4. A method of preparing an external patch for treating neonatal jaundice as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing herba Artemisiae Scopariae, fructus Gardeniae, Scutellariae radix, cortex Phellodendri, flos Lonicerae and Morchella esculenta, sieving to obtain Chinese medicinal fine powder, mixing with glycerol, and soaking to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture;
(2) adding honey into the pot, heating to yellowish with slow fire, pouring the traditional Chinese medicine mixed solution obtained in the step (1) for decocting, pouring out and cooling after decocting is finished to obtain a decocted mixed solution;
(3) and (3) uniformly mixing the decocted mixed solution obtained in the step (2) with sesame oil to obtain the external patch for treating neonatal jaundice.
