The invention discloses a connecting structure of embedded bolts in a closed rod piece, a screwing method and application in assembling a single-layer latticed shell structure of a rectangular steel pipe, wherein the connecting structure of the node comprises a node body, a node end plate, a rod piece and bolts; the node end plate is welded at the end part of the node body, the rod end plate is welded at the end part of the rod, a threaded hole is formed in the node end plate, a through hole is formed in the rod end plate, the bolt penetrates through the through hole and is connected with the threaded hole in a rotating mode, and two or three nuts are connected with the bolt in a rotating mode. The node can be screwed in or out of the embedded bolt by applying positive torque or negative torque to the middle nut or the inner nut and applying negative torque to the middle nut or the outer nut. Therefore, the node assembling mode of the rectangular steel pipe single-layer latticed shell structure without weakening the rod pieces is realized. The invention has simple and efficient process, lower production cost, clear stress mechanism and convenient popularization and application.

The reticulated shell structure has been rapidly developed at home and abroad for decades, and is still one of the most widely applied spatial structure forms in practical engineering. The single-layer reticulated shell has few nodes and rods, light and concise building effect and good permeability, and is particularly suitable for buildings with free-form surfaces, complex shapes and high aesthetic requirements.
According to the cross section form, the single-layer reticulated shell rod piece mainly comprises a round steel pipe, a rectangular steel pipe and an I-shaped steel member. In the single-layer reticulated shell, the rod piece bears the action of bending moment besides axial force, and the out-of-shell bending moment is usually far greater than the in-plane bending moment, so that the rectangular steel pipe with strong and weak cross section and high bending rigidity in the main shaft direction is more suitable for the single-layer reticulated shell than the round steel pipe from the reasonable stress angle. In addition, the rectangular steel pipe can directly support roofing materials, an additional purline system is not needed, and the simple and transparent building effect can be guaranteed. Compared with an I-shaped steel member, the rectangular steel pipe has better bending rigidity and torsional rigidity of a weak shaft, and is attractive in appearance, easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.
Although the single-layer latticed shell with the rectangular section rod piece has excellent performance, the development of the nodes or the connection technology is relatively lagged, so that most of the nodes are welded in the actual engineering, and the popularization and development of the nodes are severely restricted. In the existing rectangular steel pipe single-layer latticed shell splicing and connecting technology, the partial section of the end part of a rectangular rod is usually sacrificed for facilitating construction and installation. For example, the German Mero BK node and the SEELE node form holes on the flange of the rod piece, so that the assembly is realized, and the bearing capacity and the tightness of the rod piece are weakened to a certain degree. And the existing fabricated node has higher cost due to complex process, high requirement on manufacturing precision and the like, and is not easy to popularize.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a connecting structure of a pre-embedded bolt in a closed rod piece, a screwing method and application in assembling of a rectangular steel pipe single-layer latticed shell structure, aiming at the defects of the existing node system. The invention ensures the integrity of the section of the rectangular steel pipe by embedding the bolts. Meanwhile, the connecting component is few, the processing technology is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
