本发明公开了一种带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,包括通过水刺复合结合为一体的上、下两层;其特征在于,所述上层和下层之间还均匀分布有数个按摩粒,所述按摩粒的总面积占所述水刺无纺布面积的20~35%。本发明一种带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,通过在两层纤维网之间分布固定硅胶颗粒作为按摩粒,在敷用面膜并用指腹轻压按摩时,一方面按摩粒增大与皮肤的接触面积,提高按摩效果,另一方面,按摩粒与皮肤之间以点接触,不会影响皮肤对于营养液的吸收,进而提高了按摩的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,特别是涉及一种带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布。
背景技术
水刺无纺布采用纺织纤维为原料,通过对纤维的开松、混合、梳理,形成一定厚度的纤网层,再利用高压高速的微细水流对纤网层进行喷射,促使纤维网中的纤维互相缠结而形成具有一定强度、厚度的无纺布。由于其独特的工艺特点使加工出来的产品在柔软、悬垂、舒适、强力、延伸力和耐磨性能上都有着比众多非织造布更加优越的特点和风格,也是与似织物最接近的一种非织造布。
中所周知,在面膜敷用过程中,可以进行适当的按摩,以促进肌肤对营养液的吸收,但现有的面膜用水刺无纺布均为平面结构,按摩时指腹按压处营养液被挤到周边,对于促进吸收的效果不显著。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,能够解决现有面膜无纺布存在的上述缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,包括通过水刺复合结合为一体的上、下两层;所述上层和下层之间还均匀分布有数个按摩粒,所述按摩粒的总面积占所述水刺无纺布面积的20~35%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述按摩粒为球状硅胶颗粒,其直径为0.1~1mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上层为海藻纤维、壳聚糖纤维和棉纤维的复合纤维网。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下层为壳聚糖纤维网。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,通过在两层纤维网之间分布固定硅胶颗粒作为按摩粒,在敷用面膜并用指腹轻压按摩时,一方面按摩粒增大与皮肤的接触面积,提高按摩效果,另一方面,按摩粒与皮肤之间以点接触,不会影响皮肤对于营养液的吸收,进而提高了按摩的效果。

实施例1
一种多功能面膜用水刺无纺布,包括上层1、下层2和数个按摩粒3,其中,按摩粒3均匀分布在上层1和下层2之间,且按摩粒的总面积占所述水刺无纺布面积的20%。该水刺无纺布通过水刺复合将上层1和下层2结合为一体,并使按摩颗粒固定于上层1和下层2之间。
所述按摩粒是直径为0.1~1mm的球状硅胶颗粒。
所述上层1为海藻纤维、壳聚糖纤维和珍珠纤维以15:30:10的质量比复合的纤维网;下层2为壳聚糖纤维网。
实施例2
一种多功能面膜用水刺无纺布,包括上层1、下层2和数个按摩粒3,其中,按摩粒3均匀分布在上层1和下层2之间,且按摩粒的总面积占所述水刺无纺布面积的35%。该水刺无纺布通过水刺复合将上层1和下层2结合为一体,并使按摩颗粒固定于上层1和下层2之间。
所述按摩粒是直径为0.1~1mm的球状硅胶颗粒。
所述上层1为海藻纤维、壳聚糖纤维和珍珠纤维以25:50:20的质量比复合的纤维网,下层2为壳聚糖纤维网。
海藻酸盐纤维是以天然高分子海藻酸钠为原料制备的一种亲水性纤维材料,在与含钠离子的溶液接触后产生离子交换,使纤维转换成水溶性的海藻酸钠,具有很高的吸水性,能赋予面膜优异的吸水性能。
壳聚糖纤维具有广谱抑菌性,而且对人体无毒副作用,它与皮肤接触时具有良好的贴附性,能活化皮肤的有用菌,且能杀死粘附在其成品上的有害菌,同时壳聚糖纤维具有良好的亲水性,提高了面膜的带液率。壳聚糖纤维与精华液的配合使用,可以螯合皮肤上残留的铅汞等重金属离子,达到吸附清除重金属离子的功能。
珍珠纤维含有丰富的高蛋白、美白元素及一些有益的微量元素,由其制成的珍珠面膜水刺无纺布具有手感细腻、透气性好、吸水性强的特性,赋予面膜优异的美容性能。
本发明通过在两层纤维网之间分布固定硅胶颗粒作为按摩粒,在敷用面膜并用指腹轻压按摩时,一方面按摩粒增大与皮肤的接触面积,提高按摩效果,另一方面,按摩粒与皮肤之间以点接触,不会影响皮肤对于营养液的吸收,进而提高了按摩的效果。
另外,本发明以海藻纤维、壳聚糖纤维和珍珠纤维作为原料,经测试,其可提高面膜的吸水性50%以上,同时能抑制70%以上的细菌,长期使用,能有效清除皮肤中40%以上的重金属,并具有显著的美白功效。

1.一种带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,包括通过水刺复合结合为一体的上、下两层;其特征在于,所述上层和下层之间还均匀分布有数个按摩粒,所述按摩粒的总面积占所述水刺无纺布面积的20~35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,其特征在于,所述按摩粒为球状硅胶颗粒,其直径为0.1~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,其特征在于,所述上层为海藻纤维、壳聚糖纤维和珍珠纤维的复合纤维网。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的带按摩粒的立式面膜水刺无纺布,其特征在于,所述下层为壳聚糖纤维网。
