Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a medicine taking device for patients comprises an injection cylinder 4, a piston is hermetically and slidably connected in the injection cylinder 4, a push rod 2 is connected at the rear side of the piston, an injection nozzle 15 is integrally and fixedly and hermetically communicated with the front end of the injection cylinder 4, port supporting brackets are symmetrically connected with the left and right outside of the injection cylinder 4 respectively, each port supporting bracket comprises a sliding bracket 7 which is vertically and symmetrically arranged, the sliding bracket 7 is in a [ "shape, two free ends of the sliding bracket 7 are fixedly connected with the injection cylinder 4, a space enclosed between the sliding bracket 7 and the injection cylinder 4 is a sliding groove 6, a connecting shaft 8 is movably connected in the upper sliding groove 6 and the lower sliding groove 6 together in the front and back direction, a pressing plate 5 and a connecting plate 14 are fixedly connected on the connecting shaft 8 between the two sliding brackets 7 at the same time, the pressing plate 5 is positioned at the rear side of the connecting plate 14, an included angle between the pressing plate 5 and the connecting plate 14 is an obtuse angle, a port supporting plate 16 is integrally and fixedly connected at the front end of the connecting plate 14, the included angle between the mouth supporting plate 16 and the connecting plate 14 is also an obtuse angle, the front end of the mouth supporting plate 16 is arranged in an inward inclined mode relative to the connecting plate 14, the front ends of the left mouth supporting plate and the right mouth supporting plate 16 are combined and then contacted together, the included angle formed after the two mouth supporting plates 16 are combined is an acute angle, and the injection nozzle 15 is located in a space surrounded by the two mouth supporting plates 16.
In the present invention, the connecting shaft 8 can move back and forth in the slide groove 6 together with the pressing plate 5 and the connecting plate 14, when the patient's mouth is spread, the injection cylinder 4 is pushed forward, and the injection nozzle 15 is pushed further into the patient's mouth, thereby more effectively preventing the leakage of the medical liquid.
In this embodiment, the piston includes a driving piston 9 and a driven piston 13, the driven piston 13 is located at the front side of the driving piston 9, the driving piston 9 and the driven piston 13 are both connected with the inner wall of the injection cylinder 4 in a sealed sliding manner, a through groove 20 is formed in the middle of the driving piston 9 along the thickness direction of the driving piston, the front end of the push rod 2 passes through the through groove 20 in a sealed manner, and the push rod 2 and the driving piston 9 are further connected in a relative rotation manner; the middle of the back of the driven piston 13 is recessed forwards to form a pit 12, internal threads are arranged in the pit 12, and external threads 11 which can be connected with the internal threads in the pit 12 are arranged at the front end of the push rod 2; the driving piston 9 is further provided with a through vent groove 17 along the thickness direction, and one side of the push rod 2 is fixedly connected with a plug 19 capable of plugging the vent groove 17.
The push rod 2 is pushed forwards, the front end of the push rod 2 enters the pit 12 behind the driven piston 13, the push rod 2 is combined with the driven piston 13 after the push rod 2 is rotated, and the driving piston 9 and the driven piston 13 form a whole and can be used for ordinary suction and injection. However, sometimes because of artificial reasons, the speed of injecting the liquid medicine is not well controlled, the time is fast and slow, and the medicine is not beneficial to patients to take medicine, the invention divides the piston into the driving piston 9 and the driven piston 13, after the liquid medicine is sucked, the push rod 2 is rotated reversely, the push rod 2 is separated from the driven piston 13, the plug 19 and the vent groove 17 are staggered, the driving piston 9 is pulled backwards, a certain space is formed between the driving piston 9 and the driven piston 13, then the push rod 2 is rotated, the plug 19 plugs the vent groove 17, the space between the driving piston 9 and the driven piston 13 is a closed space, after the push rod 2 is pushed forwards, the air pressure between the driving piston 9 and the driven piston 13 is increased, the driven piston 13 is forced to be pushed forwards, and because the air pressure between the driving piston 9 and the driven piston 13 is slowly released, the driven piston 13 moves forwards smoothly, is convenient for patients to take medicine at constant speed.
In this embodiment, the driving piston 9 has an inner cavity 10 formed therein, the vent groove 17 and the through groove 20 are both communicated with the inner cavity 10, and the plug 19 is located in the inner cavity 10. The inner chamber 10 has a hollow cylindrical shape. The push rod 2 and the plug 19 are fixedly connected integrally through a connecting rod 18. The rear end of the push rod 2 is integrally and fixedly connected with a push handle 1, and the outside of the rear end opening of the injection cylinder 4 is integrally and fixedly connected with a baffle ring 3.
