一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置和花洒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种出水装置,尤其涉及一种淋浴设备。
背景技术
花洒的种类繁多,出水的方式也各不相同。花洒从单一的沐浴功能发展成为现在具备按摩功能的多功能花洒。花洒的按摩功能主要是通过颗粒水花对人体的击打从而实现按摩效果。但是目前市面上现有的花洒为了实现颗粒状出水所需要的结构复杂,且覆盖范围不大,淋浴效果不尽如人意;并且,实现颗粒状出水所需要要的水流量较大,也不符合当今环保节水的主题思想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种出水装置,其通过慢速涡流实现在低流量下产生颗粒旋转形态的出水水花。
本发明所要解决的另一主要技术问题是提供一种出水花洒,其通过慢速涡流实现在低流量下产生旋转形态的出水水花。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,包括:换向器和出水体;
所述换向器的侧面具有至少两条沿着其轴向延伸的螺旋加速凹槽;所述换向器的底面具有沿着其轴向内凹的圆柱形对撞腔;所述螺旋加速凹槽以对撞腔的轴心为中心均布于换向器的侧面,并且其末端延伸至所述换向器的底面与所述对撞腔的侧壁连通;
所述出水体沿着其轴向分布有相互连通的容置腔和涡流旋转腔;所述换向器置于所述容置腔内;所述涡流旋转腔为球冠体,其平面端与所述容置腔的底端连通;所述出水体的末端具有与涡流旋转腔的外凸面顶端相贯的出水口。
在一较佳实施例中:所述螺旋加速凹槽的螺纹升角θ满足:71°≤θ≤81°;所述换向器的对撞腔在其轴心处具有一连通至换向器顶面的通孔。
在一较佳实施例中:所述至少两个螺旋加速凹槽的末端与对撞腔的轴心呈转动对称分布。

1.本发明提供的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,水流通过换向器上设置的至少两条螺旋凹槽,一部分进入对撞腔中发生对撞,另一部分偏心进入所述涡流旋转腔中并沿着涡流旋转腔的内壁流动形成慢速涡流。由于水流只有一部分进入涡流旋转腔中,因此水流速度降低,涡流旋转腔中形成了慢速涡流的旋转水。经过出水口整形后流出。
2.本发明提供的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,所述出水口的横截面为圆角矩形,慢速涡流旋转水在经过圆角矩形出水口时,由于惯性,在长轴方向沿着涡流旋转腔与圆角矩形出水口相贯面的切线流出,形成一定的张角;在短轴方向由于涡流旋转腔与圆角矩形出水口相贯面的切线近似水平,因此水流在短轴方向仅发生碰撞。由于水流是以慢速涡流的形态经过出水口,因此,出水水花不是传统的扇形,而是带有旋转角度的扇形颗粒水,类似波浪形。

4.本发明提供的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,所述出水口的横截面为三条圆角矩形一端共连另一端彼此相隔120°而形成的三叉形。慢速涡流旋转水经过三叉形出水口整流,对于三叉形出水口的任意半个圆角矩形出水口,由于惯性,旋转水在长轴方向沿涡流旋转腔与半个圆角矩形出水口相贯面的切线流出,形成半个张角;在短轴方向由于由于涡流旋转腔与半个圆角矩形出水口相贯面的切线近似水平,因此在短轴仅发生碰撞;于是形成了带有旋转角度的三叉形水流。

下文通过附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
参考图1-6,一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的花洒,包括:本体1、面盖2、以及产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,所述出水装置进一步包括换向器3和出水体4;
所述本体1的一面具有进水接头11,本体1的另一面与所述面盖2安装;所述面盖2沿着其轴向具有复数个容置所述出水体4的通槽21;水流由所述进水接头11流入通槽21内。
所述换向器3的侧面具有两条沿着其轴向延伸的螺旋加速凹槽31;水流通过螺旋加速凹槽31加速并具备一定的转动速度。本实施例中,水流通过螺旋加速凹槽31后的流动速度和转动速度都不能太快,因此所述螺旋加速凹槽31的螺纹升角θ也不能太小,本实施例中优选为76°,实际中在76°±5°的范围内都可以满足出水效果的要求,在此不再赘述。
所述换向器3的底面具有沿着其轴向内凹的圆柱形对撞腔32;所述螺旋加速凹槽31以对撞腔32的轴心为中心均布于换向器3的侧面,并且其末端延伸至所述换向器3的底面与所述对撞腔32的侧壁连通;所述两条螺旋加速凹槽31的末端与对撞腔32的轴心呈转动对称分布,转动对称的角度为180°。该螺旋加速凹槽31也可以为三个或更多,只需要相应调整螺旋加速凹槽之间的间隔角度即可,3个螺旋加速凹槽之间的间隔角度为120°、4个个螺旋加速凹槽之间的间隔角度为90°,以此类推,不再赘述。

通过如上的设置之后,水流从两条螺旋加速凹槽31流出时,一部分沿着水平方向直线运动,因此在所述对撞腔32中发生了对撞。另一部分沿着偏心方向进入涡流旋转腔42,由于水流经过螺旋加速凹槽31后具备一定的转动速度,并且由于两条螺旋加速凹槽31的末端与对撞腔32的轴心呈转动对称分布。因此,从两条螺旋加速凹槽31进入涡流旋转腔42的水流其流向相反,从而沿着球冠体的内壁形成了连续的旋转水。并且由于水流由一部分进入对撞腔32对撞,剩余转动部分的水流速度就降低了,因此,在涡流旋转腔中形成的是慢速涡流旋转水。

本实施例中,所述换向器3的对撞腔32在其轴心处具有一连通至换向器3顶面的通孔33。水流通过该通孔33对涡流旋转腔42中的慢速涡流旋转水再次形成对撞,从而进一步减慢了慢速涡流旋转水的转动速度,保证了出水水花的颗粒度。
所述出水体4的容置腔41的外表面侧壁具有两个与所述容置腔41侧壁垂直的凸块44。所述两个凸块44之间的夹角为180°。

所述出水体沿着其轴向分布有相互连通的容置腔和涡流旋转腔;所述换向器置于所述容置腔内;所述涡流旋转腔为球冠体,其平面端与所述容置腔的底端连通;所述出水体的末端具有与涡流旋转腔的外凸面顶端相贯的出水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋加速凹槽的螺纹升角θ满足:71°≤θ≤81°;所述换向器的对撞腔在其轴心处具有一连通至换向器顶面的通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,其特征在于:所述至少两个螺旋加速凹槽的末端与对撞腔的轴心呈转动对称分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的出水装置,其特征在于:所述出水口的横截面为圆形或椭圆形或圆角矩形或十字形或三条圆角矩形一端共连另一端彼此相隔120°而形成的三叉形。
5.一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的花洒,其特征在于包括:本体、面盖、换向器和出水体;
所述面盖沿着其轴向具有复数个容置所述出水体的通槽;
所述换向器的侧面具有至少两条沿着其轴向延伸的螺旋加速凹槽;所述换向器的底面具有沿着其轴向内凹的圆柱形对撞腔;所述螺旋加速凹槽以对撞腔的轴心为中心均布于换向器的侧面,并且其末端延伸至所述换向器的底面与所述对撞腔的侧壁连通;
所述出水体沿着其轴向分布有相互连通的容置腔和涡流旋转腔;所述换向器置于所述容置腔内;所述涡流旋转腔为球冠体,其平面端与所述容置腔的底端连通;所述出水体的末端具有与涡流旋转腔的外凸面顶端相贯的出水口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的花洒,其特征在于:所述螺旋加速凹槽的螺纹升角θ满足:71°≤θ≤81°;所述换向器的对撞腔在其轴心处具有一连通至换向器顶面的通孔。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的花洒,其特征在于:所述至少两个螺旋加速凹槽的末端与对撞腔的轴心呈转动对称分布。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的花洒,其特征在于:所述出水口的横截面为圆形或椭圆形或圆角矩形或十字形或三条圆角矩形一端共连另一端彼此相隔120°而形成的三叉形。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的花洒,其特征在于:所述出水体的容置腔的外表面侧壁具有两个与所述容置腔侧壁垂直的凸块。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种产生慢速涡流旋转水的花洒,其特征在于:所述两个凸块之间的夹角为180°;所述通槽的内表面侧壁具有四个与所述凸块配合的凹槽;所述四个凹槽之间的夹角为90°。
