Abstract
本发明公开了一种曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂及其复合物和用途。本发明提供的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂包括如下组分:β-谷甾醇和/或豆杉黄酮。本发明提供的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂使用过程中无药物残留,属于无公害农药,杀菌谱广对多种菌具有很好的防治作用,本发明提供的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物的具有较好的增效作用;本发明利用提取紫杉醇后的曼地亚红豆杉残渣进行活性成分的提取分离,开发生物农药,符合当前社会对环境保护、食品安全的需求;同时对于曼地亚红豆杉的高效开发利用可以使得红豆杉这种抗癌药物植物源能够利于农民增收,提高其经济效益,使得红豆杉植物更广泛地被普及种植。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物源杀菌剂,具体涉及一种曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂及其复合物和用途。
背景技术
随着人类社会的发展,人们对环境保护及食品安全的要求越来越高,“绿色农业”、“有机农业”已成为农业发展的方向。而伴随着人类活动的加剧,环境恶化日趋严重,极端气候频繁发生,病虫害危害越发严重。能够有效地控制植物病原菌生长并能把农药残留降低至最低,并为人们提供健康可靠的农产品一直是农药领域的研究人员所追求的,利用中草药为原料制造植物杀菌剂成为实现上述目的有效途径之一,例如中国专利申请00129782公开了一种以黄连、鱼腥草、薄荷、大黄、车前草为原料制成植物农药的方法。但有关曼地亚红豆杉的化学成分研究内容相对较少,关于红豆杉属农用活性物质的研究未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环境友好、杀菌效果好、源自自然界植物的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂及其复合物和用途。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂包括如下组分:β-谷甾醇和/或豆杉黄酮。
进一步的,上述曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂包括如下重量份组分:豆杉黄酮0.1-1份、β-谷甾醇10-20份、溶剂79-89.9份。
进一步的,上述曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂包括如下重量份组分:豆杉黄酮0.2份、β-谷甾醇15份、溶剂84.8份。
进一步的,上述曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂中所述溶剂为乙醇、松节油、大豆油、蓖麻油、油酸甲酯中的一种或多种组合。
本发明还提供一种曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物,包括豆杉黄酮和/或β-谷甾醇、四霉素、乙蒜素、烯酰吗啉中的一种或多种。也就是说曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物包括四种组分:豆杉黄酮和/或β-谷甾醇、四霉素、乙蒜素、烯酰吗啉。本发明实际上也可以是杀菌有效成分β-谷甾醇和/或豆杉黄酮复配其它化学杀菌剂,但本发明所提供的谷甾醇、四霉素、乙蒜素、烯酰吗啉中的一种或多种复配物可以使得各组分杀菌作用进一步增效。
进一步的,上述曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物包括如下重量份组分:豆杉黄酮和/或β-谷甾醇0.01-70份、四霉素或乙蒜素或烯酰吗啉0.1-90份、助剂1-30份、增效剂1-30份、填充物1-30份。利用上述所说的组合物,配以本领域内技术人员公知助剂可以制成本发明的多种剂型,所述公知助剂包括但不限于如下物质:溶剂、填充物、增效剂。例如:可复配的溶剂可以是松节油、大豆油、蓖麻油、油酸甲酯等之中的一种或多种组合物。
进一步的,上述曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物中,所述助剂为农乳500、农乳1600、农乳1601、农乳1602、农乳2201、农乳0208、十二烷基苯磺酸钠-钙、木质素黄酸钠-钙、脂肪醇聚乙二醇硫酸盐、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛黄酸钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类物质中的一种或多种组合。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钾等基于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚基体的非离子表面活性剂。
进一步的,上述曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物中,所述增效剂为渗透剂T、月桂氮酮、YZ-901中的一种或多种组合。
进一步的,上述曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物中,所述填充物为乙二醇、CMC、黄原胶、白炭黑、陶土、硅藻土中的一种或多种组合。CMC即羧甲基纤维素。
如上所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂特别适用于立枯菌的杀灭或根黑腐病的防治。如上所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物也特别适用于立枯菌的杀灭或根黑腐病的防治。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂使用过程中无药物残留,属于无公害农药,杀菌谱广对多种菌具有很好的防治作用,本发明提供的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物的具有较好的增效作用。
本发明利用提取紫杉醇后的曼地亚红豆杉残渣进行活性成分的提取分离,开发生物农药,符合当前社会对环境保护、食品安全的需求;同时对于曼地亚红豆杉的高效开发利用可以使得红豆杉这种抗癌药物植物源能够利于农民增收,提高其经济效益,使得红豆杉植物更广泛地被普及种植。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。所述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。各实施例中无特殊说明情况下所指组分份数均指重量份。
实施例1
按如下重量份配制曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂环保乳油:1份豆杉黄酮、15份β-谷甾醇、20份乙醇、50份蓖麻油、1份脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛黄酸钠盐。
实施例2
按如下重量份配制曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物可湿性粉剂:20份豆杉黄酮、30份β-谷甾醇、30份四霉素、13份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5份月桂氮酮、白碳黑20份。
实施例3
按如下重量份配制曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物水悬浮剂:2份豆杉黄酮、40份β-谷甾醇、52份乙蒜素、10份脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐、5份渗透剂T、黄原胶10份。
实施例4
按如下重量份配制曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂:1份豆杉黄酮、15份β-谷甾醇、80份乙醇。
实施例5
按实施例4的配方再混合96份四霉素。
实施例6
按实施例4的配方再混合96份乙蒜素。
实施例7
按实施例4的配方再混合96份烯酰吗啉。
利用实施例4至实施例7所提供的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂及复合物进行抑菌对照实验,结果如表1所示,可以看出本发明所提供的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂及复合物的抑菌性能十分优秀。

1.一种曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂,其特征在于,包括如下组分:
β-谷甾醇和/或豆杉黄酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:
豆杉黄酮0.1-1份、β-谷甾醇10-20份、溶剂79-89.9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:
豆杉黄酮0.2份、β-谷甾醇15份、溶剂84.8份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂,其特征在于,
所述溶剂为乙醇、松节油、大豆油、蓖麻油、油酸甲酯中的一种或多种组合。
5.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物,其特征在于,包括:
豆杉黄酮和/或β-谷甾醇、四霉素、乙蒜素、烯酰吗啉中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:
豆杉黄酮和/或β-谷甾醇0.01-70份、四霉素或乙蒜素或烯酰吗啉0.1-90份、助剂1-30份、增效剂1-30份、填充物1-30份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物,其特征在于,
所述助剂为农乳500、农乳1600、农乳1601、农乳1602、农乳2201、农乳0208、十二烷基苯磺酸钠-钙、木质素黄酸钠-钙、脂肪醇聚乙二醇硫酸盐、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛黄酸钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种组合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物,其特征在于,
所述增效剂为渗透剂T、月桂氮酮、YZ-901中的一种或多种组合。
9.根据权利要求5所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物,其特征在于,
所述填充物为乙二醇、CMC、黄原胶、白炭黑、陶土、硅藻土中的一种或多种组合。
10.如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂或如权利要求4-8中任意一项所述的曼地亚红豆杉杀菌剂的复合物的用途,其特征在于,用于立枯菌的杀灭或根黑腐病的防治。
