本发明公开了一种逆流布置式显热换热器,通过下述技术方案予以实现,包括新风通道和排风通道,所述新风通道和排风通道都是由平直翅片组成的矩形通道,与新风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为排气通道;与排风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为新风通道,新风与排风逆流布置,新风通道的出口的上、下、左、右相临的四个口均为排风通道的入口,所述新风通道和排风通道的四周分别用隔板分开。本发明的逆流布置式显热换热器芯体有效增加了换热面积,提高换热器效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及暖通空调行业中传热节能领域,更具体的说,是涉及一种逆流布置式显热换热器。
背景技术
随着我国低碳经济和节能减排的推进,降低空调能耗,发展和推广节能空调系统对于缓解当前电力紧张和保护环境具有非常重要的意义。其中空调新风热回收作为建筑节能中的一个重要环节,对降低空调能耗的意义很大。因此,开发高效节能的热回收装置,对新风进行预冷(预热)处理是建筑节能的一项重要节能措施。
常见的平板式换热器结构和板翅式换热器结构,其换热效率有限,强化传热能力相对较弱,并且生产成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供的一种在控制压力降的前提下提高显热效率的逆流布置式显热换热器。
本发明逆流布置式显热换热器,通过下述技术方案予以实现,包括新风通道和排风通道,所述新风通道和排风通道都是由平直翅片组成的矩形通道,与新风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为排气通道;与排风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为新风通道,新风与排风逆流布置,新风通道的出口的上、下、左、右相临的四个口均为排风通道的入口,所述新风通道和排风通道的四周分别用隔板分开。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的逆流布置式显热换热器芯体有效增加了换热面积,提高换热器效率。
2、本发明的逆流布置式显热换热器芯体属于模块结构,可提供不同尺寸的换热器芯体。
3、本发明的逆流布置式显热换热器芯体非常简单,有利于组装生产,且其安装简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,包括新风通道和排风通道,所述新风通道和排风通道都是由平直翅片6组成的矩形通道,与新风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为排气通道;与排风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为新风通道,新风与排风逆流布置,排风通道的入口1的上、下、左、右相临的四个口为新风通道的出口一2、新风通道的出口二3、新风通道的出口三4、新风通道的出口四5;新风通道的出口1的上、下、左、右相临的四个口均为排风通道的入口,所述新风通道和排风通道的四周分别用隔板7分开。
所述平直翅片材料为铝,室外空气通过新风进气口进入逆流布置式显热换热器新风通道,通过新风出气口进入室内,同时,室内空气通过排风进气口进入逆流布置式显热换热器排风通道,通过排风出气口排出室内。与新风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为排气通道,同时,新风与排风逆流布置。当室内排风与室内新风流经交换器芯体时,由于气流在分隔板两侧存在温度差,即热量由温度较高的一侧传递到温度较低的一侧实现热量的传递和回收。同时由于进出气流是完全隔离的,避免空气的交叉污染,保证了室内空气的洁净。长方形的换热器芯体通道使沿程阻力小且风压损失小,保证了传热面积的最大化从而达到最大的换热效率。

1.一种逆流布置式显热换热器,包括新风通道和排风通道,其特征是,所述新风通道和排风通道都是由平直翅片组成的矩形通道,与新风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为排气通道;与排风通道上、下、左、右相临的四个通道均为新风通道,新风与排风逆流布置,新风通道的出口的上、下、左、右相临的四个口均为排风通道的入口,所述新风通道和排风通道的四周分别用隔板分开。
