外侧注塑成型带手柄的塑料外壳件,注塑时在所述模腔中对应在塑料外壳体下部接口的位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上接口的接口抽芯棒,成型后从接口的底部抽出接口抽芯棒,冷却得到成型后的含金属内芯的龙头把手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含金属内芯的龙头把手制造方法,其特征在于:所述定位塑料件成型模具的模腔中对应在金属冲件冲孔的上方位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上定位槽及螺丝孔的定位槽成型抽芯棒,所述定位槽成型抽芯棒上部匹配定位塑料件的定位槽内部结构,定位槽成型抽芯棒的下部匹配定位塑料件的螺丝孔内部结构,冷却后定位塑料的冲孔上方抽出定位槽成型抽芯棒,塑料外壳模腔中对应在塑料外壳体上部设有开口的位置设有用于成型定位塑料件上部开口的开口抽芯棒,成型后从定位塑料件的上部抽出开口抽芯棒。
