背景技术
大理石石材，石板材及大理石砖是居家建筑材料重要的装饰材料之一。但有的石材比较薄，比较脆易破碎，给加工生产带来了经济和人力的很大损失，
目前石材加工业是一个很头疼的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是真对目前市场存在问题，提供了一种高强石材背胶。
本发明解决了目前市场所困扰的石材易破碎问题，技术方案如下：一种强力石材背胶，只需粉状丁苯树脂和高铝水泥及固化剂在使用时加水搅拌均匀成膏状然后刮涂在大理石板材的背面在不铺上玻璃丝布等凝固以后使大理石板材抗碎强度提高几倍，大大减少了石材的破碎率，提高了生产效率降低了生产成本，物美价廉原材料易购，效果显著便于推广应用。

1.本发明涉及一种，强力石材背胶，其特征是，粉状丁苯树脂和高铝水泥用时加水在固化剂的催化下达到很高的强度和很大的粘结力。
2.其特征是粉状丁苯树脂高强的粘结力和强度使用量50％。
3.高铝水泥具有很强的凝固力，固化后很硬的涂膜及耐水性，和较长的寿命，使用量48％。
4.固化剂具有短时间的凝固性能提高了生产效益，加强了整体强度。使用量2％。
5.根据权利要求2.3.4项所述强力石材背胶，既环保，生产加工方便，原料易购成本低硬度高由于采用了高铝水泥，和丁苯树脂，使用寿命长，具有很好的效益和推广应用价值。
