本发明公开了草料自动翻转烘干装置,它包括有底座,所述的底座上设有炉腔,所述的炉腔内设有加热模块,且炉腔内一端表面上设有开槽,所述的炉腔内设有链条组,所述的炉腔上设有另一端表面设有凹槽,且所述的链条组设置于凹槽下端,所述的炉腔上设有烘干架,所述的烘干架上设有齿轮与链条组连接,所述的炉腔上设有防风罩,所述的防风罩一侧设有风扇;该装置结构设计合理,操作简单,安全可靠,实现了多组烘干架可同时进行烘干,这样大大减少了成本,达到了可使滚动式烘干炉移动方便。

本发明涉及烹饪器具,具体的说尤其涉及草料自动翻转烘干装置。
背景技术
草料作为农业或者畜牧业一种重要的原料,一般草料在储存时需要注意保持温度和湿度,特别是在雨水较多的南方,时常会出现大量的草料受潮时导致腐败发热等现象,给农户带来极大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供草料自动翻转烘干装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:草料自动翻转烘干装置,它包括有底座,所述的底座上设有炉腔,所述的炉腔内设有加热模块,且炉腔内一端表面上设有开槽,所述的炉腔内设有链条组,所述的炉腔上设有另一端表面设有凹槽,且所述的链条组设置于凹槽下端,所述的炉腔上设有烘干架,所述的烘干架上设有齿轮与链条组连接,所述的炉腔上设有防风罩,所述的防风罩一侧设有风扇。
优选地,所述的加热模块为电加热棒,所述的电加热棒均匀分布在炉腔内。
优选地,所述的链条组可以由电机传动或采用手动转轮进行手动摇动。
本发明的工作原理为:该装置通过电机或者手动带动链条组,通过烘干架将待烘干的草料放入并固定,烘干架放入烤炉的一对凹槽内,同时烘干架一端的齿轮放入到链条组内,开启电热棒直接开启电机或者手工转动链条组来带动烘干架,可轻松实现对草料进行烘干处理,操作简单且环保,烘干过程中可以关闭防风罩,开启风扇对烘干产生的烟雾进行集中处理。
本发明的有益效果:该装置结构设计合理,操作简单,安全可靠,实现了多组烘干架可同时进行烘干,这样大大减少了成本,达到了可使滚动式烘干炉移动方便。

参见附图,草料自动翻转烘干装置,它包括有底座,所述的底座上设有炉腔,所述的炉腔内设有加热模块,且炉腔内一端表面上设有开槽,所述的炉腔内设有链条组,所述的炉腔上设有另一端表面设有凹槽,且所述的链条组设置于凹槽下端,所述的炉腔上设有烘干架,所述的烘干架上设有齿轮与链条组连接,所述的炉腔上设有防风罩,所述的防风罩一侧设有风扇。
优选地,所述的加热模块为电加热棒,所述的电加热棒均匀分布在炉腔内。

1.草料自动翻转烘干装置,它包括有底座,其特征在于,所述的底座上设有炉腔,所述的炉腔内设有加热模块,且炉腔内一端表面上设有开槽,所述的炉腔内设有链条组,所述的炉腔表面上设有若干对凹槽,且所述的链条组设置于凹槽下端,所述的炉腔上设有烘干架,所述的烘干架上设有齿轮与链条组连接,所述的炉腔上设有防风罩,所述的防风罩一侧设有风扇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草料自动翻转烘干装置,其特征在于,所述的加热模块为电加热棒,所述的电加热棒均匀分布在炉腔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草料自动翻转烘干装置,其特征在于,所述的链条组可以由电机传动或采用手动转轮进行手动摇动。
