本发明涉及一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料药制成：人参18‑22份、天胡荽18‑22份、三白草18‑22份、郁金18‑22份、鳖甲13‑17份、柴胡13‑17份、丹参13‑17份、石蝉草13‑17份、地耳草13‑17份、半枝莲9‑11份、龙葵9‑11份、山药9‑11份、地骨皮9‑11份、红花4‑6份、壁虎4‑6份、茵陈4‑6份、三棱4‑6份、甘草4‑6份。本发明具有疗效显著、毒副作用小的优点。

一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂。
背景技术
肝癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，常见于中年男性。肝癌恶性程度高，发展迅速，早期症状不明显，多数患者无察觉，在就诊时已发展为中晚期，所以治疗难度也大，预后差，死亡率也高。
肝癌起病常隐匿，多在肝病随访中或体检普查中应用AFP及B型超检查偶然发现肝癌，此时病人既无症状，体格检查亦缺乏肿瘤本身的体征，此期称之为亚临床肝癌。一旦出现症状而来就诊者其病程大多已进入中晚期。不同阶段的肝癌，其临床表现有明显差异。临床常可表现为肝区疼痛、乏力、纳差、消瘦等最具特征性的临床症状，晚期肝癌患者常伴有有黄疸、腹水等表现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂。
一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料药制成：人参18-22份、天胡荽18-22份、三白草18-22份、郁金18-22份、鳖甲13-17份、柴胡13-17份、丹参13-17份、石蝉草13-17份、地耳草13-17份、半枝莲9-11份、龙葵9-11份、山药9-11份、地骨皮9-11份、红花4-6份、壁虎4-6份、茵陈4-6份、三棱4-6份、甘草4-6份。
所述的治疗肝癌的中药制剂，其优选是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：人参20份、天胡荽20份、三白草20份、郁金20份、鳖甲15份、柴胡15份、丹参15份、石蝉草15份、地耳草15份、半枝莲10份、龙葵10份、山药10份、地骨皮10份、红花5份、壁虎5份、茵陈5份、三棱5份、甘草5份。
所述的治疗肝癌的中药制剂的制备方法，按照所述重量份数称取各原料药，将称取好的各原料药混合、杀菌后装袋即可。
用法及用量：将制成的中药制剂加适量水煎煮，加热至沸点后继续煎煮15-20分钟，过滤得药液，用此方法连续煎煮2次，合并药液，平均分为2份，患者每天早、晚各服用1份；30天为一个疗程。
本发明用上述各原料药及其配比所制成的中药制剂，具有清热解毒、疏肝解瘀的作用，从而达到治疗肝癌的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：本发明具有疗效显著、毒副作用小的优点。
下面结合临床实验说明本发明的有益效果：
（1）临床资料：本发明共治疗肝癌患者36例，年龄为45-65岁。
（2）治疗方法：将制成的中药制剂加适量水煎煮，加热至沸点后继续煎煮15-20分钟，过滤得药液，用此方法连续煎煮2次，合并药液，平均分为2份，患者每天早、晚各服用1份；30天为一个疗程。
（3）疗效评价标准：
治愈：所有目标病灶消失；
好转：基线病灶长径总和缩小大于30%；
未愈：基线病灶长径总和缩小未达30% 或新病灶出现。
（4）治疗结果：本发明共治疗肝癌患者36例，经过3-5个疗程的治疗，治愈8例，占22%，好转22例，占61%，未愈6例，占17%，有效率为83%；治愈8例中，3个疗程治愈1例，4个疗程治愈3例，5个疗程治愈4例。
（5）典型病例：
1、王某某，53岁，男，患肝癌；服用本发明的中药制剂5个疗程治愈，随访2年未复发。
2、陈某某，61岁，男，患肝癌；服用本发明的中药制剂4个疗程治愈，随访1年未复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料药制成：人参22份、天胡荽22份、三白草22份、郁金22份、鳖甲17份、柴胡17份、丹参17份、石蝉草17份、地耳草17份、半枝莲11份、龙葵11份、山药11份、地骨皮11份、红花6份、壁虎6份、茵陈6份、三棱6份、甘草6份。
所述的治疗肝癌的中药制剂的制备方法，按照所述重量份数称取各原料药，将称取好的各原料药混合、杀菌后装袋即可。
实施例2：
