一种带有高效散热板的锂电池组,它包括锂电池组本体,所述锂电池组本体上还设有散热板,所述散热板由碳纤维复合材料制成,散热板主体形状层U型,散热板上设有一组散热槽,散热板的内壁上设有用于贴合锂电电芯的齿状贴片,散热板的U型端部设有用于对接锂电池组本体电极的吊耳。本发明提供一种带有高效散热板的锂电池组,采用碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料一体成型的散热板强度高,质量轻,散热效果好,具有很好的实用及推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池组技术领域,具体涉及一种带有高效散热板的锂电池组。
背景技术
目前,现有的锂电池组的外壳采用封闭式的外壳,其外壳主要采用的铝合金材质或者塑料材质制成,而铝合金材质的散热性能较好,但是质量过重,大大增加了锂电池组的整体重量,而塑料材质的散热性能太差,会导致锂电池组在工作时温度过高存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种带有高效散热板的锂电池组。
本发明包括锂电池组本体,所述锂电池组本体上还设有散热板,所述散热板由碳纤维复合材料制成,散热板主体形状层U型,散热板上设有一组散热槽,散热板的内壁上设有用于贴合锂电电芯的齿状贴片,散热板的U型端部设有用于对接锂电池组本体电极的吊耳。
所述散热板采用碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料一体成型。
本发明优点是:本发明提供一种带有高效散热板的锂电池组,采用碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料一体成型的散热板强度高,质量轻,散热效果好,具有很好的实用及推广价值。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明包括锂电池组本体1,所述锂电池组本体1上还设有散热板2,所述散热板2由碳纤维复合材料制成,散热板2主体形状层U型,散热板2上设有一组散热槽2-1,散热板2的内壁上设有用于贴合锂电电芯的齿状贴片2-2,散热板2的U型端部设有用于对接锂电池组本体1电极的吊耳2-3。
所述散热板2采用碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料一体成型。
工作方式及原理:由碳纤维和环氧树脂结合而成的复合材料,由于其比重小、刚性好和强度高而成为一种先进的航空航天材料。因为航天飞行器的重量每减少1公斤,就可使运载火箭减轻500公斤。所以,在航空航天工业中争相采用先进复合材料。有一种垂直起落战斗机,它所用的碳纤维复合材料已占全机重量的1/4,占机翼重量的1/3。据报道,美国航天飞机上3只火箭推进器的关键部件以及先进的MX导弹发射管等,都是用先进的碳纤维复合材料制成的。
将锂电池组的侧边壳设计成采用碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料一体成型的散热板,增加散热的设计,同时在与锂电电芯贴合的部位设计齿状贴片,使锂电电芯在工作时的热量更加容易通过散热板导出,散热性能极佳,同时质量轻,强度高。

1.一种带有高效散热板的锂电池组,包括锂电池组本体(1),其特征在于所述锂电池组本体(1)上还设有散热板(2),所述散热板(2)由碳纤维复合材料制成,散热板(2)主体形状层U型,散热板(2)上设有一组散热槽(2-1),散热板(2)的内壁上设有用于贴合锂电电芯的齿状贴片(2-2),散热板(2)的U型端部设有用于对接锂电池组本体(1)电极的吊耳(2-3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有高效散热板的锂电池组,其特征在于所述散热板(2)采用碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料一体成型。
