Abstract

一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,主要包括以下步骤:尼龙斜纹尼丝纺‑褪浆前处理‑定型‑涂料染色‑定型‑反面透明涂层‑洗水‑烘干;其中,涂料染色是将PU胶水与各种颜色色浆调制混合,保持胶水固含量为18%,将混合后的浆料涂布在织物上,反面透明涂层使用的是PTFE‑TPU复合涂层剂。这种工艺采用两次涂层过程,正面涂层中的PU膜和反面涂层中的PTFE复合膜有着一定的结合,虽然使用了正反两次涂膜,但是由于涂层材料中含有微孔结构,不是一个笔直的通道,而是形成网状结构,不仅能够达到防风透湿的效果,还使得风不能直接通过而起到防风效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料及其加工工艺,具体涉及一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
防水透湿型织物被称为“可呼吸面料”,目前利用层压技术把普通织物与PTFE复合膜黏合于一体,是目前防水透湿型织物的主要发展方向,因为PTFE复合膜的织物是市场上出现最早、最耐久性防风透气织物,其中复合在织物中的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜起到了关键性作用。但是采用单一PTFE复合膜的织物初始性能优良,但是洗涤后的耐水性下降,防水性降低甚至出现了渗水现象,且PTFE亲油拒水,容易被油渍污染,降低透湿性能。因此,防水织物中大多采用PTFE复合膜,既能提供很好的水汽渗透性还能很好的防水。
本发明中采用PTFE-TPU复合膜,可以改善单一PTFE复合膜的一些缺点,这种PTFE-TPU复合膜的防水透湿性能主要是由于这种复合膜的亲水性链段吸收人体体温散发的湿气,藉亲水性链段的运动,将湿气由内部迅速向外层扩散(即由高压向低压扩散),然后将湿气向外界大气中蒸发。即利用这种复合膜的特殊分子结构,由亲水性基团将水分子逐一传递出去,达到高透湿性的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,本发明通过使用PU作为正面涂层,PTFE-TPU复合涂层剂作为反面涂层,使得两种涂层可以相互作用,有一定的结合,从而达到一定的防水透湿性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供以下加工工艺,包括:
尼龙斜纹尼丝纺-褪浆前处理-定型-涂料染色-定型-反面透明涂层-洗水-烘干;
其中,涂料染色是将PU胶水与各种颜色色浆调制混合,保持胶水固含量为18%,将混合后的浆料涂布在织物上,反面透明涂层使用的是PTFE-TPU复合涂层剂。
优选地,所述丝纺温度为160℃,速度为30m/s。
优选地,所述定型温度为120-130℃,时间为2min。
优选地,所述洗水温度为20-60℃,时间为15min。
优选地,所述烘干温度为80-100℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.PTFE-TPU复合膜防水透湿性能主要是由于TPU复合膜亲水性链段吸收人体体温散发的湿气,藉亲水性链段的运动,将湿气由内部迅速向外层扩散(即由高压向低压扩散),然后将湿气向外界大气中蒸发。即利用热塑性聚氨酯的特殊分子结构,由亲水性基团将水分子逐一传递出去,达到高透湿性的目的。
2.正面涂层中的PU膜和反面涂层中的PTFE复合膜有着一定的结合,虽然使用了正反两次涂膜,但是由于涂层材料中含有微孔结构,不是一个笔直的通道,而是形成网状结构,不仅能够达到防风透湿的效果,还使得风不能直接通过而起到防风效果。
3.由于于亲水性无孔膜中的PU分子链上的亲水基团借助氢键和其他分子间与水分子作用,在高湿度一侧吸附水分子,通过高分子链上的亲水基团传递到低湿度的一侧,,直至薄膜两侧水蒸气浓度不存在差异,形成“吸附-扩散-解析”过程将水蒸气传递到PTFE膜中,再通过PTFE膜微孔迅速扩散到外界,这也与PTFE-TPU复合膜有着一定的相互作用效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例详细说明本发明,但本发明并不局限于具体实施例。
实施例1:
1)控制纺丝速度为30m/s,在温度为160℃的条件下进行纺丝,随后进行退浆处理,去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料。定型后进行涂料染色,使用PU胶水与各种颜色色浆调制混合,保持胶水固含量为18%。同时由于布料在染色时过了很多的长车,经向拉长。纬向收缩,手感也比较粗糙,还要进行定型处理,这两次定型的条件相同,定型温度为130℃,时间为2min。
2)随后反面进行透明涂层,使用PTFE-TPU复合涂层剂来处理布料,用30℃的温水水洗15min,最后在80℃条件下烘干,得到成品。
对比例1:

测试方法:
1)GB/T 4744–1997《纺织织物抗渗水性测定静水压试验》以织物承受的静水压来表示水透过织物所遇到的阻力,即在标准大气条件下,试样的一面承受一个持续上升的水压,直到有三处渗水为止,记录此时的压力。
2)GB/T 4745–1997《纺织织物表面抗湿性测定沾水试验》规定了一种测定各种已经或未经抗水或拒水整理织物表面抗湿性的沾水试验方法。把试样安装在卡环上并与水平成45°放置,试样中心位于喷嘴下面规定的距离。用规定体积的蒸馏水或去离子水喷淋试样。通过试样外观与评定标准及图片的比较,来确定其沾水等级。
对比例1和对比例2中所用的透明涂层分别只是PTFE涂层剂和TPU涂层剂,而实施例使用的是两种涂层剂的复合材料,即PTFE-TPU复合涂层剂。通过以上测试比较可知,当两种涂层剂复合使用后,布料所能承受的水压数值比对比例中大,同时沾水等级达到了3-4级,提升了布料的防水透湿性能,同时这种工艺还能使布料拥有纯自然洗褪怀旧效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,此实施例为最优实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
尼龙斜纹尼丝纺-褪浆前处理-定型-涂料染色-定型-反面透明涂层-洗水-烘干;
其中,涂料染色是将PU胶水与各种颜色色浆调制混合,保持胶水固含量为18%,将混合后的浆料涂布在织物上,反面透明涂层使用的是PTFE-TPU复合涂层剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,其特征在于,所述丝纺温度为160℃,速度为30m/s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,其特征在于,所述定型温度为120-130℃,时间为2min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,其特征在于,所述洗水温度为20-60℃,时间为15min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿型尼龙涂料染色布料制备工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干温度为80-100℃。
