Abstract
本发明公开了一种相册内芯板修饰涂料,包括以下百分比重量的组份:高岭土/碳酸钙100份、胶黏剂25‑35份、分散剂0.5‑1.5份、抗水剂0.1‑0.3份、水100份、剥离剂0.2‑0.9份;其中,胶黏剂为苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳,分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠,剥离剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡,抗水剂为碳酸锆铵。本发明涂布在相册内芯板上之后,能够保证相册内芯板表面平滑,视觉效果好,而且长时间放置之后不会变形,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种相册内芯板修饰涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的相册内芯板通常采用涂布白板纸,然而这种内芯板易分层,只能勉强满足相册纸的要求,长时间放置易变形,不适合相册长时间保存,影响相册的使用寿命。为了提高相册的使用寿命,出现了一种不易分层变形的内芯板,但是该内芯板的表面凹凸不平,视觉效果差。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前相册纸表面凹凸不平的问题,为此提供了一种相册内芯板修饰涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种相册内芯板修饰涂料,包括以下百分比重量的组份:
其中,胶黏剂为苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳,分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠,剥离剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡,抗水剂为碳酸锆铵。苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳的固含量为48-50%。
一种相册内芯板修饰涂料的制备方法,包括:
(1)重量份数为0.5-1.5份的聚丙烯酸钠经100份水稀释后,加入100份高岭土/碳酸钙,并高速搅拌使分散均匀;
(2)分散均匀后转为低速搅拌,并依次添加重量份数为25-35份的苯丙胶乳/ 丁苯胶乳、0.1-0.3份碳酸锆铵和0.2-0.9份氧化聚乙烯蜡,低速搅拌混合均匀制成相册内芯板修饰涂料。
作为优选,上述组分为以下百分比重量:
总固含量在50.19-50.45%之间。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明涂布在相册内芯板上之后,能够保证相册内芯板表面平滑,视觉效果好,而且长时间放置之后不会变形,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
现在对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
一种相册内芯板修饰涂料,包括以下百分比重量的组份:高岭土/碳酸钙(白纸时用高岭土,黑纸时用碳酸钙)100份、胶黏剂苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳30份、分散剂聚丙烯酸钠1份、抗水剂碳酸锆铵0.2份、水100份、剥离剂氧化聚乙烯蜡0.9份。其中,苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳的固含量为48-50%。
制备时,将1份聚丙烯酸钠经100份水稀释后,加入100份高岭土/碳酸钙,并高速搅拌使分散均匀;分散均匀后转为低速搅拌,并依次添加重量份数为30 份的苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳、0.2份碳酸锆铵和0.9份氧化聚乙烯蜡,低速搅拌混合均匀制成总固含量在50.19-50.45%之间的相册内芯板修饰涂料。本发明涂布在相册内芯板上之后,能够保证相册内芯板表面平滑,视觉效果好,而且长时间放置之后不会变形,使用寿命长。

Claims (5)
1.一种相册内芯板修饰涂料,其特征是在于,包括以下百分比重量的组份:
高岭土/碳酸钙 100
胶黏剂 25-35
分散剂 0.5-1.5
抗水剂 0.1-0.3
水 100
剥离剂 0.2-0.9
其中,胶黏剂为苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳,分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠,剥离剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡,抗水剂为碳酸锆铵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的相册内芯板修饰涂料,其特征是在于,苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳的固含量为48-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的相册内芯板修饰涂料,其特征是在于,包括以下百分比重量的组份:
高岭土/碳酸钙 100
苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳 30
聚丙烯酸钠 1
碳酸锆铵 0.2
水 100
氧化聚乙烯蜡 0.9
总固含量在50.19-50.45%之间。
4.一种相册内芯板修饰涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)重量份数为0.5-1.5份的聚丙烯酸钠经100份水稀释后,加入100份高岭土/碳酸钙,并高速搅拌使分散均匀;
(2)分散均匀后转为低速搅拌,并依次添加重量份数为25-35份的苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳、0.1-0.3份碳酸锆铵和0.2-0.9份氧化聚乙烯蜡,低速搅拌混合均匀制成相册内芯板修饰涂料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的相册内芯板修饰涂料,其特征是在于,重量份数苯丙胶乳/丁苯胶乳为30份,聚丙烯酸钠为1份,碳酸锆铵为0.2份,氧化聚乙烯蜡为0.9份。
