本发明公开了一种喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构,包括电磁机构中的铁芯和阀体机构中的衔铁,铁芯芯孔中的限位调整管与衔铁的弹簧座孔之间压装有回位弹簧,限位调整管的下部为上大下小的两级阶梯轴管体结构,回位弹簧的上部匹配套装于限位调整管的下级小管体上而实现径向限位,回位弹簧的上端轴向限位于上、下级管体之间的轴阶处;衔铁的弹簧座孔为上大下小的两级阶梯孔体结构,回位弹簧的下部匹配插装于弹簧座孔的下级小孔体内而实现径向限位,回位弹簧的下端轴向限位于下级小孔体的底部。本发明解决了回位弹簧因压缩产生径向变形而碰壁导致的衔铁开、闭不稳定问题,提高了喷油器动态计量的精准度。

喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构
技术领域
本发明涉及电控喷油器内部结构,具体为一种喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构。
背景技术
喷油器应用于脉动液体精密计量及雾化,如发动机燃油计量及燃烧控制,喷油器接受ECU(电子控制单元)送来的喷油脉冲信号,精确控制燃油喷射量。
喷油器的结构主要由电磁机构、阀体机构、雾化机构、计量机构及流道机构构成。
喷油器喷油快速稳定响应是一个重要技术指标,体现在衔铁与铁芯吸合(喷油)与离开铁芯回位(停止喷油)的动作稳定性上。
传统电磁机构和阀体机构的结构中,铁芯与衔铁之间压装预紧有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的上、下端轴向限位在铁芯芯孔中限位调整管与衔铁上部的弹簧座孔底部,由于压缩弹簧没有径向定位,产生于衔铁上的弹簧作用力会使压缩弹簧偏离轴向而碰壁(触碰衔铁弹簧座孔内壁或铁芯的芯孔内壁),这是造成衔铁反应失稳的重要原因。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种提高衔铁动作稳定性的喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构。
能够解决上述技术问题的喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构,其技术方案包括电磁机构中的铁芯和阀体机构中的衔铁,所述铁芯芯孔中的限位调整管与衔铁的弹簧座孔之间压装有回位弹簧,所不同的是所述限位调整管的下部为上大下小的两级阶梯轴管体结构,所述回位弹簧的上部匹配套装于限位调整管的下级小管体上而实现径向限位,回位弹簧的上端轴向限位于上、下级管体之间的轴阶处;所述衔铁的弹簧座孔为上大下小的两级阶梯孔体结构,回位弹簧的下部匹配插装于弹簧座孔的下级小孔体内而实现径向限位,回位弹簧的下端轴向限位于下级小孔体的底部。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构通过具有径向限位的限位调整管与衔铁约束了回位弹簧的径向位置,解决了现有喷油器无径向约束的问题,彻底解决了回位弹簧因压缩产生径向变形而碰壁导致的衔铁开、闭不稳定的问题,提高了喷油器动态计量的精准度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构,其技术方案包括设于喷油器5喷嘴处隔磁管8内的阀体机构以及阀体机构上方即喷油器5内部的电磁机构,所述电磁机构中设有铁芯1,所述阀体机构中设有衔铁2,所述铁芯1芯孔中压装有限位调整管4,所述限位调整管4与衔铁2上部的弹簧座孔之间压装预紧有回位弹簧3,球阀6固连于衔铁2的下部,在回位弹簧3的弹力作用下,衔铁2将球阀6压实密封在下方阀座7(隔磁管8内)上开设的圆锥进油孔内,如图1所示。
所述限位调整管4的下部拉伸成型为上大下小的两级阶梯轴管体结构,所述衔铁2的弹簧座孔钻制为上大下小的两级阶梯孔体结构,所述回位弹簧3的上部匹配套装于限位调整管4的下级小管体上而得以径向限位,回位弹簧3的上端轴向限位于上、下级管体之间的轴阶处,回位弹簧3的下部匹配插装于弹簧座孔的下级小孔体内而得以径向限位,回位弹簧3的下端轴向限位于下级小孔体的底部。

1.喷油器衔铁运动高稳定度结构,包括电磁机构中的铁芯(1)和阀体机构中的衔铁(2),所述铁芯(1)芯孔中的限位调整管(4)与衔铁(2)的弹簧座孔之间压装有回位弹簧(3),其特征在于:所述限位调整管(4)的下部为上大下小的两级阶梯轴管体结构,所述回位弹簧(3)的上部匹配套装于限位调整管(4)的下级小管体上而实现径向限位,回位弹簧(3)的上端轴向限位于上、下级管体之间的轴阶处;所述衔铁(2)的弹簧座孔为上大下小的两级阶梯孔体结构,回位弹簧(3)的下部匹配插装于弹簧座孔的下级小孔体内而实现径向限位,回位弹簧(3)的下端轴向限位于下级小孔体的底部。
